I booked an appointment for a full set with Y'Lonn right before a big event, and Y'Lonn was absolutely amazing. Despite having very sensitive eyelids that usually make me twitch and squirm during extensions, Y'Lonn's gentle touch was so soothing that I actually fell asleep. I've been doing lash extentions for 4 years now and the last 2 years have been with Mina. I've been really happy with her work. I'm really picky on how natural it looks and making sure that they are not over the top and also curly and she always deliver that. Besides my lashes last really good for 3 or sometimes 4 weeks. Went to see Mina for the first time today on a living social Microdermabrasion deal. I really like that she has hours late at night and she closes at 9 PM. I liked the Microdermabrasion because she had two different sizes of attachments. One was really small which I had never encountered before even though I've had Microdermabrasion many times. The attachment was so small that she was able to get my eyelids, under my eyes, very carefully around my nose, and even my upper lip and all around my mouth. She also does your neck and she goes over your face and your neck a couple of times. Her relaxing room is cute and is no-frills basic but very comfortable and nice. I would definitely come back! Purchased a deal off Amazon Local for a facial. I had the first appointment of the day at 10am. Got there right at 10 and the doors locked, lights off. When I called, luckily my esthetician was inside and came out to unlock everything. Throughout the whole facial, things just seemed off. I'll elaborate below: - Bit weird that she never introduced herself nor asked for my name. - The bed swivels. She didn't warn me that the bed was not locked down. I nearly fell trying to get onto the bed. - She never asked me what my skin concerns are. - The voucher said either European or Oxygen facial. She never asked which one I wanted. I had to tell her after we already begun. Not sure if it even matter? - She had a very heavy hand on all the procedures, especially cleaning or removing product from the face. I felt like my face was being scratched by the cotton balls or towels. - I was never fully able to relax because of the fear of something unpleasant (such as the heavy hands) happening in the next step. - The extractions seemed short and she completely skipped over my upper lip area.
