Reuben Borg was the slightly more expensive option, but the value was far greater, given the premium wood, wider slats, taller height, deeper post holes, thicker gate, and the use of RizerBella post protection. The crew was also very efficient, showing up exactly at 9am and completing the job by 4:30pm (same day). The fence looks absolutely fantastic. It was such a positive experience that I struggle to find any faults. If I had to be nitpicky, they did leave small advertisements for the company on the fence (though this also proves how much they stand by their work). There was also no reminder communication the day before or day-of the project (not a problem for me, as we had previously discussed the start date).

They completed this in roughly 8 hours. Fast forward to today and they've just replaced our rear fence (50'). This project required larger kickboards to account for a sloping grade, ivy root removal, and an unwilling neighbor. They guided me through all aspects of the project, neighbor situation, and seamlessly matched the design, height, and flow into our side fence lines. Completed in roughly 6 hours.

The finished fence was well built. Several weeks later, we had them replace one of the side fences with a louvered design and the worksmanship was excellent as well. About six months later, we hired them to replace the other side fence and noticed that a warped 4x4 post caused the fence to appear crooked, and the end post did not line up properly with the existing gate. I contacted Jared, the owner, and he promptly sent a crew the next day to correct both issues.
