I had a really bad experience with Yasko. She was very aggressive during my pedicure. I got an abrasion from the callus removal tool because she was rubbing way too hard, and worst of all, she pushed my cuticles so forcefully that I developed a cuticle infection on my big toe. I've now spent hundreds of dollars seeing a foot specialist and had to take two rounds of oral antibiotics + apply topical antibiotic drops every single day for 2-3 months. My poor toe still does not look normal. My doctor even mentioned I might need surgery if the nail grows back abnormally. I've had to wear a bandaid or keep my toe covered at all times, even while on vacation in Hawaii--swimming was such a hassle. This whole experience has been a nightmare. I do not recommend Yasko. Please be careful with your mani pedis--not just here, but anywhere. Nail infections are nothing to mess with. read more

I don't usually get mani-pedis anymore but I'm glad I visited Yasko. First of all, it's appointment only and you have her full and undivided attention. Her studio is cute, clean and comfortable. My mani, pedi was great. She definitely took her time and oh my goodness the massage she gave was amazing. She does gel manicure but not gel pedis. I do appreciate the fact she opens and changes her tools in front of you because who wants someone else's toe jam used on them um ew.. not me! There are meters on the street but she has a parking space in the back of the shop for her patrons. She prefers if you text her directly to make an appointment.
