From Andy in service to Heather in the office Dan in service and "Gordo" in trucking. Ryan has this location running like a well oiled machine! Every time I deal with Ryan and his team I feel like family. Lano love is what they call it. I retired early from where I worked because of lack of leadership and lazy co-workers. I can tell you that's not the case in the Anoka Lano's. They're friendly, professional and know the products they sell. I hope none of the team ever decide to leave. And he let me know that if I waited a couple days there would be a Toro Days sale, that would save me another $150. Everyone there was friendly, genuine and helpful. That may sound reasonable- but when you live some distance away and have to load up the mower to bring it in for service- it's not optimal.
