Great location! The GM Samuel Rivera has got a great hard working staff. Car is clean from wash and with the dry off service, I love the self vacuum with all the attachments, the compressed air, fresh towels and cleaners. Or they will detail your car.. It's seems like a great place to work, GM Rivera's employees are working hard and smiling. Of course the prices are great. I was at first skeptical of the service and response that I was going to get from the Mint Eco rep but I got quite a surprise. I called to complain that I was being charged $48 for my last month deduction instead of the $24 that we agreed to. The young lady that answered the phone was very apologetic and quickly resolved the issue by refunding me the difference, She performed her duties in a very quick and precise manner. Honestly really bad experience, spent the extra money for the wash with the quick polish they add on. Black dust still left all over the car that with a simple wipe would be gone. Was busy so I didn't check till I got home. I called and was told I'd get a call from the manager but still haven't received anything over a week. Disappointed with the new owners, same experience with the previous ownership. What's worse is I left a tip for people who didn't even wipe the car properly. read more

*Updated* Had a bad experience with their "$1/mo for 3 months" promotion. After getting this "great plan" at this location, I went back to Jupiter for my second car wash a few days later. The Jupiter location charged my credit card on file $23.01 for a "new plan" without my knowledge. I called them and was promised a refund "right now." The ensuring weeks were spent just calling them and getting bounced back and forth between those 2 location managers. Finally, I was told the "corporate office" or the "accounting department" would contact me to give me a refund. But nothing happened, and now they are lying to me by saying I can find their accounting department's phone number online. Update #1: A few minutes after this review, they called me and offered the refund as promised several weeks ago. Case closed, for now. read more
