After replacing over 300 popped screws, repairing the shoddy wiring and having the door skin tear off like the Aloha airlines jet , I've finally had enough. VERY POOR QUALITY DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!

This little trailer holds a lot

Bought a 6'x12' single axle utility trailer over a year ago now, this little black beauty works great, pulls well and handles most of the demand I put on it, two issues have come up with this trailer 1- screws on the drop down rear ramp door continually come loose depending on foot traffic, causing the decking to pop while walking on the door. (I use said trailer for general construction purposes, lots of in and out to grab tools) 2- left rear blinker quit about a week after purchase ( found a bad splice in the wire, probably happened during construction of the unit) All said, would purchase again, but next time spend a little extra for the dual axle, and more room.

The seams of exterior skin metal improperly installed.

If you are looking to buy a trailer move along from this brand. Most of the employees are good dudes just trying to make an honest living. However, there are just not enough checks and balances, if you will, to counter against the level of poor quality product hurried out the door for shipping to numerous unknowing dealers. Sadly, these authorized mirage trailer dealers will receive a sub-par overpriced trailer that stands a better chance being utilized as a boat anchor rather than a trailer. Poor quality building materials slapped together in a warehouse for a company owner too cowardly to face confrontation and questions pertaining to the blind eye he turns on his own brand and the lack of leadership and respect he possesses for his employees-which is key to the continued success of any worthwhile company. You are better off buying a Criterion trailer, which is also produced in the same region/market and serves as a very suitable alternative.

From initial greeting of "Good morning, how may I help you" to the final phase of purchase, Nico helped me navigate. He answered every question with ease, knew the intricacies of the car I was interested in purchasing and made the process very enjoyable. He epitomizes customer service exceptionally! Loyalty to Toyota has been my mantra for several years, it's important to me to have a quality product and service.

We purchased it late Monday night. Two days later I noticed that on both sides of the car, the weather stipping around the false window (plastic) was melted. I drove to the dealership and showed them expecting they'd fix it. Well, after numerous texts and a couple of phone messages, they did nothing. They said I must have had the car detailed and a pressure washer caused the damage. Sorry, it's impossible for a pressure washer to melt that rubber weather stripping. I never had anyone detail it. It was brand new and only 2 days old. We had sunshine both days, no rain. After filing complaints over the phone with Toyota they said they'd have the sales manager call me. He never did. I asked the sales manager to forward my pictures of the damage to the GSM but they did NOTHING. My wife even had a picture of the car that shows the damage the night we brought it home with a date stamp but we didn't notice it that night. I will never do business with Edmark Toyota again. The rubber weather stripping would have cost them less than $50. It's clear to me that they used a heat gun to remove the glue that held the plastic sheeting over the window since someone applied it to the weather stripping instead of directly onto the plastic window or the rear glass windows. Good customer service would have kept a customer for life.

SHOP DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK!! Last September I took my 27' Ranger Tug to Canyon Marine…read moreto have the 1000hr maintenance done on the Yamaha 300HP outboard at the recommendation of my usual boat shop. The tech at my normal shop didn't feel qualified to do that level of service and said Casey at Canyon was more experienced. When I picked up the boat Canyon had done over $500 worth of work I had specifically told them not to do, that I would do myself. They also DIDN'T do some of the items I had requested they perform. When I got the boat home I found the oil level overfilled, so I pumped out some oil. It looked VERY unusual for brand new oil, like dark tea with a reddish tinge. I questioned whether it had even been changed but when I had it analyzed the lab said it looked clean so I dropped the issue. This May we launched the boat in Anacortes, WA and I started the motor for the first time since picking it up from Canyon Marine. We quickly discovered that the head was cracked and the motor was ruined. I called Canyon Marine at the time and left a voicemail message with the manager telling him about the failure. No one called me back. After I knew what the problem was and what the replacement motor cost would be I sent a letter to the manager at Canyon Marine detailing the issue and asking for a refund of the $2573 they charged me for the work. No one answered me. This motor cost tens of thousands of dollars to replace and all I asked for was what they charged me to ruin my outboard. The motor was running fine when I hauled the boat out last August before taking it to Canyon Marine. I had just run it from the Puget Sound to Alaska and back with a retired police officer who can attest to this. No one could determine the root cause of the failure so I can't prove Canyon Marine did this but it seems highly likely. Worked when I dropped it off, didn't work next time I started it after they serviced it. The customer service I experienced with this business has been truly abysmal.
