After the installation, we noticed that the shade was damaged and the fixture was a whole bubble off level. Upon closer inspection, the box had been damaged and repaired before it left the store. After some wrangling, the store agreed to return the product to supplier. Problem is who is going to remove the damaged light and reinstall the replacement light? Texas Bright said that it was not their responsibility for any removal nor re-installation of a replacement light. Texas Bright said that once the light leaves the store, it is the customer's responsibility. I have been a customer since 2007 and spent thousands of dollars. I will never set foot in their establishment again and I intend to inform our decorator. The staff exhibit an attitude and customer service is minimal at best. I also noticed that they drop prices so if you're willing to take a risk and wait, keep checking. Restocked regularly. I came two weeks apart and saw a whole bunch of new interesting merchandise. For my fellow parents with small children: The other shop is large and has shopping carts where you can place your kids. This one does not as it's smaller and in a house. It's hard to shop when things are so out of order. On a positive note, there is an abundance of inventory to shop. But on a not so positive note, It's extremely ill organized. The checkout line gets extremely long, with 2 to 3 registers open. But meanwhile, there will be staff up front not working registers. The store needs a major organization rehaul. The inventory presentation is a mess. Also, The manager needs to balance store traffic and register support, maintaining a line that flows without getting backed up into the store. I would imagine that sales would increase if people could actually see and find what they want to buy in an orderly merchandised store.

Absolutely humiliating experience at Ross Store #1487 in Georgetown…read more On 9/27/25, cashier Anaya Jones shoved my items into a bag like garbage, I proceeded to fold them and she moved my bag to the counter beside her and said we dont fold items, and made a sarcastic remark about people trying clothes on, to make sure i washed them first, very ver sarcastically. I asked if we were done here she said yes and I left. She never gave me a receipt, then chased me into the parking lot shouting my card was declined--making it look like I stole something. I'm 69 with leg issues, forced to walk back, only for her to press a button and hand me a receipt with no apology. Manager Esmeralda somewhat apologized but never said the employee would be counselled. Completely unprofessional and embarrassing. Shame on Ross.
