I have mixed feelings about MiniMe Pots and Noodles. I ordered the stir fried noodles with shrimp, and they came out in about 15 minutes. Unfortunately, the first bite made me wonder if my noodles had taken a quick swim in the Pacific before being finished with a generous splash of soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin. The flavors were very bold, at least for my taste. The dish came with two pieces of bok choy and five shrimp. For an entrée that ended up costing me close to $20 after tax and tip, I was hoping for something that left a stronger impression. On the bright side, the service was friendly, and the staff were welcoming. This just may be one of those places that's better suited to people who enjoy a much saltier, more intensely seasoned style than I do. read more

In what is otherwise a pretty mediocre food court, MiniMe is leagues above anything I've had in a long time. I know they're famous for hot pot but it was 88 degrees outside so I went with the stir fry instead and an order of brown sugar rice cakes. The young girl behind the counter was sweet and helpful and the food took about 10-15 minutes (a good sign). The noodle stir fry was glorious. It had a lot of chicken, peppers, bean sprouts, and well-seasoned noodles. 9.5/10 (hot oil is a must). The brown sugar rice cakes were even better. Crispy, fluffy, chewy and the brown sugar syrup is addictive. 10/10. Can't wait to go back and try more! read more

I was there shortly after opening and the young lady who took my order was very friendly. They give you a little buzzer to let you know when your order is ready. I got the Lemongrass Pork Banh Mi (12.95) and a passion fruit tea (6.95). I enjoyed the Banh Mi, good size, crunchy outside and good amount of pork and veggies. The staff was very nice! The soup was very tasty BUT SPICY! Definitely have a water or something to drink. Very flavorful. The noodles were soft and so was the beef! Broth feels tad bit oily though. The service was genuinely great, and the person that took our order took his time to explain the menu to us, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the mango sticky rice was a huge letdown. The rice was extremely hard like, I could literally hear the crunch as I was chewing. It was so firm it honestly felt like you needed a knife just to cut through it, which completely took away from what should've been a soft, sweet dessert. I'd still be open to trying their other dishes because the service left a good impression, but based on the dessert alone, that was definitely a no for me. read more

Sticky Mango takes way too long to make food so looked for something else and found Minime ! I was shocked that they had spicy basil with fried egg. It's my favorite thai dish. Their spicy basal is sooooooo good. The chicken is very tender and the flavors are on point. I love how they added pickled vegetables and jalapeños like a banh Mi. I think this might just be a rebrand of the old Lantern Vietnamese location that used to be located here. I hadn't ordered from that spot in a little over a year or so given my last experience and I know that I will not be ordering from here again; for dine-in or takeaway (which is how I ordered previously and today). I ordered the tofu spring rolls; which weren't rolls given the paper wasn't pulled tightly and the lettuce was so wet that as soon as you pulled them apart they opened and become more like a salad. The vegetable pho broth had no flavor, at all. The noodles broke apart instantly, almost like as soon as broth hit them they could t withstand the expansion. Just not what I personally look for in a pho place, but what I dislike someone else might not mind; so I would say give this place a shot, I could have just got them on an off day. read more
