It's now February 2024 and there are still magazines from November of last year. I went to the religious section, and there was no thought or effort in that area. There is still Christmas gifting in that area. I went to the fashion and art section, and there was very little on fashion. I walked around the store, and even by the front register area and not one time, did anyone acknowledge me. At one point I saw the manager talking with an employee and they both looked at me in my eyes and said nothing. I will no longer renew my membership to Barnes & Noble. There is no purpose when magazines are outdated and it appears no one actually wants to service customers in the store. It was very clear that I was looking around for some thing, but they didn't care. It would be a good idea to work with your magazine vendors, so that people have something new and fresh on the newstands versus crumbled magazines that are, three months old. This right here is one of the reasons why people go to Amazon.

We were even able to find a spot with a tiny bit of shade. The store is typical of most Five Below with lots of "stuff" -- candy; gifts; beauty supplies; t shirts; toys; games; books; I was here to get a new 10' cable for my phone. They font last long, but even though they're no longer $5, they are a good price here. Meanwhile, we got a few other things to play with, of course. They have register check out here, only. No self serve check out. And there was only one gal working a register. We saw no other staff the time we were here. Glad we visited. Now we know.

They had a lot of merchandise from which to choose plus a large "last chance" section. They run sales often -- so if you time it right, you can get a good deal. I'd been looking for an additional bathing suit and hoped to take advantage of their current sale. Depending on the brand you chose, the discount varied. Unfortunately I didn't find anything I liked. I did wind up trying on some other items. And I found a dressy top on sale that I loved and was too inexpensive to pass up. Good to know they're doing well at this mall. I'm sure I'd shop here again.

The parking lot out front was very busy as there are a number of stores in this "strip", but we were able to find a space not far from the entrance to the store. Inside, it's quite large with a huge amount of inventory. But it seemed fairly organized and relatively neat considering how many people were shopping at the same time. They had the most choices I've seen in quite a while for me to take to the fitting room to try on. I liked that they allow up to ten items to try. Unfortunately, I didn't buy anything here. However, I really liked the store and am already planning to return.
