The first bad experience at their Beverly Hills location. See the photo on the first experience. They poked too hard with the cuticle pusher and she cut under my nail. The polish was also uneven. Disappointing. The second bad experience at their West Hollywood location. I tried to give them another try but this place sucks and it's expensive. It definitely won't survive in LA. I don't know how they have good reviews lol it's like they hired techs still in cosmetology school but the prices are high and they promote a luxury experience. I had an appointment and still waited about 10 mins. This is my second time here after a bad first experience at the Beverly Hills location. This time my pedicure and gel manicure didn't go well again. The pedicure nail polish was poorly applied. I informed them the polish was uneven and didn't look smooth. The gel manicure was the merengue color and the polish was not even on my right thumb. I told the manager and all she said was "I appreciate your feedback." Even though the service was bad they still tried adding a tip and I removed it. Horrible experience again and never coming back. Makes sense why the place empty for being in a prime location in West Hollywood. read more

For my birthday, my friends gave me a gift card to Townhouse for a little pampering and I went in today for a hard gel manicure and it was such a great experience. Located in the heart of Beverly Hills there are a ton of parking structures within walking distance which made it easy to park and get to my appointment on time The interior design was calming and trendy. My technician, Jessica, was awesome. Kind, welcoming and did a great job! They use high quality products and even their own product line of nail care. Their cuticle oil was a great touch at the end of my service The one call out is they don't offer free water or beverages, but have some pre canned drinks on hand for purchase. I recommend bringing your own beverage before your appointment. There are tons of coffee shops/fast casual places nearby to choose from...even a Shake Shack on the corner. read more

I'm only giving 2 stars bc they attempted to make another suggestion for a nail salon and it is an actual cute aesthetic salon. Warning do not schedule an appointment here during rush hour -- the morning, lunch time or evening. It's a high traffic area and parking is terrible and they won't accommodate you if you're late. They don't offer valet and they don't offer dedicated parking spots. If you have anxiety or minimal patience this place and parking will test you to the max. Such a cute place but they were unwilling to accommodate and I checked in and sat for a few minutes while they scrolled tablets and phones when I finally had to approach and speak to them to explore my options which were nonexistent. Such a cute place but for today's experience and no phone to contact a human, it's not an ideal experience. This could be a great gem during non peak hours but this area is such a high volume and not having parking, no valet, it could be a challenge Update, they are not back to a 0-1 star. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and the whole business system in general. I signed up for their membership because it seemed cost effective plus it is a super cute nail salon. I went ahead and booked an appointment on their online system, received several confirmation emails, and even a reminder that my appointment was scheduled for today. I showed up to my appointment about 15 minutes earlier because I knew traffic and parking in the area are complicated. It turns out that they were unable to locate my appointment despite me showing email proof that it was indeed for today. The receptionist was very kind and I understand it wasn't her fault but at the end of the day they turned me down and were unable to accommodate which was not acceptable. They wasted my time, money, and energy. Will be cancelling my membership and beware of this company because their customer service is terrible. You cannot contact anyone outside of the shop. So I tried booking through the website clicking on every detail of what each girl wanted. By the end the website said no. Not because the date was full, not because the slot was full. No reasoning...just no. So then I sent them a message on Instagram because the website stated that if you have an issue, you can't call you must use WhatsApp. I don't have the app so I attempted Instagram. They replied I must use WhatsApp. So I tried the chat option on the website. Robot said you must use WhatsApp. So I downloaded and created an account for WhatsApp just for them to respond with please send an email. Over it! Wanted to give 10 services to this company. Hello, I was in for a pedicure with gel removal today in West Hollywood. She had to stop the pedicure because she spotted nail fungus on my big toe on the left foot. I was in for a pedicure at the Beverly Hills location a month ago. I am shocked that I would have nail fungus, I've never had this before and I have to turn to your salon as the reason. My doctor let me know this was likely picked up during my gel pedicure as I didn't have this a month ago at my last appointment. I don't know if the gel wasn't applied correctly or what happened. After my gel pedicure, the polish fell from another two toes about 8 days after when I was traveling. I thought it was from travel but now knowing the big toe gel was not applied correctly and led to fungus I'm not too sure about that. I thought your locations had safety standards and I'm beyond disappointed I am now dealing with this. I like the concept of this salon--clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. I got a signature mani/pedi. Cost was $120 before tip. The nail technicians are friendly, professional, and create a welcoming atmosphere. That said, there are a few areas for improvement. While the QR code color selection is sleek in theory, it's not practical. You can't truly see the polish details until they bring them out, making it feel like an unnecessary extra step. Also, the polish quality seems lacking--I noticed multiple applications where the product didn't adhere well. Lastly, the salon's approach to single-use tools creates a lot of waste. Either each customer takes their nail kit home or it's discarded, which feels excessive. A more sustainable option would be appreciated. I have been wanting to try this nail salon since I live nearby. The ambiance and vibe are great but it misses the mark with quality and service. They don't offer you water or anything to drink. You have to purchase it. I got a luxury manicure and it's far from my idea of "luxury". I've had nail services at 5 star resorts and in NY that are more luxurious and better quality. You would get a better manicure at a hole in the wall. Somehow, as the manicure dried it looked like the manicurist didn't put the top coat on the entire nail. Very cute place but had a frustrating experience today. I booked an express gel manicure online. To be honest i did not realize the express didn't come with cuticle trimming, which is my fault. My appt was at 5:30p and I wasn't taken back until 5:50p. The woman doing my nails did tell me she was running late (around 5:45p) and I said no problem. She explained once she sat me down that there would be no cuticle trimming. I asked if I could upgrade the appointment to include that and she said no, there wasn't enough time. I know it's my fault for not booking the correct thing but I can't imagine cuticle trimming takes more than 5 minutes extra and I had already waited 20 mins since they were behind. They said townhouse will never allow you to change your appointment type once it's booked. They were nice and let me cancel a was not charged but I've never been to a nail salon that didn't allow you to slightly change the appt upon arrival.i would understand if I was asking for extensions or something time consuming but that was not the case. I had an appointment on Sunday at 10am, which I scheduled in person with their manager, Sofia. I arranged childcare, planned my entire day around this appointment -- only to show up and find the entire salon completely closed. No warning. No text. Nothing. Then -- at 10:11am -- I get an email saying the technician had an "emergency" and wouldn't be available. Oh really? So the whole salon had the same emergency? Because literally no one was there. Doors locked. Lights off. Total ghost town. The best part? They offered me a $5 credit. Five. Dollars. I spent $20 just on parking, not to mention the wasted time and cost of a babysitter. Absolute slap in the face. And here's what really blows my mind: if I were 15 minutes late, they'd happily charge me the full price -- no exceptions. But when they close up shop without any real notice, they just say "we emailed you as soon as we found out." That's not how customer service works. The whole system is a mess. No accountability. This place is everything but amazing. I was in love the moment I step in. This was our first time here, we were greeted by the manager, Yesenia. She help us check in with their automated check in. Everything was super easy, user friendly. We waited not even 5 minutes and were escorted to the back to get her feet done. My pedi nail artist, Brooke was so sweet! She was very friendly and helped me figure what color I should do as I am very indecisive. She brought out a few nude colors for me to choose and a few weeks later, im still obsessed over my gel pedicure. She was so detailed on everything. I love the way she clean my cuticle, shaping was perfect, and the way she paint the color was literally so clean. It's really giving me that Russian pedi vibe. Googled to find a new nail place. They have names of mentions in several high end magazines but it's so over the top in how many magazines they r mentioned in it's not real esp given my experience there with mani pedi that looked terrible. No easy parking in BH. Or it's a hassle esp Saturday am. To find out how to make appt there there r too many steps without actually talking to someone. It was really annoying as I'm busy and just wanted a manicure pedicure. You Can't leave a tip based on actual experience or result. The fees are VERY expensive esp given the result that didn't meet expectations. ( they wouldn't would clean up cuticles well-- she was too scared--. Re: pedicure: when I wanted to show tech what I needed as far as shape she interrupted me and said "yeah yeah I'm not done". ) It presents as super high end but it's not. I don't like having to deal in WhatsApp just to connect to book but then ur on a bunny trail trying to figure it out. What's app was esp difficult as I was unable to get an appointment in what's app and I was redirected several times. It took a while to learn to navigate the site including attempts at making a change in time of appt. They will charge u full fee even if u can't navigate their ridiculous system. U can't get anyone in the phone. Overall: too much to deal with without talking to someone. What's app doesn't work in this situation. It's an attempt to make them seem exclusive and hard to book which psychologically they think that means everyone wants to go there. Nope. It was not a relaxing experience at all. They charge for mani or pedi but there's a separate charge for the polishes. They nickle and dime every possible way. They are attempting to b high end but are very far from it. My final fee: reg pedi with very minimal heel buff and regular polish; gel mani ( short natural nails with gel) cuticles still there with dead skin around nail. The result was atrocious. Plus no ability to adjust tip so if u had a bad experience they still get 20% tip. Total at end of what should have been a very simple mani pedi: $175!!!!!! Will not return. read more
