my go-to miniso because of the range of blind boxes and items they have in store. it's quite large, so you can definitely take your time perusing through the stock. i've found it can be a little stuffy and warm inside in the afternoons, at least in my experience, but the hauls are usually worth it. i've noticed they carry more blind box options than other minisos i've visited, which is always a fun time. staff has always been nice and friendly during checkout! read more

I had a very disappointing experience at MINISO on Tuesday, 05/19/26 around 10:30 AM. My friend and I visited the store looking for the Jelly Miffy surprise boxes. I politely asked an employee where they might be located, and she informed us they were sold out. I thanked her and continued browsing for other surprise box options. After making our selections, we went to the register to check out, but no employee was present. While waiting, I briefly looked at some hair clips nearby while my friend waited by the register. When the employee eventually returned to the register, she completely ignored my friend and me and instead assisted the customer standing behind us in line. Even the customer herself acknowledged that we were there first, yet the employee responded rudely and stated she would help her first regardless. The interaction felt unnecessarily hostile and unprofessional, leaving both my friend and me confused and uncomfortable. Due to the poor customer service experience, we decided to leave and visit a different location instead. I strongly recommend that management provide additional customer service training to ensure all customers are treated respectfully and fairly. read more

I am quickly learning that all Minisos are not created equal, as this one is pretty spectacular with the products they offer. What mainly caught my eye: They offer figurines that you would find in specialty shops and in Japan. Primarily visited to look for cute bathroom rugs, similar to what I saw at the Spectrum location, and I ended up wandering around the whole store because it is huge and they offer so many cute items, big and small. This location offers clothes, many tees, which is nice. They also seem to offer more Disney products than other locations I've visited. Customers service was also great and very friendly. I think this miniso is the 2nd largest location in the US and it's pretty big. It has a huge makeup section and a very big snacks section. I love browsing through all the different cute IPs. I now know when I want to redeem my free birthday blind box for being a miniso member I should come to this store since they are really well stocked! This Miniso store is a bit bigger than the one near home. So the selection was bigger for shopping for some of the blind boxes and other Japanese items. Ended up picking up some Asian chips and candies at the store. Prices were similar to other Asian stores in Irvine. read more

I probably said "how cute" a minimum of 25 times in this store. Everywhere I looked there was something adorable. I was really impressed by the size and selection at this location! They have tons of blind boxes from various characters, they have giant stuffies, makeup, keychains, cups, snacks, and sooo much more! My only slight thing is that some of the prices seemed really high, like you can get a bag that has 2 crackers in it for $1. It feels like Daiso, but expensive. Also, they have some really cool makeup, but there's no English translations anywhere, which would have been nice to have. The Tustin location is officially the second largest Miniso store in the United States so you know I had to take a visit! Let me tell you, it's huge. If you already had trouble leaving Miniso when visiting its other smaller counterparts then you'll be a prisoner here. And you'll enjoy it :D March 15th 2025 Review Powerpuff Girls are front and center when you enter the store since Miniso currently has a collab with them. Throughout the store you'll also find lots of Stitch ( emphasis on Stitch + Angel ) , Snoopy & Peanuts, Care Bears, BT21, and of course the iconic Sanrio characters. All super cute! Two surprising finds I found here: a Sakata Gintoki figurine and Kerochan. I usually never see him in any Miniso store ( have only ever been to 2 other Miniso locations besides this one lol ) so as a Gintama fan I was pleasantly surprised! I immediately snatched the Shiroyasha up. And seeing Kerochan, a character from the beloved anime Cardcaptor Sakura, was also a delight! There's a ton of other figurines too like One Piece characters, Anya, Killua and Gon, Dragon Ball Z, etc. And they have a bunch of Pokémon model kits with characters like Entei and Sprigatito. Plushies are endless! My personal favorite was the s'mores kitty cat. But be sure to also check out their adorably round Pluto, Goofy, Piglet, and Dumbos! Plus their sleeping pink Winnie the Pooh was pretty awesome. What caught my eye in the makeup section was a Corpse Bride themed section and My Little Pony in the original 80's style for those who might be interested; it's here! I tried out the Miffy Crème glossy lip stain, luscious lychee, on my hand and it did its job. The stain was staining. So of course I got that too; endearing bunny aesthetics aside. Fans of blind boxes/bags you will love it here! I saw Attack on Titan, Disney characters ( princesses, Mickey Mouse, Winnie the Pooh, Zootopia, Lotso, Donald Duck, Chip 'n' Dale, etc.), My Hero Academia, Baby Three, Gudetama, XOX Kweenie, Mikko, Demon Slayer, Hatsune Miku, Chainsaw Man, Rainbocorn, One Piece, and Sanrio. Lots and lots of Sanrio you'll never starve here friends! And Windbreaker fans (me) there's something for you too! Shocking but they're there: bear themed mini acrylic standees! Conclusion? The layout of this store is honestly chaotic and it's hard to navigate, and just feels disorganized. Most of the employees were friendly, but one staff member (on the larger side) kept shooting me the nastiest looks, and not just once. Multiple times, on multiple occasions. I don't know what his problem was, but it made the whole experience weird and uncomfortable. I've also heard things about him that are seriously concerning. Store was like a sauna like others said. Staff is not friendly what so ever. Also the line situation needs to be MUCH clearer. As we were in line waiting for another register to get ready. But then another customer went in before us that wasn't in line. The other cashier was "oh the lines over there." Pointing at an aisle that didn't even look like a line Even thought we standing there for a good few minutes? We weren't cutting anyone as no one was in line but how could we tell if it just looks like another aisle to browse? So we were put behind them anyways but were rudely handled by the cashier who told us to move. We asked for a manager and they weren't much help. Not even asking us if we need a bag or anything. As we left the store, we were getting our dog out of its carrier and all the employees gathered around and were obviously talking about us cause we could see them looking and laughing through the glass. Such a huge layout store of any Miniso brand store that I've been to. What is big in size does lack a lot of features to hold more merchandise for the space. I wasn't too impressed on items that were available as the store being a bigger size and space lacked what smaller stores actually carry. Store is clean as it was barely a grand opening. I hope the company makes decisions to start having certain stores have priority in tiers and limited products as I feel this location has way more potential than what i expected. read more

Manager Richie is very rude. I was looking at blind boxes and there were multiple stocking boxes left on the floor, I saw an item I was interested on the top of the boxes so I added it to my cart. There is little to no pricing around the store so I went to the cashier to ask for a price and he saw the items I was asking about. He walked over to the blind boxes and looked at me and said "did you grab items from these boxes". I replied that it was on the top of the boxes (possibly grabbed by another customer and left on top) so I grabbed it. He said " you need to ask next time because we are still putting those items out". He was very rude for no reason. If the item isn't available to be purchased or not preferred to be purchased that day, why is it left on the sales floor? read more

Terrible manager. Horrible attitude towards customers. Literally tells one customer yes to something and another one no to the same request. Seems to be on a power trip. i love going to miniso but feel like the employees could do better with their customer service. everyone just seems unhappy and doesn't want to be there. i went there with my bsf and my bf to take a look around. my bf grabbed a blindbox for me and we continued to look around. we ended up in the little plush keychain aisle and was standing in front of it, leaving space behind us incase people needed to get by. as i'm looking at one of the keychains, i slightly bent down to grab it so i can purchase, but an employee rudely screamed EXCUSE ME as if i had bumped into her and hit her. my bsf and bf all looked at her rudely bc she gave me a bitchy ass look as if i had hit or bump into her. if you're going to try and pass by or get behind someone, it's common courtesy to just simply say "sorry, excuse me" as you're passing. she rudely screamed as if i had hit her or bumped. i was alr slightly bent down when she decided to try and get behind me. that overall ruined my whole experience because what did i do? she scoffed and just walked away all irritated. girl i did not bump into you. next time just say excuse me nicely or just say ur getting through. we left a whole ass space for you to get through so why are you getting pissed. it made me upset and we just returned everything and left. if you see a girl w a nose piercing working there at night shift friday night then stay away lol cuz apparently she will yell at you to get out of the way even when there's a big ass space to get through!! read more

WORST Miniso store. Purchased a blind box & made sure we specifically asked if we were able to return it since it was a gift & we weren't sure if it was the one we needed, the girl who rang us out said "as long as you have the original receipt & the box is unopened & undamaged, you can return it" so we went about our day. Turns out we got the wrong one so I came to return it as we were told we could, first employee to help said they don't do returns on blind boxes per their policy. I didn't ask to speak to anyone else, I was going to go about my day & take the loss but then this short oversized guy came & rudely told me that I couldn't return it. I told him that, that wasn't what we were told & he told me I must've "not heard her correctly" or that I "must've misunderstood" her, when I had clearly asked her about the specific blind box, i told him that that's what we were told, nothing more nothing less, basically started calling me a liar saying that the employees know better, maybe retrain your employees on your correct policy?
