David was an awesome bartender. This place is worth the stop! If you want a cocktail, come here. They are not in the business of mediocre.

Really chill spot with great cocktails. I'm not from St Pete but this is definitely the place I would go if I wanted great drinks without the chaos of the nightlife crowd. It's so chill in there and the bartenders are awesome. We had a great time at Saigon Blonde!

Had a family reunion this past weekend. My brother was asking for "craft cocktails" or "tiki bar" experience....So fortunate that right here in St. Petersburg, Saigon Blonde filled both requests. We arrived early on Sunday afternoon, greeted by our bartender; Aaron, who for sure knew his business of crafting a cocktail. Over the next 3 hours, my brother and I sampled the menu. My brother was in a gin mood, vodka and rum for me. Impressive product to say the least, well worth the visit. I will be returning soon

Popped in for a drink at Saigon and it was great! Our bartender was so friendly and cool. Such a nice selection of cocktails, they even had a CBD cocktail menu. Such a cool place to come and grab a drink with friends. Love the dark tiki vibe they have it just adds to the overall experience.

We stopped in to Saigon Blonde on a Tuesday evening. The ambiance in here is a showstopper. A trendy take on tiki bar, its dark fun decor includes an alligator hanging from the ceiling. It wasn't crowded, and the bartender quickly helped us. On Tuesday, they have $6 Mai Tais for happy hour. We ordered 1 Mai tai, 2 Russian sombreros, and 1 dragon lady. Our cocktails were all delicious!

Saigon Blonde is such a vibe! Whenever I have friends from out of town visiting St. Pete, I always bring them to Saigon Blonde. The atmosphere is a vibe, the DJs are always very cool. Moreover, the service, beverage selection and energy are dynamic.

this bar is an EXPERIENCE you'll want to take your out-of-town friends to. Everything - the decor, drinks, lighting, music - is beautifully crafted and has a story behind it. The bartenders were very friendly and quick despite how busy it was. I got the Pineapple Express which had so much flavor. Truly a gem in St. Pete!

I love tiki bars. So far this is my first one in Southern Florida. Super fun interior and delicious drinks. A little bit pricey *but worth it* and the service was great. The bartenders are very knowledgeable.

Very cool spot. Moodily lit, outstanding cocktail list, very with-it bar service. Interesting craft drink choices, I was happy with everything I had. The decor is interesting & eclectic enough to keep your attention. It's a small enough space to not be overwhelming. Lots of less-common liquors used on their menu, as well as some house-infused items. One of those great little places that I almost don't want to share, but also want to thrive (so I'm sharing). We stopped in late, a bit drunk, but wanting good quality-- they took very good care of us. This is on my short list of places to return to in St Pete. Lots of parking in the area. Note there's no kitchen here but you're welcome to bring in your carryout. There's a decent pizza joint one block away (among many choices in this district of St Pete). Highly Recommended.

Beautiful bar, with the most beautiful bartender, Lemon. She is so sweet and hospitable. She made us feel right at home. Decor is beautiful, had a NY and Miami feel. Once you step inside the establishment, your senses are transported into another world. Everything is so beautiful to look at, the decor is truly memorable. Bathrooms were clean and spacious! Lemon made amazing drinks, and her friendly service was unforgettable. Will be back !!!

The views of the water and downtown St. Pete are stunning, especially at sunset. There are tons of seating options, including couches, high- and low-top tables, bar-style seating around the perimeter, and even tiki huts that I believe can be reserved for groups (I'm not entirely sure how reservations or pricing work). This would be a great spot for friend groups or for pre-dinner drinks on a date. Instagram-worthy: 100%. This is a fantastic spot for photos. Drinks: We ordered a piña colada and a spicy margarita. Both drinks were very cute and very strong. My margarita was a bit cucumber-forward, which wasn't my personal favorite... but to be fair, it was listed on the menu. Food: We didn't order any food, so I can't personally comment, but the menu looked like typical bar food. Getting there: The bar is located at the very end of the pier, above a small gift shop. You can get there via stairs or elevator, and you can either walk to the end of the pier or take the free trolley that runs along it.

Getting a table or getting service in general is always chaotic. The drinks are pretty good but expensive, and the food is just ok too (we had wings and flatbreads). Like I said, come for the views and the photo ops because the St Pete skyline is lovely at sunset!

I had a Zombie as my first drink, and it is very well presented and STRONG! I prefer,my first drink at an establishment to be strong cause then I can lighten it up later. Then I had a Rum Barrel, not as strong, but well presented and delicious! Note: Prices for drinks are worth every dime! When we came back to the hostess we were told that we had cancelled our reservation despite never getting a call or text from the establishment. They could not show us any proof of this cancellation and upon further investigation we discovered that the hostess had typed in the phone number wrong and the system cancelled our names from the waitlist (highlighting his lie that he confidently told us that we had cancelled our reservation and that they couldn't see the waitlist communication after it was sent). Due to the error of their end we asked for him to streamline our names on the waitlist and he became combative and told us that he was not comfortable serving us and asked us to leave. We spoke to the manager and they reiterated that they believe we had cancelled our reservation despite having proof that the hostess was the issue. Eventually after speaking to the general manager on duty he was able to magically find multiple open spots for us at the bar and was completely comfortable with serving us despite the allegations made by the hostess. And then after all that waiting, the bartenders were rude, asked us if we were the people causing all those problems at the front, and drinks were awful. Definitely not worth your time. Everyone is rude and you will feel demeaned just for trying to get access to their "exclusive" speakeasy.

Wow. I expected more from a place rated 4 stars. To be…read morespecific we went to the beach bar because the restaurant wasn't open yet. The very first issue was parking. Parking is minimum $50 a day + fees. A cocktail? For an hour? Haha no. I'm being mildly disingenuous. The bar staff (and likely restaurant staff) will give you a QR code to validate all $58 of your parking. But it made me acutely miss a time when you could just park and patronize an establishment. Just don't forget to validate your parking, cuz they sure didn't ask preemptively. They were celebrating a 3-day grand reopening when we went on Saturday. There was *one* artisan in their market space. The music was pumping loud enough to not be able to converse. Although it drew a crowd of younger folks, there was not much to behold from the "grand" reopening. Not even s cost of paint. The beach bar may not have been part of the sprucing up idk, I didn't see anything worth celebrating. I meant to look at the size of the cocktail cup that we got (small), but $13-14 for a cocktail is highway robbery for the end result. And $18 for 6 wings ($3 a wing) was a little disappointing. I expected better of a Hilton adjoined restaurant. No one part was terrible. It was just the way they matched up - loud, expensive, small portions. If you're loud maybe you're cheap and tasty. If you're expensive, maybe you're fast and delicious. This was all the worst parts of a bar that doesn't care about its patrons' economics. A bar that wants to serve tourists with mediocrity and move on to the next crop of people who will never be there again. If you're a tourist it'll probably be fine, if overpriced. If you're a local, don't bother. To be fair, we should ask if there was anything good. hm ... no. We won't be returning. 3 stars is probably generous.
