When he was finished I asked about the bill and he said it would be the quoted amount of $4000+ . I protested stating the job was considerably less time and effort than originally thought and I should be charged his hourly rate for the work. He said I didn't understand that this was the way plumbers charged, by the job and not by the hour. I told hime that has never been my experience . Every job they've done has led to another issue. There are plenty of better HVAC companies out there -- I'd strongly suggest staying away from this one. So I called them to take a look. All of a sudden, they do not work on navians now. They told me to kick rocks. I called another local company. They came and fixed the issue in 30 mins, it was a faulty expansion tank. I strongly suggest to not use this company. They missed my faulty expansion tank and they falsely advertise which make/models they actually can provide service to. ​
