Had a really good experience everyone was so friendly, their service was great. Definitely making this my go to dentist.

I walked in with high expectations due to the great reviews I read online. (I am submitting this review after comparing my treatment to my husband's treatment today.) After I signed my forms, I was never offered an iPad and headphones like he was. Or a new pair of shades to wear during the treatment. I also signed a form for the free whitening kit but was never asked if it was "something I'd be interested in", as they had asked him. So I never received anything on that. They also asked him if there was something he wanted to watch or listen to on the TV (Netflix, Pandora, etc,), which they, also, never offered me. In the end, it just seemed like I was not treated fairly. They allowed him to keep the shades, which isn't a big deal, but just not something they even offered me. I don't understand why I was not given equal treatment being that we both have the same insurance and were treated by the same people. I am pregnant and wasn't able to do the xrays but that was the only difference between our appointments. read more

I really loved this place the first time my deep clean was so easy and painless!! The second time I went way different story... they weren't able to use the regular equipment because of covid and new regulations. I would've preferred to know I was gonna get my teeth scraped and flossed instead.. that would have been good to know. Also the pain I felt was so bad soo much bleeding from the roughness used to clean my teeth and poking of my gums. I had this procedure done before and the pain was not like this at all. They should wait until better procedures are in place. read more

My friend recommended Mint to me since I've been looking for a dentist in town. I was hesitant because I've been going to the same family dentist my whole life in the suburbs and the radio ads for Mint seem sketch in my opinion. But I was really happy with my experience. I was in and out in 1 hour all together, including the teeth whitening kit. All the staff is very friendly- my hygienist was sweet and gentle (which is probably the most important thing in my opinion). Overall great experience, no complaints and I will return. read more

I had a fantastic experience with Mint Dentistry! They put a huge emphasis on customer service and it shows. The receptionists stand up and greet you upon entering, offer you amenities of iPad + headphones, and explain everything clearly. The place has a modern design and all the forms are electronic and easy to fill out. The dentist who helped me was knowledgeable and didn't push wisdom teeth removal or extra things this that I didn't need. Best dentist visit I've had. Massage chairs and Netflix made my visit relaxing instead of awkward and uncomfortable. They take my insurance -- perfect. Staff was uber friendly and professional, the office is decorated modern and pretty. They found a small cavity, so they immediately found out and explained how much my insurance would cover and how much I would owe. The amount wasn't large enough to need it, but they offered me a payment plan to help pay for the filling. I agreed to get the filling and it was small enough that I didn't need numbing, so getting the filling was totally painless and took a total of five minutes. The entire visit took just under two hours to take a full set of x-rays, get an exam, cleaning, fitted for my teeth whitening trays, and my cavity filled. For some reason I always get nervous when visiting the dentist. As soon as I walked through the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile. The new patient paperwork was all done on an iPad and was very simple. There was no wait time and I was quickly moved on to do my X-rays. Then I was escorted to the room to start on my procedure. The dentist came and introduced herself then looked at my teeth. This by far has been the best experience I've ever had a dentist. I'm very satisfied with the cleaning. Everyone here was very helpful and I'll be returning soon. I highly recommend mint dentistry. They have Netflix available and massage chairs. read more

Mint Dentistry is hands down the best experience I've had at the dentist ever! I have a fear of going to the dentist but they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They offered me a tablet with beats head phones while I waited. Once in the room I was seated in a massage chair! My insurance covered for me to get a free take home teeth whitening kit which is something I've always wanted! I had a few issues with my trench that should've been taken care of years ago but they didn't make me feel bad for it. Awesome place! Keep it up! read more

MINT Dentistry in the Heights is amazing! Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. I easily made my first appointment online and received a pleasant follow up call from one of their Team Members. I was able to complete my new patient forms online which was super convenient. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly by the front desk and didn't wait more than 5 minutes before being brought back to start my appointment even though I was 20 minutes early! My boyfriend and I both took the day off work for this appointment. In the days prior to my appointment I received over 6 phone calls interrupting my work day from their office staff with 4 voicemails letting me know that they "could not find that my insurance policy even exists". I showed up to the office, showed them my insurance card and waited 30 minutes to be told yet again they cannot verify that I even have a policy. All of this to find out that their staff entered in my policy number incorrectly. I know people make mistakes but you'd think this would be checked as they continued to call & attempt verification, even in person, the number was not confirmed. This flaw on their part caused me to miss my ywell needed appointment & have a day off of work for no reason. Office staff did not apologize once for the inconvenience and though they were never rude I find it very unprofessional to not apologize or think to confirm the insurance number despite calling me six times to "confirm my insurance". I will make sure none of my friends and family in the heights visit this office. read more

Dr. Tan was very communicative when she came in to discuss the problems I had with my teeth and made sure all of my questions were answered. Mint is the best. My husband and I went in Dallas and now we go in Houston. Transferring over has been super easy. They are super nice, accommodating, and understanding of not being able to pay for everything right away. They will work with you. The staff takes the time to sit down and explain everything to you including pricing and exactly what they are going to do to your teeth. Everyone has been super helpful, especially Paulina!
