You're greeted with kind, friendly servers and quality fresh food. This particular dinner, we had a server named Isabella. I'm a firm believer that good work ethic should be acknowledged, and Isabella knocked it out of the park. She's was super friendly, attentive and courteous. It was like being at a high end restaurant where she was just always there ready and available to help making the dining experience that much more enjoyable and the food tastier, with the service so good I felt compelled to write this review. I have been here several times but today the service was exceptional! Noah was SO great. He was fast, courteous and efficient. The food was great as well. Even though the restaurant was fairly busy (it was lunch time), the staff did not skip a beat. The hostess was super nice and Noah, again, was amazing. We went to Mimi's this morning since we were in the area. It turned out to be a big mistake, my order had a piece of paper mixed in my omelette that wasn't a surprise. Two years ago the same Mimi's had cardboard in my meal. I did tell my wife I wasn't excited about going there but she said that was years ago. We have a tradition on the first day of school to go out to breakfast at Mimi's. My hubby ordered the salmon eggs Benedict and it was literally a hard boiled egg on top of an English muffin. i ordered the steak and eggs. Steak rare. When it came out it was medium well. They took back my steak and the waitress informed me their other cook has not shown up. Umm okay. Don't know why I would need to know that? Taking my food back and the wait was long enough for my husband to nearly finish his breakfast. Steak came out medium, eggs and potatoes cold. I did encounter an employee named Nicole in the restroom and unfortunately I had seen her use a prohibited substance with my own eyes, a vape. Employees should not be allowed to use substances at their job and this employee should be held accountable. Other than that encounter, overall my experience at Mimi's was good. read more
