It is extremely concerning that a medical professional could not distinguish between a simple stomachache and the presentation of a kidney stone. On top of that, she told me she would prescribe medication for my nausea, yet no prescription was ever submitted, and there is no mention of it anywhere in my discharge paperwork. They did NOT require patients too put on a new mask... and one was chronically coughing. Yet, the nurse took my information from a separate room on her phone due to Covid protocols. Nobody seemed to write anything I said down. This resulted in me repeating a month-long history of medical visits, for various symptoms, all the medications that resulted from them and all my current symptoms... Half a dozen times! When I did finally meet with the doctor, she was an excellent listener, very empathetic and supportive. I might recommend her...but all she prescribed me was an antihistamine nasal spray. My symptoms are severe, and definitely need further treatment, but she simply did NOT know what to do for me. She said she wanted to prescribe me antibiotics, but she feared the side effects would make my current symptoms even worse. WORST PART: I showed the doctor two red bite marks, on my right forearm, and assured her I had a picture of the bites, when they first happened, and they were red circles. I requested a basic LYME DISEASE blood test. She REFUSED detest me, for Lyme disease and tick borne illness, because she said, "your symptoms don't relate to that." My symptoms are classic for Lyme disease: headache; diarrhea; nausea; fatigue; etc. this type of medical ignorance is extremely dangerous. If ANY of the 300+ kinds of tickborne illness, of which we only test for one kind of Lyme Disease, is not diagnosed and treated early, it can become chronic for LIFE. THE DEAL: In future, I would reserve using this walk-in clinic for absolute emergencies only... and only those that don't merit going to the ER!

I called the number listed -- (781) 746-7193, I followed the menu to the 'office front desk', I get sent to the main office and get someone who has no idea what's happening in the Dedham location. I got 'transferred' to the Dedham location and again it's the same number I called. This time I go with the 0 option, the only other possible option that might connect to someone who could help at the Dedham location. Again, I'm sent to the main office where no one has a clue about the wait time in the Dedham, MA location. Best I could get was the office number to the Dedham location. Guess what that was -- (781) 746-7193. Exactly the number I called. Completely dysfunctional communication. After wasting considerable time in an urgent situation to get information from this Urgent Care center, I still got no help.

Justin, Whitney & Heather's top notch care NEVER waivered. On 2/4/2024, I sent an application for a handicap placard to be completed by Dr Gordon. She signed it on 2/20/2024 but I wasn't told. I looked on my online profile and found it. I called Carbon Health @ Framingham and was sent the form. Unfortunately the doctor's page was dated 9/2023, so my application was rejected. I am on a cane, so, walking distances are not an option. Because of this error, I had to start the placard process all over. I now have a new PCP, Maxine D, who completed the form, and got it back to me THE NEXT DAY. I hope the Carbon Health transition helps bring things back to the care I initially received.
