Was in the mood for an Italian hoagie so I ordered one not expecting it to be the size it was- it was huge! I think it's meant to feed 2 people, I had to wrap up the other half for later. Ordered the mozzarella sticks, and chicken finger platter with fries with a side of cheese whiz. My daughter enjoyed the chicken fingers platter and we shared the fries and mozzarella sticks. The food tasted so good and to my surprise was still warm upon arriving to my front door. The price wasn't bad either, because there was $7 off orders over $35 on Doordash. I would definitely try this place again!

Our server Ally was welcoming and friendly and top notch on service. It is the middle of winter so we weren't considering outside dining, but they have a great outdoor space near the street. I'm just tired of spending my good hard $ at a "small business" that isn't so small any more. And forget about the quality too - I know I've posted before but the quality is not what it used to be. It's obvious they care about the bottom line then making a good product. The specials are aborrhent as others have mentioned - which as I've posted in reviews is especially sad because you see a photo of the product online and get something that doesn't even resemble the item you ordered. Its a shame that all these changes are taking away the quality and what many people loved. Sometimes it's not always best to expand and shift the business to be trendy and social media centric. Sometimes it's better to stay small and true to the original quality rather than being out of touch from the people that have quite literally helped you build your business.

Pizza is subjective and different flavors are preferred all over, but I think this will hit the spot for any pizza lovers. It was a nice buttery crust but not greasy and so glad there was an even amount of ingredients. At times you get way more of one ingredient than the rest and there is just an imbalance in the flavor like they have an overstock of one ingredient they need to get rid of. The wings were ok but wish they had a bit more kick in the buffalo sauce. When looking at the menu this place has it all. When I say all, I am talking about burgers, grinders (hoagies), pasta, seafood, quesadillas, chicken sandwiches, gyros, and I am sure if you ask for something not on the menu they can hook it up for you. If in the area again I will be partaking on another trip and stopping there again. A solid four stars.

It did take a little longer than I expected to get our food but it was super hot and fresh (so hot I burned by mouth but that's because I couldn't wait to dive in). Good balance of meat and cheese and the bread had a nice pull making it the perfect conduit for the cheese steak. There is no indoor seating so be prepared to take it with you or sit at one of the outside tables in front the ice cream shop. Was later told by the locals that this was a great spot so we made a good choice. If you in this area, make sure you hit up Silvio's!

I visited Mission BBQ for the first time and had mixed feelings about the food and service. I ordered the brisket, which is my favorite, but I was disappointed by how dry it was. I asked for the moist meat from the point side of the brisket, but it still lacked the juiciness that I expected. The mac and cheese was also dry and bland. I think they need to improve their quality control and consistency. It was like it had been sitting around under a heater too long. The service was not very impressive either. I had to wait for about 5 minutes before anyone greeted me or took my order. After that, the service was okay, but not very friendly or attentive. I felt like they were just going through the motions and not really caring about the customers. On the other hand, I really liked the jalapeno and cheese sausage, which had a nice kick and flavor. The mustard sauce that the employee recommended was a good match for it. The green beans were delicious and full of flavor, and the fries were decent, although they got a bit soggy on the way home. Five minutes in a Styrofoam container never did any french fry a bit of good. Overall, I think Mission BBQ has some potential, but they need to work on their food quality and customer service. I might give them another chance in the future, but I'm not in a hurry to go back. read more

I really, really wanted to like this place. Everything, ambiance, service and the people seemed nice but the food is super bland. The meat is tender and moist but that's about it. We had the NC pulled pork sandwich and the baby back ribs. The meat lacks Smokey flavor and basic salt and pepper. I'm thinking that they rely on their 6 sauces to give things flavor but that's a real mistake. The meat should have its own flavor. The coleslaw on the pulled pork sandwich lacked any tang and was also bland. Cornbread was bland and a bit crumbly. Cheesy potatoes needs more seasoning. I will give them one more try as it could have been some big oversight in the kitchen today. Fries that other people ordered looked great. Will try next time. read more

I am one as a server, who knows who's been in the business for 40 plus years and works personally for Darden knows the ropes better than these little twits that work here. We didn't even get a chance to eat a good delicious meal or even get anything no bread no drinks, NADA, because we didn't even get greeted. Ashley needs to be more attentive and efficient on top of her tables and section. It is not the host or hostess job to tell the servers when they get sat, it's your section, your table, your responsibility to keep on top of it duhhhh I always say if the server gets to overwhelmed by to many tables then don't give them extra or a lot of them if they can't handle it. I called to talk to the manager bout it, he was an ASSHOLE acted like he didn't even care, and I had more knowledge o and about the situation than he did. He said the server and the people next to us said we went to the bathroom, we never went to the bathroom and we never left the table until we got up and started walking out, we were walking out is because we never got greeted LIARS! As I was walking out, I told the host up at the host stand, hey I just wanted to let you guys know you sat all of us at a table and a server never came over after 20 to 30 minutes but greeted someone then came in after us no way jose, and we left and walked out. The signs on the outside were broken and the lights were out also when I was walking out and my nephew noticed it also. I called corporate and I'm going to the director of operations, I reported him and the server Ashley and who knows probably not going to have a job anymore. The worst experience I've ever had in any restaurant. The only good thing bout the experience was the host and hostess. They greeted us and said their good byes and cared more is then any other person there. Plus We have had better experiences here during lunch service there then dinner. Fuck that place and the peeps that work there. Thanks for ruining my birthday, jerks. We will never come back or return to this shit hole.

I absolutely love their Classic Italian sub. But as the franchise expanded, I've noticed a lot of variation in the service and the food quality. At the North Wales location, it's hit-or-miss. They have high staff turnover. Some of the staff are friendly and efficient; others can be lackadaisical and don't pay much attention to my order. I always specify "no raw onions," but about 20% of the time, the subs have onions. Toppings that I request "on the side" often end up on the sub. Recently, the turkey subs have had finely shredded meat, instead of the pulled turkey pieces that have always been a Capriotti's signature. Having said that, I've found the the store managers to be very responsive to my comments in the customer surveys. So I've gotten a few subs on their dime! Now for the online ordering. The system used to provide a place where you could make special requests, such as "pickles on the side," or "VERY EASY on the hot pepper relish!" But that feature is now gone, so I've had to place my orders on the phone or at the shop. As a result, I don't get credit on the Rewards program. I asked about this at the shop once, and was told it only works online. Oh well!
