Super pumped to see Caliber Car Wash open in Smyrna now! I have visited their Austell location a few times and always wished I had one closer! This Caliber is located on Windy Hill near the Atlanta Road intersection and sits next to Taco T and across from the Belmont Plaza which holds Creatwood, Cielo Blue, Pho 44, etc... Caliber may seem like your standard drive thru car wash, but they are definitely an elevated version from start to finish! Service is always great. They have Attendants stationed at the pay station to assist, someone directing you into the bay and even folks roaming the detailing stations to make sure you are all good. Car wash itself is fantastic. The body of my car is always very clean when I pull out and my tires are extra shiny and clean, which is the thing I look for when determining how thorough a wash was! The detailing station is really what makes them stand out. They have a lot of bays that are stocked with multiple types of spray cleaners (all purpose and glass), clean rags, strong vacuums, air hose and complimentary car fresheners! Also, this are is outfitted with a rug cleaning machine! Overall, Caliber is a great spot and since it is in Smyrna now...it will become my go-to! They do offer a monthly plan for unlimited washes and while I have never joined one at any locations before, I think it may be a solid investment here! read more

I went through today and the vacuum didn't work. The car didn't get dried off properly. The last wash didn't put out any soap and the left side tire wash wasn't turning to clean the tires. Why would I pay any money for a crappy car wash. The so called manager said it was due to the weather. I cancelled my membership and will be looking for another car wash. Poor service and crappy attitude from the manager on duty. read more

This is the first time going back after my last review. After my last review the manager of this location called me to apologize and claimed that she wasn't working the week of my last review and told me that they would do better & that they had towels and air freshener for their members. I visited a week after she contacted me today and again, no air freshener or towels out. They had the dirty towels in the bin below. I was able to locate two in another station. What made it so bad 4 female employees (including the manager) hovered around a vehicle chatting it up and goofing off. I observed this for about 15 minutes. When they noticed me taking these pictures they disbursed. The manager then start grabbing up dirty towels and placing a few clean towels out. It is obvious the manager is the problem. Instead of trying to be the cool manager, she should try and be professional instead of goofing off while customers are still present. read more

Can be 5 stars with a little effort. The car wash part and the employees are great. It's inconsiderate customers that is the issue. Every single time I go there are cars blasting their music like there is a competition to see who has the loudest. If only the employees asked them to turn off their radios it would be a more welcoming environment. I prefer to take my car to one of the many hand car wash businesses here in Smyrna over washing my car any day. After coming to Caliber Car Wash in Smyrna I may have to rethink that. This is my second time here, and I am very impressed. I was surprised to see the three star rating but also very concerned when I read the reviews. I'm here to tell you my car was clean there were no mechanical issues and I love this place. Let's get into the review! Aesthetically this place looks super cool. I've been to many do it yourself car wash and vacuum spots but this one just feels different. I know it's brand new but the color scheme look and feel of the place is just on a different caliber....When you first pull up do you have the option to pick your type of wash, and or a membership package. I chose the basic classic wash membership for $20. I plan on getting a new car soon and don't need the bells and whistles. Every time I've gone there's been super helpful attendant. FYI they do work off commission which doesn't make a difference to me. The wash went smoothly, again I only bought the classic wash. I was in and out of the car wash within 20 minutes.My favorite feature is the mat cleaner. I've been other places where they've had this before and now I swear by them. Pros : Choosing your car wash or membership package is very easy, the vacuum suction is strong and able to get into small tight spaces,the mat cleaner is easy to operate, they provide window cleaner and an all purpose cleanser, at your station you will find clean rags and an area to put your dirty rags, and they provide free air fresheners. Cons: The only con Is when you exit the car wash you can only make a right hand turn onto Windy Hill rd. It's definitely not their fault and due to the construction. I hope that this changes however it's not likely. If you want to go left towards 285, the Braves stadium and Cumberland Mall you'll have to make a U-turn on Windy Hill rd. read more

I've gone to this car wash 2 times now. The first time I was greeted by a sweet lady named Samantha who informed me about all the options and memberships the car wash had. She was very quiet and informative which I really appreciated. I came back and was greeted by 2 other ladies Rosa I think was her name (she had blue hair) and Nataly. Nataly was just as professional and informative as the lady before and Rosa did a great job at cleaning and washing down my car. The car wash has so many different products to clean your car and Rosa was constantly refilling low products. All in all very quick and easy experience with lovely personalities and I will for sure be coming back. read more

I went through the was and as I exited the front bug/rock deflector was broken (not factory), but the sunroof deflector is factory and was hanging off. It broke the mounts. I talked to a manager and he took my VIN # and info, but never heard from them. I emailed and then called. I was told they would not cover any damage., even though the sunroof deflector was factory. I never received a sorry or even a free wash. Update: I did email, but no reply. read more

In the tunnel, the wash section was fine. When going through the drying section, something was scraping and grinding and making loud noises on the driver's side, like something was breaking on the car. After the wash my driver's side running board was all scraped on the bottom and top, a piece on the top was mangled and sticking straight up, and there where was black goo or oil or something all along the length. It's been several days and a different car wash, and this stuff is still all over the running board. I will never recommend this car wash, and I will never go back. read more

Went to caliber car wash this morning. Have been a monthly member for several months and have used car wash over a dozen times. Never a bad experience until today. When I parked to dry and vacuum my car I noticed my gas cap cover was open and metal cover was missing. Brought to attention of staff and they promptly found the metal gas cap cover lid inside the car wash. Clearly the car wash machine ripped it off since it was found inside the car wash line building. The Asst Manager/Manager said that the cameras did not show evidence that the machine ripped the cover off so they would not cover damage...EVEN though they acknowledge they found the part inside the car wash. I am extremely disappointed in their response and will NEVER use this car wash again. Very frustrated. I would love the Owner to respond to this since the Manager would not give me any information on how to escalate this issue and the Manager ludicrous response to this situation given the facts. read more
