Our clothes were returned with stains, and an entire load of wash was ruined. This was especially frustrating because it was not the first time something had gone wrong with our order. We had specifically requested that our clothes be hung, but everything was returned in bags instead. After seeing that many of the clothes were stained, it made more sense why they may have chosen to bag everything. When we reached out to the owner about the issue, the response was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of taking accountability or trying to resolve the problem, the owner blamed us and claimed that the clothes were already in that condition when we sent them in. Mistakes can happen, but poor customer service and refusal to take responsibility make the situation much worse. Based on our repeated issues and the way this was handled, we will not be using this business again. Three bags of clothes were stained by them!!

Unless you're a size large or smaller, avoid this place entirely. Their in-store selection for bigger sizes (XL and up) is pitifully limited, barely any options on the racks, and what little they had was either out of stock in my size or looked like it had been sitting there forever. To make matters worse, the service was horrible. The staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. I stood there for several minutes and started browsing. The only employee interaction was "I'll be over to help you shortly". I browsed for 20-30 minutes not really finding many items larger than a L. I've shopped at other Men's Wearhouse locations before and had decent experiences, but this Chandler store felt very understaffed and unprofessional. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else (or shop online/big & tall specialists) if you're not a smaller build. This location gets a hard pass from me.

We love Men's Wearhouse because they're always so helpful and we love the egara line, but this experience turned out to be a little different. Everything was going great. Riley was pulling us different suits off the rack to try and he almost had their sizes perfect just by guess. He was so helpful and accommodating (they tried on a lot). We had an issue with my dad's boots showing too much and asked if they had any tape to help tape the shaft. I'm not sure of the lady's name who was working but she was snarky and seemed to be inconvenienced by us. Nevertheless she did end up helping by offering us some caution tape, but the experience onward was more like she was inconvenienced by us. A bad impression to make when we ended up spending almost 1000$ in the store. As we were coming down to our final decisions, she said we needed to clean up our space and started putting our options back on the rack. We would have been happy to move them elsewhere if she would have asked. Riley was awesome! I think if she would have been the one helping us, we may have taken our business to a different location or store. This is about the third or fourth time here and there's not much shoppers, so it's like having the store to yourself. I was shopping online and had a cart ready, luckily I needed to find size 14 mens boot and to my surprise they had some and we left content with our purchases. I was able to find all of my online items during the visit which was a big plus for me. They did mention larger sizes are hard to find in both boots and pants. We were in search of a 46 size pant and were advised they rarely get any pants in store that size; online they do have them though.
