Although they're typically a hearing test and hearing aid place, the doctor was able to look inside my ears and clear the blockage. There was even a follow-up appointment a week or two afterwards to doublecheck my ears again. Their prices are really reasonable and after my two appointments I was only charged a total cash price of $60-$70. Highly recommend them and will be back to have my ears checked every few years so they don't get plugged up again!

They said your appt is Monday for your adjustment appt would that be ok and we can get you the right color and do the adjust together or do you want a separate appt and get the color first?? We said no rush, the Monday appt is fine. 3- When we came in today (Monday) and they did change the color and then tryed to kick us out, because they were behind on there appointments, saying we didn't have an appt for today, for the adjustment. Mom is 87 years old and me, my sister and mom all had the appointment in our calendars (from the first visit). It's not easy for Her to go out. Believe me you, we all know we had an appointment. 4- The wait after we arrive is ridiculous. If you're appointment is 3pm, you won't be seen until 345pm. It's always a minimum of 30 min wait. 5- They don't communicate well. While we were arguing about the appointment, they never once offered a solution. They continued to call us liars and kept saying we didn't have an appointment. If they once offered to make an appointment, we would have. Very disrespectful and I don't recommend this place AT ALL!!!!

Turns out I had an extreme case of "oh my goodness your ears are so plugged up that we're going to be spending the next ninety minutes digging you out". Turns out I have a weird shaped ear canal that naturally clogs too much and was basically bordering on a medical emergency. They got me in last minute, too, which I really appreciated. Anyway the person who dug it out did a great job. She was very patient, very nice, and careful and diligent. I forgot her name, but you'll probably see her when you visit. I left with my hearing not just restored, but to the point where I was hearing my voice when I talked. The volume in my car was at 1/8 and it was loud. I finally stopped struggling with my hearing. At 11:15, I asked how much longer I would have to wait because I needed to go to work. The receptionist responded in a very arrogant and dismissive manner, simply reminding me that I had already been told about the delay. When I said I might need to reschedule, she told me she would "try to fix it." Surprisingly, about three minutes later, I was called in. I was referred for recurrent nosebleeds (epistaxis), and before the appointment I was told that if I was actively bleeding, they would not see me and I would have to go to the ER. I also have some hearing difficulty, so I sometimes speak louder than I realize. The receptionist rudely told me not to speak so loudly. When I explained that I have a hearing limitation, she did not apologize or show any understanding. I understand that medical offices can run behind, but there is no excuse for treating patients with arrogance and disrespect. Had an 11 AM appointment; difficult to find parking at the Tenaya location. Tried calling to let them know I was running late and should have known from my past experience with calling them that they would not answer the phone. Arrived at 11:08 AM, filled out paperwork for over 30 minutes. The waiting room was packed, and about 8 people were outside the door on benches. Not a good sign. How many doctors do they have? Silly me, assumed I would be out of there by noon, lunch time, most offices do close for the lunch hour, I think. Anyway, I had a class at 1:30 PM and still needed to have lunch first, so I asked for my ID and Health card back. In the hour that I was in that waiting room, only one person left the waiting room after being called by a doctor or a nurse. Another woman had gone up to the desk and said she had been waiting 2 hours and would give them another 20 minutes or she would be gone. I should have known when I tried to set up an appointment that things were not right. I tried to make an appointment, put on hold only to be told they did not have my referral. I was returning their call, after they had received my referral. I was told I had to call my doctor to get a referral number. Of course that was another ridiculous attempt, being that a doctor never calls you back for 24 business hours or so, but I tried, then gave up on that. Then, Lubitz, etc. called me back again. Someone figured out I had a referral. VERY UNORGANIZED and seems like they OVER BOOK. Next time I will listen to my gut, if the phone conversations go badly, I will skip it. Next time I make an appointment anywhere I will always ask, how long will I be there? VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
