Poor workmanship requiring substantial rework and replacement. Trash, debris, and construction materials were left on the property. Little to no respect shown for the homeowner's property during construction. During the tear-off and rework process, crushed beer cans were reportedly found beneath roof tiles, raising serious concerns regarding professionalism and quality control. An independent roofing inspection documented extensive workmanship deficiencies, including: Broken roof tiles. Improperly installed flashing. Exposed plywood. Inconsistent underlayment materials. Multiple installation deficiencies that created concerns regarding the integrity of the roofing system. The inspector's professional recommendation was that the roofing system be removed and replaced. Complete lack of accountability for defective work. Our roof replacement was the most pain-free experience we have had with ANY service company in a very long time. Our home was assailed by a summer hail storm while we were on an RV trip. When we returned home, a month later, we heard stories of how bad it was but did not see any damage. One day, Pierce Baker, of Mission Restoration, came to our door and wanted to know if we knew about the hail storm. He asked if he could inspect our roof. I am not one to let door knockers into my home. Pierce Baker was completely professional, well-spoken, and knowledgeable. We felt comfortable enough to let him into our home and he completed the inspection. I only talked to my insurance company, Liberty Mutual, a few times to authorize certain things. Pierce was in complete control of the project and always kept us informed as the schedule changed due to the weather. We never once got a "story" as we have in the past with most contractors. He always called to inform us of any situation. We had one problem wherein a small amount of tar got on one of our automatic shade screens. It was just an accident, but difficult to resolve so as not to damage the screen. Pierce researched the solution and worked with his crew until I was completely satisfied. He also assured me that if there was a problem in the future to let him know and it would be taken care of. I know this is an extremely positive review, but it is written with complete sincerity. If I wasn't retired and still had a business, I would hire Pierce in a second. I did have contact with the office staff at Mission Restoration and was impressed by everyone's care and concern. My first contact with Mission Restoration started with a door to door solicitation. The hook for me was having a professional roofing contractor with experience going to bat with the insurance companies, working to justify a claim for every possible dollar so that Mission can provide their customers a properly installed roof repair or replacement that will last for many years to come, AND make it happen with no additional out of pocket expenses other than your deductible. I was skeptical at first. We've had a handful of service providers over the last year that have fallen way short of what they promised, if they show up at all. It's what we've come to expect. My experience with Matthew Richard and Mission Restoration was the exact opposite. My already older and partially out of code roof was crippled further by high monsoon winds in the East valley last summer. After my insurance company denied some items on the estimate such as using a licensed HVAC contractor to properly disconnect, remove and reconnect my AC unit once the roofing was completed in that area, Matthew pushed and provided further justification until they approved it. The crew covered my pool to protect it from debris before they started, and made sure my yard was free of all debris before they left. The roof replacement was expertly and efficiently completed in just one day. Mission Restoration is OUTSTANDING!!!. iIf i could give more stars I would Ashley the project manager came out within one hour of my request for a quote on a Sunday. My roof was extremely damaged by our recent monsoons. The process was fantastic. Ashley Payne, the project manager explained the process, answered my million questions in detail and I really had confidence and trust with her knowledge and empathy. When there was another storm and the insurance hired company's work was shabby - Ashley and her husband came out and laid a new tarp to prevent further water damage from new rains on a Sunday. They have not let me down! The products needed to complete the entire roof replacement arrived like clockwork. The roofing team worked very hard and were polite and efficient.  I was informed of everything every step of the way. They left my yard in great condition as well. Ashley has been an absolute godsend to help ,me through this most stressfiul time. Having to put a new roof on our home was not really what I wanted to do at all. I was approached by Dan of Mission Restoration as to the possibility of my roof having recent hail damage from the previous "moonsoon" storms. Dan told me he would do all the "footwork" needed to have my roof looked at by my insurance's adjuster. After my adjuster looked at my roof he indicated that it indeed needed some attention, that being, a new roof. I was not thrilled at the prospect of having to deal with that. Dan took the lead and took care of all the details from talking to my insurance company to actually getting up on the roof and helping the crew install our new roof. A prime example of a hard worker not afraid to get his hands dirty. The crew under his supervision took 14 hours and had the new roof on in one day! I might add he helped get a crew out to remove and replace our solar panels as well. All of this took about a six weeks which in today's marketplace is quite fast. My roof was damaged during a storm. I had worked with another roofer in the past. I called for help to tarp my roof. That company didn't respond for two days. In the mean time Mission Restoration came to my door 3 times. After the third person came to my door I took it as a sign to hire them. They tarped my roof that day. They met the insurance adjuster a few days later. Lincoln Kestner went above and beyond to help me through the process. He worked with the solar company and insurance company. I felt he truly cared. I had to leave town before the repairs were done. Lincoln had a crew out on a Sunday. The work was done in one day. The solar panels were reinstalled the next day. Lincoln sent me pictures of the finished work. Also sent pictures to the insurance. Every time I called him my calls were answered the same day. He never made me feel like I was a bother. I am a widow on my own and I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, like a lot of companies do. Mission and Lincoln were professional and trustworthy from beginning to end. read more

i am definitely going to refer this company with friends. I received excellent customer servicer, professionalism and caring and a true knowledge of what was needed to be done. The workmanship, quality and time was so good. The representative first came to my home noticing that I had roof damage, after speaking to him and telling him that my insurance company would not pay the claim to repair, he asked if he can speak to the insurance company. I said yes, what did I have to lose. Well Matty was able to get it approved within days. And workers came out and started to tear down my roof, in less then a week I had a new roof. Maddy came to my house everyday to make sure that everything was going smoothly. He even came back after the work was completed to make sure that we were satisfied with the job. After a bad storm my roof needed a full replacement. I was approached by Sean Powell who offered to work with me and my insurance to file a claim to get it replaced. Sean explained the entire process to me and let me know what to expect. I have never had to file a claim on my homeowners insurance and he walked me through the whole process so I knew what to expect. He was easy to get a hold of and constantly in communication with me during the approval process. A date was set to replace my roof and Jesus and his team were there on time just as planned. They got my roof done in the same day, cleaned everything up afterwards and did an amazing job. This is the first company I have worked with that has ever done what they said they would do when they said they would do it. This company is beyond wonderful! From Justin, project manager, to Brandon, Claudia and the billing department...everyone is beyond helpful, courteous, friendly, professional and down right kind! I had many set backs in time frames, due to my work schedule and not once did they complain. They worked really well around my schedule. The employees cleaned up each day and talked me through all aspects of the tear off, new roof support installation, new fascia replacement I requested, installation of felt, shingles, foam and trim pieces. We had an extensive roof replacement and they never once said the project was too much! After having storm damage to one of my rental properties, I contacted Prostruct builders for an estimate to pay for the damages out of pocket. Thomas, the Prostruct rep, contacted me in a very quick manner to set up an inspection. After doing his inspection he guided me through the process of filing a claim with my homeowners insurance and met the insurance adjuster to go over the damage. Originally, my insurance company was only going to replace one slope of the roof, but Thomas explained to the insurance adjuster that full replacement was warranted due to multiple layers of shingle. My house had sustained wind damage. A man stopped by a week later or so to talk about repairs. Darius presented as truly concerned and stated that he would walk with me through the process being the "mediator" to my insurance company. That was a relief!!! He also got up in the attic taking pictures of deck joints that has separated over the many years, showing need to be replaced, as well as tarped with the threat of rain. Initially the insurance adjuster was only paying for one slope. With Darius "investigating" it was proven that the whole roof plus decking were replaced as well as top- of- the- line shingles. We had an amazing experience with ProStruct Builders. We were about to put our house on the market but we had some roof damage due to a storm so we had a representative from ProStruct come and look at the roof. Initially the insurance company was only willing to replace the section of the roof that was damaged, about $700.00 worth, but the ProStruct rep discovered that there was a layer of organic shingles underneath the top layer. Apparently you cannot put new shingles on top of organic shingles as they will break apart and crumble. When the ProStruct rep brought this to the insurance adjusters attention we ended up getting the entire roof replaced with no out of pocket cost. We were so thankful for the product knowledge and professionalism of our ProStruct rep who handled this for us. Our house sold within 3 weeks and looked great with a new roof. read more

I can not say thank you enough for this company! Adam Teets the director of project management came out after doing one of my friends roofs who had gotten damaged in one of the storms we had this year. I did not think I had any damage on the roof at all since it was not leaking but upon Adam getting on the roof and showing me photos and explaining what happened with the hail and wind I went ahead and filed a claim. Not only did Adam get my roof covered and a gorgeous new one put on, he also got me a brand new AC unit paid for as well.
