This time, my previous hard gel was lifting quite a bit (not done here) so they removed it and redid the set over my natural nails. From the top, the nails look really pretty and the shape/color are nice. However, the hard gel is extremely thin, to the point where my nails feel like they could easily break. After only 4 days, I'm already noticing lifting along the sidewalls. The tips are also noticeably thicker than the rest of the nail, which makes the nails look a little uneven/odd from the side. I really like the salon and had a great experience my first time, so I'm disappointed that this set hasn't held up the same way. I think there's definitely potential here, but I would have preferred a little more structure and consistency with the hard gel application.

I'm currently on a healthy nail journey to strengthen and improve my natural nails. My cuticles were not properly addressed, and when I asked her to cut them, she told me there was "no cuticle" and that it was just dry skin. As you can see in the attached photos, the skin around my nails was clearly not properly cleaned or finished. My hands were also not moisturized or massaged, which I expected as part of a full manicure. When I brought my concerns to the front desk, I felt dismissed and made to feel as though I was being unreasonable. I explained that I did not feel comfortable paying for a full manicure when the service felt incomplete. I felt very taken advantage of and, most importantly, not heard.they did end up giving me the express mani price, but after trying to fight my point Ps the first time I went carol did my Manicure and she Was absolutely AMAZING
