I don't know what some of these reviews are talking about... this place is amazing! It might not look like some fancy building.. but that shouldn't matter when the service is this impeccable. Also... the price for my gel pedicure and full acrylic set (gel) was under $100 - that blew my mind! Not to mention how amazing their customer service is... they answered my call the minute they opened without any annoyance in their voice. They are great with their customers... I noticed how regulars were remembered on a first name basis. They were able to get me in immediately without an appointment and were very kind. A sweet woman even walked up and complimented my nails as they were being finished ! I absolutely love this nail salon and I'm really grateful I stopped in. Oh and did I mention they have an ATM inside?!? One of my favorite parts.. it's so convenient and really made me happy to be able to pay & tip in cash. Thank you !!! So I waited 30 minutes even though I had an appointment. Then I was in pain pretty much the entire time, either with the fingernail file or the tool. Not satisfied at all because they are very thick and lumpy. She asked me if I liked them and I told her they looked lumpy. Maybe she didn't understand me but she looked at me funny and said nothing. I feel bad because everyone seems pretty nice there but I don't like wasting my money. read more

Although the final result wasn't bad, the guy worked really quickly which means he was not very gentle. Hurt me a few times with the machine he used. He was very rough. I paid $55 or $60 for these. I had an appointment at 11 and didn't get seen until about 11:15 or 11:20. I did notice they tell people who come in the wait will be 15 minutes but it's actually like 30. He also didn't sanitize the area after the client before me. I thought I'd give this place another chance after i got a pedicure here when i was pregnant. (worst pedicure of my life) this is always my last option if i REALLY need my nails done. read more

Today I was a walk-in and I'm greatful to have been seen since it was busy so thank you. My gel pedicure by Steven was phenomenal he did a wonderful job and the dead skin is GONE!. After that I got my nails done which was a full set with gel. I showed the nail tech the picture of the nails I wanted with the design and he let me know he could do it. Great right we proceed and I like the shape of them and the color now once we got to the end and looked at my nails and said I wanted the design like the photo I showed him and then that's when he tells me he can't do it. I would have loved to have know this prior therefore I could choose something else or not get a design at all. read more

I went to Minaillium for a couple of monthes and absolutely loved how they always made time for service. My schedule is always changing so I normally call same day and they'd always fit me in. The service is also pretty quick which is convenient. The shaping they do is gorgeous too in my opinion. However, it didn't take long for my natural nails to get completely ruined. I've had acrylics for years on/off and I've never had this much damage.. Must be because of poor/rough application. Not going here again.. the lady who did my pedicure shaved off the side of my foot with the callous removal from the side of the top toe to middle of foot and now it's peeling and it's never done that before. She also ripped off the skin when doing cuticle cleanup on both big toes and that hurt so so so much. The older guy who did my nails with full set also made a lot of them crooked..Smh .. $120 down the drain . *update* one week in one nail COMPLETELY RIPPED OFF OF NAIL BED, needed ER!! At first, I wasn't sure if I liked this place. When I called over the phone to inquire, I didn't get the best greeting. It was very brief and straight to the point. My daughter was recommended to this place by a friend who highly recommended it. When we arrived, it wasn't super fancy like a few that I've been to and there were a lot of customers ahead us. We decided to stay anyway. They seemed to have good staffing. We waited a bit and was eventually seen. The staff was super friendly. When I got seen for my pedicure, my pedicurist was very efficient and she did a fantastic job. Same I can say for the man who did my daughter's manicure, my daughter felt comfortable telling him how she liked it to have done. He was very accommodating and did not rush his service. One place I've been to pretended they didn't understand me. Over here, my daughter was very satisfied with how her nails turned out. I wish I gave them a little more tip. read more

Go there if you have all the time in the world to wait for your turn . Even after getting the appointment, I had to wait 40 min before I decided to leave . I confirmed the appointment twice so that I don't have to wait . They don't care about others time or even 1% considerate about it and all they want is to have more people coming in their salon without providing quality service . Been going there for 4 months, it was a hit and miss with them. 2 months ago Daniel did a great job with my Halloween nails, so I was very excited to go back with him that I waited an hour and a half to get Seat it. It look good at first even though one of the colors I requested wasn't really accurate, he didn't give my nails enough time under the light. This was done around 6:00pm the next day I woke up and 3 nails were all sticky and mushy, I had to fix them myself, I tip them well all the time, I really gave them all a try. That same day the older gentleman in the way back was rude.
