Came here on a Sunday evening when I was craving Thai food. The chef is Malaysian and they serve, Thai, Chinese, and Malaysian food, and everything is Halal. I had the spicy garlic eggplant and added tofu. I also got the roti canai. Both were tasty. Service was a little off bc everyone was in the kitchen or on the phone so it would take a minute if you need something. They have a busy takeout service, and I would probably order take out, but prob not come back in to eat. The food is definitely delicious!

Halal food and great location. Highly recommend the Malaysian food over the Chinese! Friendly staff and quick service. Soft drinks were a little off, I think they mix themselves but wasn't horrible.

I went to this place last week because I heard that they started serving halal food. This is the only halal chinese, thai, and malaysian restaurant in the area. I was impressed with it, but it lacked a bit more flavor. I loved the hospitality and the menu, but I felt overwhelmed looking at it! To my halal lovers, check them out because they have amazing options

Ordered this through FOODA at work. Can't say that I was a fan. I ordered 45 minutes before they wrapped up for lunch (they're only on-site for 2 hours). Guess business was good because they were out of rice. The gentleman in front of me only asked for a little rice so that I could get the remaining scrapings...and scrapings they were! The rice was hard and just not cooked well. That's the one thing you expect to be cooked right...the rice! The Sesame Chicken was the star of the meal. It was really good...but I was only able to get a little because they were running low. It was your typical; basic Sesame Chicken. Nothing fancy, just way better than the Chef's Special or the rices The Chef's Special was kinda flavorless. If included shrimp, broccoli and an assortment of other vegetables with a sweet taste. Enjoyed the broccoli. Didn't care for the shrimp and the other vegetables were just there to fill the dish. For $9, I will have to skip next time.

They came to our job with Fooda! I got the mint sampler. Sesame chicken, Kung Pao chicken with rice. It's ok. The service was great. Typical Asian food. Very standard

I'd gotten a mailing advertising 15% off online or call-in ordering. Since it's so close, I just decided to dine in. Interior was tasteful - not fancy but had some touches to make it look warm and intimate. The fresh rolls were not bad. Hoisin sauce and rolls were standard Thai fare and tasted fresh. The spicy basil shrimp was just ok. Nothing at all wrong with it, but was seriously lacking in spice and flavor. The ingredients were certainly fresh though. So yes, overall, it was about average. Giving a three for ambiance and the fresh rolls, but can't give more due to the lack of seasoning. Maybe some of the other dishes are better? Perhaps next time we'll see.

Looking at the reviews, an average of 3.5 stars, made me nervous... The menu options sounded like everything I was craving, but I kept my expectations lowered just in case. Let me just say... I was very pleasantly surprised. My friend and I ordered food delivery via grubhub: Vegetable steamed dumplings, Tom kar kai soup, green curry with shrimp, and Malaysia flat noodle with shrimp. Everything was so flavorful and delicious! I would definitely recommend these dishes. My only critique is that, while delicious, the green curry was a slightly off-putting color (it looked like it was dyed green rather than being a natural shade). Other than that: 100% loved it!

Ordered off of door dash for some Friday night take out. This definitely fell short. The fried rice itself was good but the chicken in it literally had no seasoning at all. The wonton soup was very salty. The ginger dressing for the salad was chunky and not really a dressing-had to scoop it out with a fork. Skip this place and get your food elsewhere!

Ordered the Masaman Curry and Basil Fresh rolls on a whim for lunch takeout. No avocados in the masaman curry despite it being in the dish description on the menu. It's pretty bland and...dry? Can't quite describe it. The upside is that it is filling and there was a generous amount of shrimp in it. The fresh basil rolls were yummy, but only 2 pieces of shrimp opposed to the average 3 (I'm a fresh roll fan lol) and FULL of noodles. Way too much noodle! And could've used more basil, but that's just me. The saving grace was the sweet peanut side sauce from the rolls-- delicious with the whole meal, especially the curry. For $25.00 after tip though.. I'll likely consider other options next time.

Reliably adequate. Delivery: My friends have ordered here for delivery, and it's decent, but nothing different than any takeout. It took about 45-1hr for delivery. I prefer sit in because the food is more fresh and less dry. Ambience: In the restaurant itself it has a nice ambience. I've eaten here about 5 times, mostly with friends. Good for a casual dinner date, nothing fancier. Service: Served with not much waiting time - everyone that has served me is very friendly and makes sure you have what you need. Food: I usually go for the Thai food, which is good quality and portions are large enough to be doggy-bagged. Lunch is cheaper prices and I would say would make the food worth it. Dinner is $2-3 more expensive for dishes, but it's not amazing Thai food, as the dishes taste very similar and doesn't have a savory enough flavoring of typical Thai spices for me. It does satisfy cravings though. I've had the sushi there once as well - this was a bit disappointing and I wouldn't order it here again. That isn't to say that I wouldn't go back though - this is definitely one of my go-to Thai places close to the area where I live (walkable). My fave: Emory students get free thai iced tea! However the sugar level is intense so make sure to ask for less sugar level, unless you have a big sweet tooth.

The chicken and shrimp combined with the ginger soy sauce was delicious. Asked for it to be fried, and the texture was nice. My fiancé ordered panang curry which was flavorful and spicy. The chicken and beef were a minute or two overcooked since they were so thin, but overall, a filling and satisfied dish. The server offered replacement meat however my fiancé declined. Our server even gave extra rice to go upon request, which was thoughtful and made the experience even better. I ordered the drunken noodle with chicken. Again, chicken was a bit overcooked, but the dish was delicious, especially the fresh bell peppers throughout. Honestly wanted a bit more peppers because they were so good, but overall, good portions of each part of the dish. Service was great, and the ambiance was nice. Because it wasn't a lot of people there at the time, it felt intimate and romantic. Will return in the future. Thank you for an amazing time and great food!

I have never in my life had Americanized Thai food (or at least been conscience of it) but this tasted every bit of that. Not a single Thai national or descendant cooking or dining in here... I should have slid out the door upon noticing this but we were HONGRY and this place was walking distance. I appreciate the big portions to help alleviate the hunger, but the food going down wasn't even close to a real Thai experience. And the general ambience was definitely off. It's unclear whether this is a casual to-go spot or a sit-down spot or a bar. The service here was confusing. You have to order drinks separately from your food, for one. Secondly, it took a solid 10 minutes for a bartender to walk behind the bar and begrudgingly explain to me what they have available. I would have ordered more but her attitude made me close the tab after one beer. We didn't get served water until after we received our food, a solid 15-20 min after being in the restaurant. It generally felt like no one wanted to be there, and the staff were just moving independently to complete tasks instead of creating a dining experience *together*. There was not a smile from a single person I interacted with. I'd most likely not return purely because the dining experience is just plain out uncomfortable. On to the food. Mostly oil and noodles except for the papaya salad, which was... okay. Again, big portions. Nice heat. But just okay. The whole cherry tomatoes on top were a little weird and screamed laziness. The tofu kee mao was... okay. Same for the chicken pad thai. Lots of oil. This food made us feel pretty tired after eating it, which I've rarely experienced eating Thai cuisine. And they were very, very stingy with the protein. My husband counted 4-5 little slivers of chicken and hella noodles. The same was true for my tofu dish. I mean... it's tofu y'all. Cheap. But I can imagine they have to cut these corners because there were about 8 staff members running around in a small space with only a few customers in for happy hour. They do have HH deals on drinks depending on the day, but I found the drinks to be overpriced and not worth it. Especially the beer. And a $10 non-alcoholic cocktail is wild imo, especially for the scanty area this area is in. They are certainly milking the fact that they are in eyeshot of the Mercedes Benz stadium. The inside is beautiful and very ~trendy~ and honestly that tells me exactly where the focus is. I'd rate this a 2, but I'm adding a star for the spotless restrooms.

This restaurant is really the best kept secret in Atlanta!…read more My family visited here this week for the first time since around 2014 and, despite our fears that it wouldn't live up to the great experience we had then, they EXCEEDED our expectations. We ordered so much and everything was delicious - nothing below an 8/10 in my opinion. We ordered the seafood spring rolls (8/10), crab benigets (8/10 with a special note of originality), and the shrimp appetizer (10/10). Spring rolls- very crispy and flaky, had the "sea floor" variety of seafood inside, flavorful 3 sauces to go with it Crab beignets- a slightly cheesy and airy beignet with a genius crab dip blend. The whole table was surprised on how good it was. Shrimp appetizer- the best "bang bang" shrimp I've had. Shrimps are very large and has a nice fruit salsa to go with. Everyone at the table loved their entrees but I can only truly speak for the ones I tried. Seafood Curry- I will NEVER eat curry anywhere else! I LOVEEEEE THIS CURRY! All the seafood is so fresh, the curry is so flavorful that I literally slurped the rest off my plate. There was also such a variety of veggies in there that were also very fresh and firm (not soggy). For the price especially, you get sooooo much and with such a thoughtful recipe. According to our waitress, it's the only recipe that hasn't changed since the restaurant opened in 2012! Fried chicken - I didn't try the chicken itself, but I did try the Mac and cheese and greens that came with it. Let me tell you, I am very picky about Mac and cheese and this rivals the best Mac and cheese I've had in Atlanta (toast on Lenox)! The greens were also fantastic and flavorful, but a little on the sweet side if that's what your preference is. For dessert, all 4 of us shared one slice of the suspension cake and couldn't even finish it! It was ginormous (literally the size of your head). I won't even go into details- just order it! The ambiance is so intimate and unique- not feeling like an "uptight" boujie restaurant, but curated and thoughtful. They have very nice seating outdoor that is enclosed as well as a beautiful bar area. Lastly, the service is fantastic. I genuinely can't recall my waitresses name, but they speak so highly of the head chef (Calvin) and most have worked there 8+ years, so it really feels like home. I write this review with hesitance because I want this place to remain a secret, but how could I not brag! Book the reservation!
