The employees were so friendly and helpful. I'm not a big hot/spicy fan so they comforted me and said all the food could be made more in a mild flavor. We chose the garlic Naan bread and tomato Shorba for appetizers. The soup was extremely hot so we had to let it cool but the first taste was spectacular! I loved it. Not too spicy and had a little creamy texture that was very tasty. The Naan bread was a HUGE plate and we ended up taking 1/2 of it home. It was hot, fresh and really good flavors! Some of the best I've experienced. For our entrees I had the Indo Chinese Hakka with chicken and it was AMAZING! I loved every bite. The noodles are thin and the spices were perfect. They give very healthy portions here too. My wife had the Tikka Masala and she loved hers. The rice was cooked perfectly and the sauce/chicken was so good. I took several bites. When we asked about it once, we were told it depends on who's cooking that day, which is understandable, but the inconsistency became hard to ignore. The smaller portions, however, have been quite consistent. Toward the end of our visits there, it felt like we were getting mostly sauce with very little meat, which is disappointing for a place we used to rave about. We're now on the search for a new Indian restaurant to take the spot of what was once one of our absolute favorites.

The chicken was tender but very limited portion. Like maybe one chicken thigh worth. The rice serving was small as well. I usually use what leftover rice I have mixed with the remaining gravy. In this case, I didn't have much left. The wife usually finishes less than half of her rice portion. In this case she finished it all. We got 2 orders of butter naan and that was very good. If you like thin, crispy, and charred, it's great. Aside from the lack of protein served, chicken in this case, it was very good. As for the location, the interior is nice enough but the lack of proper dishes and silverware lowers the overall experience.

The staff is entirely different, and while the food is okay, it no longer has the quality or flavor it once did. The buffet selection has become noticeably limited compared to what it used to be, there were far more options under the previous owners. The layout also feels awkward, with tables positioned so close to the buffet that it's almost like dining on display. I preferred eating where I wanted out of the way of people coming and going from the buffet. It's disappointing to see how much has changed, especially since this used to be one of our favorite spots. I truly hope the new owners can bring back some of the variety and quality that once made this place special. Until then, we won't return. And a correction to my last review from several years ago, they do have red meat, just not beef. Understandable.
