I pay for a mailbox there and I have been a customer there for years. We all know each other by name and my mailbox number. They are always professional and show courtesy towards me and my family. I love having my mail and packages delivered there- I NEVER worry about "porch thieves" because the UPS store has my back. The owners are more serious in their personality than I am, but that is ok. When you take the time to get to know them it is worth it. When I broke my ankle, they offered their younger employees to help out and carry my packages to my car. They have GREAT customer service and really care. I also notice and realize that are SUPER busy all the time! read more

We came to drop off an Amazon package return. The process was smooth, fast and hassle free.

I sent an email with a file I wanted printed on a 4x6 card and was told sure, no problem, but that I needed to come down there and give approval. I drove down there right away to approve and pay for my order, but when I got there they said it was just going to be printed on a piece of paper, with both sides of the card just side by side. Why did you have me come all the way down there if you didn't know whether or not you could fulfill my request? I can print a piece of paper at my office. I needed a 2-sided 4x6 card, as I stated on the phone. Thanks for wasting my time dude. No wonder this place has such a low rating. read more

Pretty sure they paid to hide or delete my previous review from when they flat out refused to ship a box for me. Went in today only because it was my only way of returning equipment to Spectrum Communications and they told me the WIFI is down so they can't "scan anything". So they have no cellular back up and can't type anything in manually? Either lazy or cheap way to do business. They suggested I drive to the Gilroy store with gas at $6/gallon. read more

I cannot praise the wonderful people at this store enough. We were an "almost " victim of bank fraud. We was almost robbed of a "lot" money and if the wasn't for the amazing lady who actually located the UPS vehicle and drove out to get it from the truck, We would have been another victim and out a LOT of money! I have a UPS business account. I stopped at the UPS store to do a letter shipment. I used the store computer to login to my account and print two shipping labels totaling almost $40. I went to the counter to add the documents and shipping labels to the UPS envelopes. The counter person informed me there was a $7.00+ charge to use the store computer. What a rip off! read more

I had an appointment to shred my documents and when I arrived, was greeted warmly by a nice young lady who offered me the use of the store dolly to bring my boxes of documents in (yay!). When I returned a few minutes later, there were 3 other customers who had arrived. A young man came out, without so much as a smile or a hello, told me to put the boxes on the scale and said "$35.00" I asked the weight and he said 35 pounds, so I assumed $1 per pound to shred. Pricey but I had no other options that day - and wishing Commonwealth was running their free shred day...but oh well. Anyway, I paid the bill, he handed me the receipt, and turned away to help the next person. When I interrupted and asked how long until the documents were picked up to be shredded, he asked the manager; she replied Friday, which was that day. Silly me asking these questions about my personal documents just sitting on the countertop for all the public to see, sheesh. Not even a thank you. I really wanted to remind this young man or the manager that a little professionalism goes a long way. I left feeling not-too-confident about a service that I paid for. Never again. read more

UPS delivered my package went the next day to pick it up Sam. The owner seemed disheveled and out of it couldn't find my package told me to leave and call UPS. I called UPS and the recording stated that they tracked my package and that Sam signed for my package. I went back inside to let him listen to the recording. He said "I don't care get out of my store call UPS" Great customer service. On the way out there was two other customers that had packages that were not there. So, I had a package delivered and no one was home, UPS attempted 3 times to deliver the package and they kept missing us. Got a notice that this was the final attempt to deliver. What do I do now, I went on line to track the package with no luck. I didnt know where the package was so I paid an extra $8.00 to have it picked up at their UPS location in Morgan Hill. I understand they did their part in trying to get the package to me, without success. So changed my order to be picked up here and went to pick it up and it was not here at this location. The employee was friendly and helpful as much as she could be under the circumstances. Maybe I need to give more time for it to be prossed to this location. I just hope I can get to it before it is shiped back to the seller. Hopefully Ill have better luck next time im here. Wish me luck, lol. read more

I rarely ever write reviews but I felt like this was necessary, I talked to someone on the phone about holding my package for an extra two days before returning back to sender. The person on the phone got my tracking number and information, wrote it down, confirmed they could hold it for me, and they still sent back my package. I have no one in Arizona to send my package back to me and it is my license plate for my main car. Now I either have to fly to Arizona or not have a driveable car. They absolutely screwed me all because a lack of competence. The store front doesn't have any solutions for me nor does 800 number. If I had a choice I would never use UPS again, they didn't offer refund for the shipment or any compensation at all. Please avoid UPS at all costs read more

Do not go to this store for your shipping needs. They will ship your package to the wrong address and afterwards will NOT attempt to rectify their mistakes. As a matter of fact they'll make ridiculous assumptions and even hang up on you if you call. read more

This UPS store has excellent customer service. After being turned away from FedEx for passport photos of my infant daughter, the staff at UPS were happy to help us out. They were super patient with us and we were able to get them done. I've also been coming her for many years and never had any issues with shipments. read more

Unfortunately I consistently have issues with this location. Twice I returned an Amazon package and Amazon said they didn't get it. The packages eventually were returned and I did get a refund. Always get a receipt when you drop off anything here. I recommend Postal Annex across the street. read more

Awful costumer service, sent my fingerprint results to the wrong place TWICE and was very rude and not helpful at all when I told them specifically not to resubmit them and they didn't listen and still did. Management is awful, very nice younger lady behind front desk tried to help me but both managers are careless and rude. Had to go to another live scan service store and pay for someone else to do it correctly. Very unfortunate they would be so careless about very important documents that they charge $50 to send to the DOJ. Absolutely ridiculous should not be allowed to do live scan or fingerprint services. Very disappointing they should have their live scan services license revoked. read more

Went to have a document notarized with my passport form another country . The guy refused to notarize my urgent document saying it's not acceptable . I called another UPS to find out he was wrong and even checked online . Very rude and unprofessional. To my astonishment he seemed very inconsiderate. Dropped off a couple packages to ship, even decided to pay the ridiculous retail shipping prices to save me time. However, the rudeness and lack of attention to detail, and arrogance of the clerk (owner?) really blew my mind. The middle-aged South Asian lady acted like she was doing me a favor by shipping my parcels for which I was paying over $100 to send off. Abhorrent! After waiting in line for about 10 minutes, and then waiting for the clerk to enter in all my information, she tells me I cannot ship my boxes because there is a wine logo on the box. I explained to her several times that there was no wine in the box (the entire box weighed less than a bottle of wine). Came in here to get passport photos. They were $12 for two photos. Felt a bit steep but I didn't do any price comparisons, so I guess you reap what you sow! I've also called in to this place because they advertise that they ship freight, but their quote came back insanely high compared to every other one I got. It really was an exorbitantly high quote. I would not recommend them for freight. I would recommend them for passport photos. They did a good job with that. Service was decent. They were training a new person, and there was some palpable tension behind the counter. Still, the new girl seemed really nice. So, I'm optimistic that it's a tension situation in that regard. This is a much less popular spot than FedEx, so if you're worried about lines then that's a factor to consider. read more
