Look at how cute my nails are! I've been coming here for over 4 years now (since I moved to the area). The ladies here are the best. They are super attentive and coming here feels like hanging out. Even though I want to gatekeep them, Elaine and Grace are so good at what they do! I can't remember everyone's names but Karina, Mel, and Stella are also amazing. I always get compliments on my nails and the designs. Pricing is pretty on par with other locations. Parking - usually plenty of parking in the neighborhood (just watch the street signs). There is also some metered parking and a parking lot nearby (not sure if you're allowed to park there though). Service - literally the nicest people! Obviously, book your appointments in advance as they get filled up, but they always do their best to accommodate. Tiana recently did my designed nails (photo attached) and her work is great!! I came in with an inspo photo that had different colors and knew I wanted a lighter blue as one of the colors and she provided suggestions on what would complement the blue well. The price is super reasonable as well - $40 for a gel manicure. If you get chrome it's $20 extra. For tip it's either cash or Venmo. There's plenty of neighbors street parking available. read more

They were meticulous with every step (shaping, cuticle removal, polish, etc). The vibe at the studio is also just more chill and friendly but not aggressively so. Dream Nail Technician I can't say enough wonderful things about Tianna. She is incredibly patient and truly takes her time, especially when carefully removing gel so my natural nails stay healthy. I'm very particular about the shape of my nails and my French manicure, and Tianna always gets it absolutely perfect. It's rare to find someone who pays such close attention to detail, but Tianna consistently delivers flawless results. My nails always look elegant, clean, and beautifully shaped. I had a really disappointing experience here. I paid $160 total for a gel manicure and pedicure, and unfortunately the quality and service did not match the price. My appointment started at 10:00 AM and took about two hours, which felt excessive given the results. During my manicure, the technician cut my cuticle to the point that it started bleeding. It was uncomfortable and concerning, and there was no real acknowledgment or effort to properly address it. For my pedicure, I asked for a sheer white chrome look. One of my big toes ended up looking noticeably different from the other -- it looks more white, more sheer, and also thicker/bulkier compared to the other toe, which looks smoother and more even. The difference is visible side by side. When I pointed it out, instead of fixing it, multiple staff members dismissed my concern and told me it was just my "natural nail," which was frustrating because the two toes clearly don't match. I ended up leaving with a cut on my hand and nails I'm not happy with, and no offer to fix the issue or adjust the price. For what they charge, I expected much better attention to detail, consistency, and customer service. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. read more

Great customer service! Very Attentive and responsive. Betty did my mani gel; the cuticle removal was the best part- I had so much! She made sure to remove it all and cleaned it really well. The shape was also perfect btw, my left middle finger was shorter because I had previously broke my nail and had gel x over it- it's still growing. Also, they are extremely clean. The tools she used was a new tooling set from a sealed bag which I can appreciate. I stopped by on a Saturday at 3. There is street meter parking or neighborhood; looking for street parking is not a problem. Make sure to make an appt beforehand because it gets really busy on the weekends. Great service but overcharged -- friend and I received the same services (gel manicure + deluxe pedicure) but after leaving the salon realized we were charged different prices ($80 for her vs $90 for me). Definitely should've paid more attention upon checking out but after having a great experience, I assumed pricing would be as stated on board. Pedicure -- overall the pedicure looks great -- Elaine was able to get a ton of dry/thick skin out which she mentioned was built up and said she had to use a special solution (I'm wondering if this is the reason behind my additional $10 price increase. However, it should've been offered as an addition if so). My toes looo great but pricing needs to be straight forward if this is the source of the additional $10 making the deluxe $50 instead of the advertised $40? Manicure -- done by Susan and my hands look great! She was patient and adamant about getting the shape looking good. Overall, I may be back.
