I moved away about a year ago, but Mission Cleaner is by far the best dry cleaner I've ever used. Susanna goes above & beyond with every facet of customer service. She always remembered my name, even recognized my car when I pulled up and would have my clothes hanging on the rack ready to check out by the time I walked in the door. Sometimes my wife would drop off/pick up for me and she remembered her as well. I blew out the elbow on a few dress shirts and she helped cut off the sleeves and turn them into short sleeve shirts. She even did all the alterations for my wife's wedding dress. I literally cannot recommend Mission Cleaner highly enough! read more

Cleaning service is still 5-star, but I wanted to add my opinion on the tailoring services! The tailor likes to work at home, so she usually is at Mission Cleaners after 4ish on the weekdays, and you'll have to call in on the weekends to find out when she's there. Anna (Ana?) the tailor is just as friendly and caring as Susana (sp?). To resize my blazer (she had to cut through extra material, hence a higher cost) and shorten the sleeves cost $65, and she finished in about 4 days. My blazer fits perfectly now. It seems so unnecessary to come back and update a review you posted months ago, but for Mission Cleaner, I just have to. I am becoming a regular now to this store and I have to say this is probably the place that I have experienced the BEST SERVICE ever!!! Every time I walked into that store, you would always always hear Susana calling you by your name and chick chatting with you, makes you feel that you are important. Not only is the customer service, she sure does a great job with the dry cleaning, she checks very carefully for every mark that needs to be cleaned and always does a great job! My husband went to picked up my suit today because I get off work late and he came back telling me how nice the lady was and he keeps saying that I need to give her a great review on Yelp, haha! Susanna is amazing and super nice! Aside, from taking my clothes for regular cleaning I had a alteration emergency two days before a wedding. I called Susanna on Thursday asking if she could hem my bridesmaids dress and she made it happen. Came in for a leather jacket alteration that I have not been able to wear because it was too large for several years. Finally have my Wolverine Leather Jacket to wear around and it was well done. The stitching and alteration were exactly like how I had requested. It took a little over a week but I had requested that it take as much time as necessary. Every place on Valley acted like they were doing me a favor. Mission Cleaners makes me feel welcome and appreciated every time I walk in the place. The woman who is always there when I go is so friendly and helpful. They can usually have my things ready in a few days even though I usually only stop once a week or so. ABSOLUTE SATISFACTION! I recently bought a pair of dress slacks that were a little to small and classic straight fitting (price and quality of material could not be passed up for these small infractions). Needing the slacks tapered and taken out in the waist I researched local tailors and found Mission Cleaner to have a near perfect record. With this information I took my slacks to Mission Cleaner and spoke with Anna. Very sweet and polite. She took her time getting all the necessary measurements and making sure along the way I was kept up to speed and in agreeance with what was going to be done. The lady working here is extremely nice and very sweet. She gets your dry cleaning done on time and is very accommodating. First timers get a discount and she tries to remember who you are. I been here couple times, came to get my suit picked up from an alternation I needed on the sleeves. Just as always comes out perfect. I don't see how or why I would go anywhere else. This review is about the tailor only. It's about a month after I took it in and picked it up. I've been busy so I haven't had a chance to review it. Susanna, the lady who works in front, was extremely nice and helpful. She even gave me a discount since it was my first time there. The seamstress, Ana I think her name was, was not. First of all, I was told that Ana would be in at a certain time. She was 30 minutes late. She arrived and I put on my suit jacket and pants to get altered. She said one of my arms was longer than the other so she made one sleeve shorter than the other. I told her I don't think that was the case and maybe the jacket was just positioned off to one side. She said no, one arm was definitely shorter. She then went to the pants and didn't even bother to check the left side. She said the right and left were the same so there was no need to do both. Odd since apparently I have different length arms, maybe my legs are too. I've never had a suit altered before so I trusted her since she had great reviews. She told me to pick it up 3 business days later. I call on that day and it's not ready yet. I call the next day, still not ready. The day after that, still not ready. Finally 6 business days after I took it in it was ready. She's not even there when I pick it up so if I needed to be altered further I would have had to go back another time. I take the suit home and try it on. Of course one of the jacket sleeves is too long while the other is the right length. I put on the pants. Everything seems to be fine there. But then I look at them and she definitely did something odd where it's very visible to see where she tapered the pants. From the outside of the pants I can see where she took it in and sewed it to taper them. Like I said before, I've never had a suit altered before but I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be that visible. Now I'm stuck having to look for a different place that tailors suits and will have to pay more to hopefully get them fixed. You'd think for a place that charges $75 to get a suit tailored that it would be a better job. read more

Great place to get dry cleaning done! The price is really reasonable! Susanna is really wonderful and very friendly! I've taken my boyfriends' comforter here twice and his dress shirts and jeans. The comforter came back almost like it was brand new (nice, white, and very fluffy)! Huge difference compared to what is was like when I brought it in (smelly and yellowed). I'm always hesitant taking in my military uniforms to get altered just because some places tend to mess it up and I end up having to pay hundreds of dollars just to replace it.
