The healing process was excellent and I had no issues whatsoever. I was referred to Elvis to do some tattoo work and scheduled an appointment. On the day of the appointment I was greeted by the girl at the front counter who was very nice and let me know he would be right with me. The establishment was very clean and well organized when I was taken back to his work station it was the same conditions. He took his time and didn't rush with the design and layout of the pieces always double checking to make sure everything was perfect. He did a great job with the work and let me check on it as we went to make sure it was how I wanted it. So I don't usually use this app for bad reviews but use it to view how well customer service may be and etc..... but I have had my first horrible experience here when I asked for my mid helix to be pierced. I don't want this happening to any other person going in, to just get a simple piercing. This older gentlemen pierced myself and my coworkers. He started the hole of my piercing in the correct area but ended the hole diagonal and pierced through the thicker back area of my ear. I was not aware of this until my jewelry feel out two days after and I was almost passing out trying to put it back in but didn't understand why it was fitting. I went to another piercing shop where they explained to me why I had a hard time and offered to help. I had to pay for another piercing just to correct this mistake. My ear was overly swollen and red and excessive bleeding.And this same gentlemen had a hard time screwing on the endings to all of our piercings (three of us) read more

She did my Medusa tattoo and she did such an amazing job that I will continue to come here for the rest of my tattoos. The jewelry of my forward helix had fallen off and I needed to get a new one ASAP. I've gone to mission a couple of times and every time it's been meh, but their jewelry is cheap so it was my last resort for something fast. I saw everywhere that they opened at 11 so I made it there probably about 5 minutes after. The door was locked so I waited as I saw the receptionist getting everything ready. I waited... and waited... and waited in 90 degree heat outside. I saw that she was mopping and because i was desperate to get the jewelry. I WAITED FOR 30 MINUTES. She finally opened the door and completely disregarded the fact that I was in blistering heat for half an hour and made the excuse that the piercer was late and she couldn't be there alone. I completely understand people coming late... it happens. But she could've easily told me what was going on and I would've happily waited in my car until she let me know. Her attitude was so unnerving and made it feel like she absolutely did not want to be there. I got my jewelry and that will be the final time stepping foot in mission. I'd rather go to a place where the workers have common sense with customer service... maybe steadfast tattoo!! read more

Brought my younger daughter, who's 13, in today to have her ears pierced for her birthday. I called a few days ago to make sure their policies were still the same and find out their piercing times. I was told a piercer would be available on Sunday from 2:30-5. I come in Sunday at 3:30 and there are about 4 people already waiting for piercings. The guy at the front informs me that their wait list for piercings is full. The piercer refuses to work past 5 and there was a possibility that my daughter's appointment MIGHT run past 5 if they take her. Then he asks her age and tells me this particular piercer also refuses to deal with younger kids and my daughter fall in that age category. I wasn't told any of this when I called to ask about policies and times. Now I have a very disappointed birthday girl. He did tell me they have a second piercer that is there on different days that will pierce a minors ears and offered me his card. I didn't take it though as I'd rather find a different business to deal with. read more
