Our party of 22 had breakfast here this morning, after our church prayer meeting. It was such a great time! The food was good & they have such a variety of options to choose from. The service was amazing as always. Kuddos to our server Jose for his patience with us. He served us with a smile and kindness! Also, the manager Julio was very accommodating. When I called to make the reservation, he said "no worries we'll take care of your group" and that he did. He even assisted Jose in bringing us our food. Food quality and taste was absolutely unacceptable. Got the smoked salmon benedict and bacon avocado omelet -- both tasted bad and my bf and I couldn't even finish the plates. The salmon was had a terrible fishy taste, the bread was soggy, the potatoes were undercooked, and the omelette tasted rotten. I'm really surprised they send food out like this. I was so looking forward to the crepes. Its been a long time since I had them but sadly, they were dismal. The sauce was burnt and broken and honestly they were gross. I was having lunch with a visiting friend, so I didn't want to put up a fuss. It took forever to get out our food. I should have sent them back but didn't want to wait. The server kept apologizing for the wait, but it wasn't her fault. Management really needs to get on whomever is in charge of the kitchen. The plates looked so unappetizing and were sloppily plated. Zero care here. Mimi's is not cheap mind you, I expected more. The dining area we were seated in was loud and cramped. I think the tables should be spaced further apart. It was even difficult for the servers to squeeze by our table and they loomed literally on top of you as they passed- I felt bad for them! Acoustics are terrible it was difficult to have a conversation. This place seems so huge from the outside! Lower your expectations and maybe you'll be fine. There is often a line out the door of this place and honestly, it does not warrant it. read more

Had a group of 35 called ahead one day before spoke with the manager Juan and he set us up we had one waitress Erin she was wonderful absolutely amazing. Took our drink order brought us bread took our orders by her self she managed all of us and did an amazing job. Couldn't ask for a better waitress.. and of course the cooks. And whatever little helpers she had in the background. We sat down at 5pm and we're done by 6ish. Highly recommend this place for a large group.. outstanding service outstanding food.. from what I hear they do have a private room for larger parties but it was already in use and considering we called 24hr prior they managed us very well. Well, it's Thanksgiving dinner and we were supposed to enjoy the holiday spirit and good time, but there was this little hiccup for lack of better expression. Server Noha told us there was no dark meat turkey, only white meat available. It turned out there were dark meat served after us for the next table. When we pointed that out to Noha he lied and said we didn't ask for dark meat, obviously he was embarrassed by this lie, and he was very unprofessional. Besides, he refused to provide separate check for our table claiming he was busy, in fact at the time it was not that busy. Very disappointed about the service. read more

We had 10:30 Thanksgiving reservations for breakfast. The food did not come out at the same time and MOST of the dishes were cold. The waffles for two of our guests came 15 minutes later and the waiter was the nicest and apologized saying they only have one waffle iron(that itself is ridiculous) take them off the menu if you can't accommodate the guests. Service was really slow, got up twice to ask for our waiter. Do not recommend the steak and eggs, steak tasted and looked like it was frozen not fresh. Steak was very dry and had no flavor. The food was amazing. Our server Jori was amazing. I went out for brunch with my girls on a Sunday it wasn't too busy. But Jori took care of us. She made sure to always check in and make sure we had everything we needed. I had gotten the trio platter and the French toast was amazing! Had lunch there today and Food Runner couldn't handle the 3 plates she was carrying and proceeded to drop steaming hot consommé on my lap which now has a burn the size of my hand. No first aid, just a cold wet towel. Manager came back later while I was checking my burn in the restroom. To top things off, it seemed like they were all avoiding our table. We had to wait a long time to pay. And I had to ask for my meal to be comped. They finally brought out a different manager for me to fill out legal paperwork and she seemed like she was mad at me the whole time. It was so vast and different that we had a hard time deciding what to eat. But that was fun. I also incorrectly assumed it would be a "cheap" night out. The bill for 4 of us came to $140. He made sure we received refills before we had to ask, that was great because we had kids and it's nice to not have to call the waiter anytime we were eating.
