Each cocktail on the menu is unique and you won't find it replicated locally. The menu is seasonal, so you can always try something new. It's the kind of place where you can say to the bartender "I'm feeling something gin based, maybe something blackberry flavored" and they will make you a unique cocktail based on what you're feeling, even if you don't know exactly what you want.
