So good! The churros were warm, perfectly crispy, and seriously addictive. Definitely coming back.

Are you in need of a late night sweet fix? Chiki Churros might be the place. Not only can you buy churros straight up with dipping sauces, but you can build your own churro sundaes *insert drool emoji*. Of course that's what we opted for. I'm normally a chocolate girl but I was drawn to the mango sauce. I paired it with vanilla ice cream (other flavors are an upcharge) and heath crumbles and it was delicious! The sundae comes with 2 churros and whipped cream so its a robust lil treat, I got the smaller size and it was PLENTY. The churros themselves were a bit firmer than I'm used to but I actually enjoyed that more than the super airy ones and they grabbed the cinnamon sugar well. Our server was super friendly and said he makes the churros in house fresh. We had a good chat with him and the owner of Chiki Churros should know how nice he is to customers.

A nice dessert place at central avenue. They are very much close to end of building plaza. In November, they have a dollar scoop ice cream. We start with churro sundaes. This item has two short churro and a scoop of ice cream. Very delicious. Great for sharing. I also got a dollar scoop of ice cream with butterscotch flavor. Overall is good. Great experience.

Our order was taken right away, but we noticed they prepared food very slow here. The churros are frozen and pre-made and they drop them in fryer. We waited 25 minutes and people started complaining that others were getting food who ordered later. We said about our order and turns out our order was just sitting back there getting cold. These aren't good room temperature, but since they're so dense I don't think they'd be much better hot. Not returning.

First time ever having churros. They're made fresh to order, definitely tasty. I had the small churro sundae, which was not too big, not too small. The dude Fred and lady Emma are good vibes too.

Very very cute little parlor! fun atmosphere filled with little dog pictures hehe! I've never had a churro before, so we got the churro poutine and it was YUMMMMY!!! Fresh outta the fryer, mmm so warm, crunchy and flavorful! we added Oreos and vanilla which was so so good, but the churro by its self is a whole other amazing experience!

Had the 3 churro combo with Nutella dip and they were delicious! Also enjoyed a scoop of ice cream and jet was yummy! They are open late and a nice spot to enjoy desert after dinner or to enjoy on a date night.

Friendly service and great atmosphere. I tried the churro fries. The flavor was good but the texture was fried a little too hard. I expected there to be some softness in the middle but they were all crisp.

Delicious caramel macchiato churro shake & churro Sunday with vanilla custard & butterfinger topping. Great stop on a rainy Sunday funday.

Amazing churros! Have had them via Uber eats and physically going to the restaurant and both times they were amazing! Highly recommend for a late night snack or after dinner sweet!

Chiki Churros 685 Central Ave St Petersburg, FL 33701 @chiki_churros Chiki Churros is a foodie experience unlike any other. Chiki Churros prides itself in offering a high quality house made product to its customers. I can attest to that. Came to visit them over the weekend and was delighted with thier Churros options. A new item on thier menu was the Churros Fries. Gotta try them !!! They also serve Churros Sundaes and Churro Dogs. I would definitely recommend to come visit them whenever in St Pete. You won't be dissapointed.

Highly recommend Service is chill and friendly - it's a small place but there is a bar to sit and wait for your order THEY MAKE THE CHURROS FRESH TO ORDER!so you will wait- 5-10 minutes max though I went 4 or 6 times in my recent 10 day trip these churros are amazing! I kept it simple ordering the 3 for 6$ with the dulce de leche sauce? (Think that's the name) it's 3 is just the right amount for after a meal I usually eat em too fast so only got these few last second pix

One of my favorite places to take my friends when they're in town. Walking straight in, there's a bar to sit at which also is the place you order at. The decor is very quirky and well, cheeky ;) As for the churros themselves, they are the most comparable churros to the ones I had in Valladolid, Mexico. Perfect in size, crispy on the outside and not much dough on the inside which is exactly how I like my churros. They have quite a bit of options for dipping sauces. My favorites are the dulce de leche & caramel. Every time I've been here, they have been freshly fried so no pre-fried soggy churros here! I come here quite often and always end up getting the standard churro, but I sworn to myself I'll try something else next time. Highly recommend this place, especially after dinner at one of the surrounding dining restaurant.

Hits the spot whenever I'm craving churros and milkshakes, and I love that they're open late in DTSP -- perfect for a late-night sweet fix.

The lavendar matcha bar was good but the flavors were a bit too light for me. However, the Sassy Brookie was packed with both flavor and texture. There was some kind of lint wedged into part of the icing part which was a bit off-putting, but not enough to make me abandon the rest of the brookie which was delicious. It's a very rich and fudgy dessert, so it lasted me a few days. Grab an extra fork because mine snapped trying to dig into the thick bars. I didn't know until after I had finished eating everything that Valkyrie makes all vegan desserts, so I am even more impressed. The interior is cute and has some other non-food items for sale such as cards and candles. Plan to take your items to-go because there is only one small counter that seats two.

We ordered two large coffees, two ham, egg, and cheese open-faced croissants, and a blueberry scone. I wasn't used to having a breakfast sandwich served open-faced, but I'm officially a fan now. The croissant was flaky, buttery, and paired perfectly with the ham, egg, and cheese. Every bite was delicious. The coffee was exactly what we needed to start the morning, and everything together made for a fantastic breakfast. The pizza may have been the worst slice of pizza I have had in the last decade. It should have been thrown out hours earlier, but they sold it to us anyways. The tea was served so hot and was bitter. The person making the drinks didn't k ow what they were doing, and it shows. This is on management/ I'm sure somebody called out sick and this person was clearly not trained. The result is a $6 drink that was not drinkable. The turkey sandwich was very good, and is the only reason this isn't one star. I wish the house made chips were less salty as they were not enjoyable. All in all, I would bypass this place at all costs if there is a line. Pastries looked great- if you just went for a dessert, I think you would be happy.

To start, Maddie's Cakes indicated that it opened at 5pm, leading us to believe that it serviced the late-night coffee-and-pastries crowd. Baked in the Burg opens at 10am and closes at 7pm, and has a very different vibe than what we were expecting. The pastries are definitely meant to be the star of the show, but they were mislabeled (labeled as chocolate pistachio but only chocolate was available), and the baristas knew very little about the product. Speaking of the baristas, although they were very friendly, they clearly were woefully lacking in training. I ordered a chai tea, and one of the baristas asked the other, "Do you know how to make that?" Additionally, my mom ordered a coffee, and when she asked if the brew coffee sitting on the hot plate was fresh, the barista answered, "It was made this morning [seven hours prior to our visit], but it's been on the hot plate." My mom had to ask for a fresh pot to be made, because apparently no one told these poor girls how disgusting coffee is after seven hours on a hot plate. To their credit, though, they were extremely friendly and accommodating, and did their best to answer all of our questions. I just think they need more training. As far as the pastries are concerned, we were so disappointed that we ended up going to Sorrento Sweets right up the street. Skip Baked in the Burg and head to Sorrento's if you want a high-quality bakery experience.
