If you're looking for a ramen spot that absolutely hits, this is it! Seriously, some of the best ramen I have ever eaten--you will not be disappointed. The food is so incredibly flavorful and yummy! It's a cozy little gem, so if you head there on a busy day, just be prepared for a bit of a wait (trust me, it's worth it!). The staff is so courteous and friendly, they really make the whole experience feel special. Plus, the vibe is 10/10--they play all the best 90s hip hop and R&B, but it's kept at the perfect volume so you can actually catch up with your friends while you slurp. I haven't had a bowl of ramen here that I didn't love. I wish they would bring back the roasted tomatoe. PLEASE!!!. LOL

Everything about this experience was great...except for the sickness that followed. Our server was very attentive and the food was served hot, fresh, and delicious. We tried some of the bottled imported drinks and were pleasantly surprised. My kid was a big fan of the chicken karaage and I definitely indulged in the spicy garlic edamame. It was 3 orders of tonkatsu ramen, and one was ordered without vegetables for my kid. She did not care too much for the soup, but the rest of us devoured it. It wasn't until about an hour after we left that my kid had to urgently use the restroom. We rushed home and she was crying that she could not hold it in. Shortly after her episode, it was me, and then dad suffering from bubble guts. Such a shame the evening ended this way because the food was really tasty and the server was amazing at taking care of us.

Unfortunately my last time here was in January and it disappointed me so much. I always order the Classic Tonkatsu with the Chashu and it was a night and day difference. The pork was chewy, thinner and not flavorful at all. Shocked to learn this place is under new ownership and switched up the Pork Chashu, that was a terrible move on the owners part. I doubt we will ever return unless we get the Vegan Ramen but I'm aprehensive in returning due to learning about the new ownership. The staff was nice and helpful but I'm so sad my favorite Inland Empire Ramen place changed.

Located off W Foothill Blvd and Etiwanda Ave in Rancho Cucamonga, Noods Bar served up an excellent dinner for me on a Monday night. I made it just in time for Happy Hour (everyday from 3-6) and got $8 Ika Geso Age (fried squid tentacles) and $6 Kirin. I also ordered $18 Tonkotsu Ramen and requested they make it spicy and added and egg and corn. The vibe was great inside, service was fast and the food was delicious! Thank you Noods Bar!

    Tonkotsu and Shoyu Ramen

Stopped by Noods Bar, when we were looking for a good local ramen spot. Started off with the pork buns appetizer. The pork was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Honestly, I could've eaten a few more of those! Would definitely recommend. For our main dishes, we went with the Shoyu and Tonkatsu ramen. Both were pretty solid, with a rich, flavorful broth and well-prepared pork chashu. I do wish there had been more of that chashu--it was definitely the star of the bowl. My only real critique is the portion size. For the price, the servings felt a bit on the smaller side. That said, if you're looking to satisfy a ramen craving, Noods Bar is definitely worth checking out.

Everything about our visit was amazing the tonkotsu broth was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, the meat was tender and delicious, and the noodles were cooked perfectly not too soft, not too firm, just right. We also tried the fried octopus, which was crispy on the outside and tender inside, served with this incredible spicy sauce that was so flavorful. Even after the octopus was gone, I found myself dipping everything I could into that sauce I even considered taking it home! Service was outstanding. Jaiden was our server and handled everything like a pro. Despite the restaurant being super busy and him being the only one working the floor, he stayed calm, friendly, and attentive throughout our meal. It really made the experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance was relaxed and welcoming. We appreciated being able to choose our own seating, and the overall vibe of the place was warm and cozy without feeling crowded or chaotic.

Do they have completely vegan ramen?

Yes they do!! And it is DELICIOUS. The server was super cool and told me exactly how to order it completely vegan. Also they have the BEST edamame appetizer. Go hungry.

Are the noodles good for takeout? Wondering if they get cold or don't taste the same as in house.

I usually just earn them up for about a 1:30 to soften up and they're good!

What are the new hours to this place?

We are open from Monday-Sunday 11:30-8:30.

Are they open for takeout during coronamagedon?

    Yes

There's Vegan and Gluten-free option?? Btw watch doc: the game changers

I know there is a vegetarian not sure vegan and no idea about gluten.

Are the Gluten Free Noodles still an available option? As well as, are the Spinach Noodles gluten free/the only option?

Yes they are. The spinach noodles were amazing too. Best vegetarian ramen I have ever had.

Then I thought should that be a sign...? but we still decided to give them a try. We ordered their onion rings, fries, vegan ramen, and curry plate. The ramen was okay. The noodles were overcooked and mushy. The taste was okay. The items that were fried was decent. Now the curry we ate was weird. It tasted sour. We've eatin many different types of curry; Singaporean, Thai, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc. We have never had that odd taste before with curry. Generally turmeric shouldn't be that way. We're our server know and ask about it (because it may have been spoiled). They didn't give an answer as to why it tasted sour until we asked again. And their answer was "maybe it was t to our liking." It was a strange taste... I don't know if that was their own rendition or used fish sauce or lemon grass or lime but it didn't fit right so we couldn't eat it. I still honestly don't know if the pot of curry was spoiled that we ate. The server (Sarah) did try to correct the issue by offering to replace the meal, and she also offered a small discount. We didn't see much that was suitable for us so we declined the offer. We left the spot and that was the end of that. The place was completely empty. No one was dining in. Now I know why and after reading all the other reviews regarding quality and taste.

It's typically a busier mall, so I expected a wait, but we got seated pretty quickly. They have indoor and outdoor seating, but we opted for inside. The service was relatively quick and smooth. The staff was pretty attentive and moved quickly. The food was good, I have eaten it before. It looks small in terms of portion size but was pretty decently filling. We got a combo that came with an appetizer (we opted for the broccolini (not pictured because we devoured it pretty quickly). It comes with sesame sauce and is charred pretty well. Really enjoyed that. Main course wise, we got the Shoyu Ramen with Pork and Spicy Tuna Poke Bowl, both which were super yummy. We also got a pint of beer and green tea for drinks, and it was good altogether. I'd say this is a pretty casual spot so no need to dress up. Seating can be a bit tight and it can get sunny due to the open windows without shades, but otherwise, pretty lax and chill spot for lunch or dinner.
