Minutes later he called me back and talked me through what turned out to be an relatively easy fix. Tony totally went the extra mile. The alternative would have been my spending a couple hours of my day loading the mower on a trailer back/forth and spending money I didn't have to. Customer Service par excellence!!

That may sound reasonable- but when you live some distance away and have to load up the mower to bring it in for service- it's not optimal.
