one of the worst experiences ! The doctor was very unprofessional, he treated my daughter and me horribly. I took my daughter for a simple cleaning and she was about to lose two of her baby teeth, which I told to the doctor. Instead of helping me calm my daughter down and explaining the procedure ( she was crying and nervous) , he started yelling at her and me, left the room, and sent his assistant to tell us that he would not attend to us ( he was screaming) because he had other clients to see and I need to found specialist. He didn't even have the courtesy to talk to me. I do not recommend it, and I hope if you plan to bring small children you think twice because this doctor has no tolerance. read more

Wonderful Dentist Experience! The Dr and staff are all very nice and welcoming. Dr. Dang does a fantastic job making sure you are comfortable and is very communicative with what is going on with your teeth. He does an awesome job explaining things and does not shame you for any issues with your teeth. He provides very knowledgeable information and I had a root canal done today and did not feel a thing. I went to this dentist multiple times over the past years and have had bad experiences with the bed side manner of the staff. I was told by the dentist that I should get my teeth fixed because "women prefer the aesthetic of a pretty smile". I am now having to get my porcelain crown fixed by another dentist because it was put on incorrectly which could have caused a root canal. read more

This is an overdue review. I got my treatment about a month ago (cleaning and fillings) and everything went great. The last dentist that I went to wanted to charge me separately for filling and anesthesia, made me get crowns and gave me an estimation of $5k with insurance so I never went back. I keep delaying going to the dentist again because I'm afraid they are going to tell me the same thing. One year later I moved to Foothill Ranch and decided that I have to get it over with so I found Dr. Dang on my insurance's list. His staff was really nice and he was very approachable, very informative. Turned out I only need some fillings, no need for crowns. The price was very reasonable too. The customer service is very poor up front. They are never on the same page. Had to go in for X rays twice because they don't know what they are doing. Two of them started arguing in front of me when doing the X-rays. Then when rescheduling they were all over the place. One person said one thing, one said the other very confusing. He is careful, skillful, and excellent at explaining your dental assessment and any need for treatment. He uses digital X-ray system so you get less radiation. My son just had 3 small cavities filled and 4 wisdom teeth removed all on the same day.
