I returned the third day having obtained insurance and other records. When I arrived the female manager told me they were "giving" me the extended warranty. When I read the contracts there was a line item for $2,000 for the extended warranty and the price of the vehicle was now $10,800 making my $7,995 car $12,800. I said "who asked for the extended warranty?" She told me "The finance company requires it because it's an older vehicle, and they find that when people are paying for repairs, they don't make payments" I said "Ok that's the most absurd thing I've ever heard, but let's table that for the moment, let's move to the price". They looked confused, they said "the price was $11,500 we knocked it down to $10,800 for you" They showed me on online listing for $11,500. I pointed to the salesman who I had seen 2 days earlier and confirmed the price with and he looked like a deer in the headlights and kept his head down mostly. I went outside to clear my head. I went into my email and found the actual listing for $7995. Then I called the finance company who told me that they would not require someone to purchase an extended warranty. I put the finance company on speakerphone and went back into the dealership. "The manager went into the bosses glass walled office for 2 seconds and came back out and said to me "Oh, you're right they don't require the extended warranty on THAT vehicle". I said "no, no.... They don't require it on ANY vehicle so let's not do that". Then I pulled up the actual listing on my phone for $7,995 and presented that. I really needed the vehicle or else I would have just walked out in the first 2 minutes. Finally, they removed the $2000 extended warranty and changed the price back to $7,995. I'd say if you wanna buy a car here, just be careful and don't let them bully you. If you want to buy a car there, let me know and I'll go with you. This place is why car lots will soon be a thing of the past and online models like Carvana, and Carmax, along with independent car brokers will be the norm sooner rather than later. One star here is ok, because I do like the car. The front headlight is out which they offered to fix, but, how do you sell a car with a headlight out ? Whacky stuff. At the end of the day I got what I wanted. Here's the thing though, which they will never understand unfortunately, I brought someone with me that day, who is looking to purchase a used car for their 16 year old son. When we walked in, he picked up a business card, when All this was going down, he put the business card back!! See, if you just operate honestly, your business will grow, when you don't, it shrinks... that's just the facts. They effectively turned 2 repeat customers into 0 repeat customers in one hour. I hope someone there learns this lesson at some point. Also, if you just put the price of the car on the vehicle while it's on the lot... but they don't so they can manipulate the price whenever they feel like it.

No beating around the bush or changing things on you. After we agreed upon a price and trim level, Rob ordered it for me and we picked up our new vehicle. It's very nice and I thought he did the best he could on the price, we were very happy with Rob and even Tom the Sales Manager. That being said, my only gripe was the finance department. We got another gentleman, also named Tom. While signing the paperwork I explained to Tom that the price was different than what I was quoted by Rob, all in. He glossed over it and explained there was a delivery fee, however that was already built in to the price. I realized after taking the car that the fee was doubled up on to the tune of around $1,100 or so. After numerous calls to Tom, the finance guy, he finally sent a payment to my bank to remove the incorrect overcharge. Mind you, I had to get Rob and the Sales Manager involved for this to be remedied. I was not pleased with this portion of the transaction, but the sales part was great. Rob A. Got me everything he promised and kept his word. Just keep an eye on the final price and what the finance team puts on your paperwork. A mistake or oversight, whatever it was, it was extremely frustrating and I probably paid a little out in interest on his wrong final price during financing.

I couldn't get an appointment for 2 weeks. When I brought it there at the agreed upon date it took them 3 days to even look at it because they were too busy. 2 weeks later, the parts are in but they are still too busy to fix it. They are "hoping" it will be done by the end of the week, but since it's such a big job to fix, it's doubtful. They wouldn't give me a loaner car because I didn't purchase it there. I assume that's also why other cars are getting fixed before mine. It's my second Tahoe with AC issues so needless to say after spending 100k on the car I wouldn't expect this. I will NEVER bring my car there again and will NEVER buy or recommend this dealership to anyone.

Prior to my visit, she provided the Carfax reports and confirmed that both vehicles were available. Based on that information, I made the 45-minute drive from the Bronx to Long Island, paying for gas and tolls along the way. Upon arriving, instead of being shown the vehicles I came to see, I was repeatedly pressured to complete a credit application. I explained that I wanted to inspect the vehicles first before discussing financing or submitting any personal information. Rather than honoring that reasonable request, the staff attempted to redirect me toward two completely different vehicles that I had never inquired about and had no interest in purchasing. After standing firm and again requesting to see the vehicles I had specifically made the appointment for, I was eventually informed that neither vehicle was actually ready for sale. Had I been told this before making the trip, I would not have wasted my time, gas, tolls, or nearly an hour of travel. Confirming that vehicles are available, scheduling an appointment, and then revealing upon arrival that the vehicles cannot be shown is unprofessional and misleading. The continued pressure to complete a credit application before even viewing the advertised vehicles only added to the frustration. I cannot recommend doing business with a dealership that operates this way.

However, the carfax said that they had worked on it and inspected It. called back another week later, Asking for some details about the vehicle, they said they would call me back and then the automated AI scheduling tool sent me a text message scheduling a showing so I scheduled it for same day. 3 hours later after being on my way, I get a phone call 15 minutes before my appointment: the car was not available to be seen and was not on the premises. The car up until 2 PM this afternoon, was showing available on their website and on third party websites. Only once I posted a negative Google review after speaking with someone did I get the explanation that the car was not up to their standards for sale And that they were returning to the place they bought it from. At any point in the past month and a half they could have reached out to advise it wasn't available, or noted it as unavailable on their site, and taken down the listing. Calling and asking for a sales Manger didn't get me to one, only posting a negative review did.

Good luck finding the actual cost of the vehicle before taxes, etc. Sure, they list a MONTHLY PAYMENT amount but not the price of the vehicle. 3. If you do find the actual price of the vehicle - don't forget you MUST add-in all of this crap: "The advertised price does not include tax, title, registration, tags, finance charges, documentation charges, emissions testing charges, extended service contracts, complete care, $1, 695 Lojack system, any additional pre-equipped products and/or costs incurred to the vehicle. Please note that the internet special pricing reflects a partial down payment of $3,199 or the trade equivalent." I mean, really???!!! Talk about sticking it to the customer!! $1,695 for Lojack - which, by the way, you'll need to pay a monthly fee to use. Now if you somehow do find a price on-line, don't forget this beauty of a fee: "internet pricing reflects a partial DOWN PAYMENT of $3,200..." Yeah, that's right. If you don't have this, add it to your price!!! Sooooo many red flags. I cannot the BBB isn't blowing up with complaints (like the one I submitted). Immediately after signing the paperwork, as we got into the car the display screen stopped working. The dealership told us it was a minor issue and also mentioned a small nitrogen-related issue that would be fixed. We're not car experts, so we relied on their explanation and agreed to take the car home, believing those were the only minor issues. The very next day, after taking the car back, the dealership called to tell us the brand-new vehicle also had suspension-related problems that required repair or replacement. Had we known there were multiple mechanical issues beyond the display, we would never have accepted delivery. The real question is: How did a brand-new vehicle with so many issues pass the dealership's pre-delivery inspection and get handed over to a customer? That responsibility should not fall on the buyer. When we asked for a flawless replacement instead of a brand-new car that already needed multiple repairs, we were told, "You signed the paperwork, so it's not our responsibility." To make matters worse, they returned the car by leaving it in our driveway with the key hidden under an outdoor mat, without notifying us, and blocked our driveway. During a three-way call with Cadillac Customer Care, the dealership representative was rude and even hung up. Buyer beware. Don't rely solely on verbal assurances. A brand-new luxury car should not require multiple repairs within 24 hours of delivery.
