Arrived and menus had a new name. Everything is now double or triple the price. Asked for mild, got spicy. Tikka had no cream and was gritty. Naan was burned. Lassi had no cardamom. Disappointing :( (Pictures are old and from when the food was good. Tikka is now brown and not that beautiful orange)

March 2022 I'm a big fan of lunch buffet, WHY you ask? There's an assortment of dishes that you can try, from salads to appetizers and all the way to main course, be it vegetarian or meat, and end this epic journey with some desserts (plural, of course!), so I constantly look out for places that have this option. That's when I found out this restaurant. We were a party of 4 and were seated as soon as we went in. There's parking space available right outside the restaurant and more in the lot. The buffet had a few decent options and I'd highlight the good and the bad soon. They have a proper balance between vegetarian and meat lowers; we started off with some fried vegetable pakoras, onion samosa and chicken tandoor (these were all YUM and we just couldn't stop eating these). For entrees; mixed vegetable curry and paneer curry (the paneer curry was a little sweet but tasty and the mixed vegetable curry was fantastic), gawti chicken curry and butter chicken (both of these chicken curries were MEH). They also had biryani (chicken and vegetable which we couldn't try since they were out of chicken biryani by the time we went to try some) and for deserts, they had gulab jamun (which was cold and a little hard to my liking) and halwa which I didn't try. Overall, for the price of $18.99/person, the buffet is a little expensive and I'd give this place a solid B; We thoroughly enjoyed the appetizers and had a decent run with the entrees and the garlic naan, but I'm surely gonna cut some points for the lackluster taste of the chicken entrees and the the cold and hard gulab jamun.

Delicious Indian food in kind of unexpected part of town. We were shopping down the street from here and didn't want to drive too far during rush hours so decided to give this place a try. Super glad we did. Both the outside and inside are not much to look at. When we first got here, there was only 1 other table besides us. This made me a little nervous wondering if the food was good or not. My concern was quickly dismissed once the food started coming out. Indian food is known for using lots of different spices, but not so much being very spicy. Not this place. We requested all our dishes (at least the ones that spicy level is adjustable lol) to be spicy, and boy were they spicy! This was the first for both of us when it comes to Indian food lol. Definitely did not expect that. We have only been here for dinner so not sure how their lunch service is, but beware that they're kinda short staff. The restaurant started to almost fill up completely right before we left, and the whole time, there was only 1 person taking order, being cashier, answering phone. He didn't have to serve food and had some help cleaning up tables, but they really needed more servers. We didn't think we could find a good Indian restaurant in Southlake, but this one is now on our list of places to come back to.

Very nice place. I ate the goat biriyani and it tasted very good. Spicy for me even though it was mild for them, but it's just for me. They were so busy last night but the 2 persons who worked to clean the table, took orders and prepared to-go orders, answered phone-calls were amazing. They handled all things professionally, with courtesy and kindness at all times. Thank you!

I really enjoyed this place. I was a vegan for a couple of weeks and at here. Their menu is vegan friendly and the meal had a great deal of flavor. My guy had a lamb dish and he said the lamb was so tender. The wheat naan was tasty and hot the spot. I can see this being a place I wIll visit often. We liked the samosa it was stuffed

Made every possible mistakes Ordered lamb, came in Shrimp Request utensils, came in nothing. Taste is not bad though

Soooo yummy!!!! I have never eaten Indian food and wanted to make sure that I ate someplace good the first time. This place had great reviews for a good reason! I highly recommend especially if you are bored with what Southlake has to offer...multiple discounts available also...yelp, Groupon and Restaurant.com Who knew Cardamom was so tasteful!!!! Update on my review....I went to an upscale competitor in the area and will have to say hands down Minerva is fresher and worth any wait..came back on a Friday and it was busy, word is getting out...service was still great. Since they cook their food fresh, there is time to visit and have some wine before dinner...appetizer, water chestnuts, was crunchy and flavorful with a mild-medium heat (I am wimpy) Order goat curry this time and was no

Well lets just say I had to go through a slew of items that were in the menu only to hear that they are not available. The restaurant really needs to shorten its menu snd cater right. No Chicken sheekh kebab...no egg bonda...no salt lassi!!!....useless to come here all the way just to hear 50% menu possibly more not available.

My hubby brought home Chicken Tikka Masala and Chicken Vindaloo to eat for dinner along with their Roti. The roti tasted like pita bread and wasn't what I expected. The chicken tikka masala on the other hand was so freaking good. They give you a great amount of chicken with curry. It was spicy but it had great flavor. Also it wasn't greasy at all. It had to be one of the best I've had in a long time. The Chicken Vindaloo was really good as well but it was super spicy. I think we found our favorite indian place since our last one closed. Definitely can't wait to go back here and try other items off the menu.

Though everyone who ended up being sat after me were immediately taken care of. I ordered the sushi and sashimi bento box. I sat at the sushi bar so I was able to watch how things were prepared. Everything comes out quickly, as all of the proteins are pre sliced and ready to go. They were busy and the turn around is quick. They also do a lot of to go orders, and those were stacked up by the front door. I thought the quality of the fish was good for the price. I really liked the ginger dressing that comes on the salad, though it is a wild color. The gyoza just tasted like frozen dumplings you can buy at the store, and then deep fried. But they were good. The rice was cooked properly, and not mushy at all. The only thing I didn't care for was the California roll. It was super goopy and just tasted like mayo. I had to leave that alone. The atmosphere is very noisy and if you are sitting at the sushi bar, you hear the constant beeping of their order machine. I may try them again for dinner if it is a bit quieter, or takout seems like a good option, though there is no online ordering on their website.

I saw a guest put their bare hands in the pita basket, pick a pita and then put it back in the basket with others. The buffet area is not commonly cleaned with food bits everywhere. Some customers were touching things and cross contaminating the main dishes. I know it's not the same with the Plano location so I hope manager of this location pays attention to their patrons and ensure basic hygiene standards are followed. Ambiance is loud as well with kids screaming and running all around the restaurant, so overall it's a pass for me.

During my visit in February, I ordered two petite filets, both medium rare. Unfortunately, they came out overly charred to the point of being crunchy and burnt. It was a clear miss on execution, especially for a steakhouse-level dish. To be fair, the waitstaff and bartenders were excellent--attentive, professional, and did their job well. After initially not receiving a response, I was later contacted by Food & Beverage Manager DeLance Woods. He handled the situation professionally, was polite, and took ownership in a way that reflects well on both the restaurant and the Hilton brand. Instead, I walked into a space that was actually really cool. The first thing you notice is this long, dramatic "O"-shaped bar with tons of seating, which immediately made me feel like I needed to sit there... so naturally, I did. As a creature of habit, I plopped myself belly-up to the bar and locked eyes with what can only be described as the star of the show: the frozen vodka tap. Yes. A frozen. Vodka. Tap. Sheesh. As if that wasn't impressive enough, there's also a literal frozen sheet of ice built into the bar where you can set your drinks to keep them cold. I was both amazed and slightly concerned for my future decision-making. Trying to be responsible (and not get sideways alone at a hotel bar), I kept it light and ordered French fries, because I am a certified fry freak and a house garden salad. The fries were exactly what fries should be: hot, crispy, fresh, and wildly addictive. The garden salad was also super crisp and fresh, but the real star was the dressing. I'm pretty sure I ordered three ramekins of it, and if shots of salad dressing were socially acceptable, I would've been in trouble. Service was great too. The bartender was welcoming, friendly, and made the whole experience feel relaxed and easy, no rushed hotel-bar vibes here. Overall, great atmosphere, excellent fries, dangerously good dressing, and a frozen vodka situation that I will absolutely be thinking about again. Would 100% return... and maybe next time, I won't "keep it light."

Great service! Then when I was leaving, I said another thank you, and a young lady asked me if I wanted a tour of the smokers and kitchen! So cool! She, Kamy, turned out to be one of the owners.
