The general flow of this car wash is similar to competitors in that you pay at the gate and get pulled through by the belt. Afterwards, you vacuum your car and you're out the door. They have plenty of parking so even on busy afternoons, you'll still be able to clean the inside of your vehicle. The wash is not as thorough as I'd hope (not soapy enough IMO lol) but at least my car is clean. My biggest and ONLY issue with this car wash is that they don't have complimentary towels like their competitors. You can purchase towels in their vending machine but definitely not worth it. I probably won't return despite having great customer service due to this fact alone. For the price point, I can find something better with more to offer. read more

They make you tip the staff when you purchase your wash. They don't offer towels. Wanted to ask about the towels there were no one there only the guy who was busy spraying the cars and the guy who was sitting next to entry to ask for the tip:) It cost me $10 plus $3 tip for a self service quick was. I've been coming to this Mister Car Wash for years, even though there's another wash much closer to my house. I always got the basic $10 wash and never had an issue. Lately, though, every visit has turned into an aggressive sales pitch. The employees won't take "no" for an answer when I decline the upgrades or the monthly membership. One worker even told me their basic wash was "the worst rated out of all other car wash locations," which felt like a tactic just to pressure me into spending more. Today was my breaking point. The person helping me got visibly annoyed when I said I only wanted the basic wash, and it honestly felt like he was trying to discourage me from buying a car wash from them because he wasn't getting what he wanted. This place used to be great, but the constant upselling has become uncomfortable and unprofessional. I'd rather pay more at the wash near my house than deal with this again. I have been to the car wash many times before Covid and even during Covid today I went to the car wash and I swear there were people haggling me at the entrance no matter how much I told the guy I only wanted a regular Washy tried selling me and selling me. I sat there for five minutes in my car I should have backed out. I don't know what this world is coming to because they also asked for a tip a tip for what all I did was went through the wash they didn't even have rags like they used to to dry the car off. I was going to touch up paint on a couple little door dings (the edge kind that chips over time not dents). That's how picky I am. I used to love this place when it was Wash Factory. I could pull up, slide my card and get a quick wash. Now, I pull up and there is some guy there swiping my card for me and trying to upsell me. If I wanted to interact with humans, I would go to a full service car wash. No towels (assuming due to covid) but that's fine I carry my own. After four year and God only knows how many changes in management. I can honestly say I am parting ways with Mr. Car Wash. (or Wash Factory Express) It will probably change names by the time I write this review. My car did not get rinsed upon entering the wash cycle. My windows and lights were not scrubbed. Yesterdays, drive though was faster than my dog when she is chasing squirrels. My car ended up dripping wet and just as dirty. They used to hand you a towel to dry your car, they even advertise it, I was told they no longer provide you the towels. I was informed that so could buy some from the vending machine though. SMH. The car wash wasn't busy, so I got in quickly but the wash itself was not great. There was still some dirt spots left on my car and some soap remained on the mirrors. There are a good number of spots for cars and the vacuums did work well. The trashcans were over flowing and there are NO TOWELS! What? Really!!! I asked one of the workers and was told you have to pay for them out of the vending machine. In addition, there was no window cleaner or car freshener like other car washes offer. I happened to be in this area and decided to stop, but will not stop again. It should be a lower price if they do not provide towels. I have lived here for years before mister clean took over this establishment. I am saddened to see how cheap and lazy they have gotten while prices have risen. They used to offer complimentary towels and cleanser to clean your car then went to charging everyone. For THREE months in a row the vending machine with the only clean product has been taking money from patrons and nothing has been done except a tip option for people who literally swipe your card for you. I didn't even have a tech wipe my car before entry. They have a detailed person cleaning cars less than a mile down the road at the shell for $30 and it's the best money I've spent. I just discovered this car wash....and I'm so glad I did!! It's so affordable and they have lots of different options available depending on if you want waxes, polishes, etc. The Express wash (which is a great all over wash & dry) is only $7!! The washing process seems to be really easy on your car - I'm always leery about these places because some seem to really beat up your car, but this place seems to be pretty gentle. They have a self-service vacuum center with room for about 30 cars, and there is a good matt cleaner in that area. They also give each car a microfiber towel to clean your dash, touch up areas of the car, etc. Everyone was super helpful & friendly. I will definitely be back in the future!! read more

I pulled in and was on the phone in the car. Because of this I just wanted to self serve and move on. There was a girl at the pay booth who insisted, to the point of barking at me, that she push the buttons in the touch screen. After I was berated by the hostess I pull up the the wash and it breaks down. A few minutes later they get me through only to breakdown again half way into the process. What a disaster. Grand Slam car wash blows this place away. They have towels and spray and take care of the customer. I will 100% never be back and I recommend you spend your $$$$$$ elsewhere. read more

Worst car wash I have ever been to. They ask for a tip once you come in. I gave a tip as it was my first time here. Granted customer service staff was friendly but the vending machine stole my money. They weren't able to refund me because the machine is own by a third part. You have to purchase rags to wipe down your car. Every other car wash has them for free. What was once Express Car Wash is now Mister. And I'm here to tell you Mr. and Ms., it's a sprinkle of its former self. Everything from the enthusiasm of the customer service team, to the wash quantity and quality has trickled down noticeably. The attendants' pre-treatment of the windshield isn't nearly as precise or effective as it was under the old nameplate. The amount of sudzy soap has been significantly reduced and as a result, the vehicle's body and wheels don't appear nearly as clean as it was when it was Express. Mister is honoring the monthly prepaid plans that customers purchased when it was an Express but it's not likely I'll renew mine. read more

Vacuum hoses have giant cracks. My car had thin lines of very sticky material on both r side doors AFTER going through the wash. They did try to remove it. Floor mat cleaner no longer washes mats, just vacuums. No towels or spray anymore. $7. No thank you. read more

Reasons for 1 star: 1. Paid the regular price for what I expected to be regular service. 2. Prior to paying there are no signs saying they were not providing usual services (front and rear car prewash, complimentary drying towels and window spray). The one guy working was only able to do the front of my car. 3. Lobby was locked so I couldn't speak to anyone about the non-service. I've never actually seen anyone use the lobby except the workers, but it was locked due to it being a high touch area, and they are being cautious. 4. I didn't get the memo that I had to bring my own towel and window spray, so I left and went home to re-wet my car and dry it so there'd be no water marks. Waste of time, gas and money. read more

They increased there prices used to be $20 for best wash, now a new wash is $26 with the old one being $23. Truck came out of wash and had a glue like material in different places. Wouldn't recommend place has gotten worse. Save your money and wash yourself or a different place. read more

This place was a good place for a quick wash. I have been using them for my car washes. Of late I have been noticing cars ending up being scratched. Those were minor ones and I ignored them. Today when I came out there were so many scratches all over . I believe their equipments may have yo be serviced. This is more prominent in dark cars . The lady with a brand new suv next to me had the same experience . We did call out the asst. manager who mentioned that he will let his manager know. I hope they do. This winter it'll come in handy --- if they're open during cold spells, but so far, 2 months in, 7 or 8 washes, tires are shiny, car looks perfect, and all that tree sap on my windshield & the rest of the car (when I don't park it in it's garage) is gone...just like that!! read more
