There were only three other sets of women in the store at the time and she noticeably went up and acknowledged every single group, multiple times asking if they need help or what they are looking for. The sales clerk was very helpful with pointing out the price of other items in the store as well - scarves, jewelry, bags - as everything was on special discount. I love the way they curate their selections. I found a couple of shirts in the men's section that I liked. Everything here is new or like new. And they often carry designer clothing. We walked back to the car, and what I can figure is the owner as all questions go to him, break schedules are told by him, etc. he walked out behind us and followed us giving us the side eye in my car. One other note, online they show a large selection of plushies, which was the initial reason we chose to come into the shop. However when we arrived the selection was nothing like what we saw. We inquired about one in particular and left number with the staff and they said they'd look in the storage and get back to us. Do you think we ever got a call? Not the end of the world but still think they should update photos to reflect what is actually available in store. Overall I would say that depending on when you visit you'll get a mixed bag of service.

Horrible customer service…read more I was really disappointed with my experience here. I stopped in earlier today to pick out some beads and bubble letter charms. The employee initially told me she thought the bubble letter charms were around $3 each, but she wasn't 100% sure and needed to double-check. Because she was busy helping other customers, I told her I'd leave everything under my name and come back later once she confirmed the pricing. When I returned, I found that she had already threaded every letter charm onto a chain. I never asked for this service, and it was never discussed with me. She then told me the charms were actually $40 each, which was much more than I expected based on the initial estimate. I politely declined to purchase the charms and said I'd still like to buy the other beads I had selected. That's when she told me I owed a fee for the letter charms because she had put the chains through them. At no point was I asked if I wanted that done, nor was anyone tell me there would be a fee for it. I explained that I wasn't comfortable paying for a service I never requested, but she continued to insist. Because of how the situation was handled, I ended up leaving without purchasing anything. Unfortunately, they lost a sale and a future customer. Beyond that, the customer service during both of my visits felt rude, dismissive, and unwelcoming. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing her simply by asking questions and trying to make a purchase. I value good customer service just as much as the products themselves, and this experience fell far short of that.
