Worst car wash ever. 3 times in 3 weeks I went in with a brand new truck, every time it come out dirty then it went in. Contact them, the office told me to contact the location and forwarded my photos to them. A week later no reply. At the end of September, the car wash machinery ripped the border of the rear passenger side window of my car. The attendant was able to go into the car wash to retrieve it. I filed a "damage report" and called them a few days later - and was told it would take a few days for a resolution. Six weeks later - NOTHING. I have sent e-mails and left messages - nothing. THIS PLACE WILL DAMAGE YOUR CAR AND GHOST YOU. User beware. read more

There aren't a lot of choices for car washes in park city. Mister Car wash is my go to especially after my most recent visit. I had quite a bit of mud under my wheel base, which wasn't cleaned after my wash. I spoke with the manager, Donte, who was really kind and gave me his card so i could come back and try again. He said, mud is tough and sometimes folks need to go through 5x. Yikes. I was NOT interested in that. Sure enough, I had to go 4x, but I didn't have to pay despite not having a subscription. I will be getting a subscription soon and using our local PC store and occasionally going to SLC to make use of the vacuums. read more

Convenient, and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. But . . . the Park City location just doesn't get my car very clean. Not sure if it's because there are so many grimy cars going through it in the winter, but I find that whenever I happen to go to a Salt Lake location, my car comes out much cleaner. read more

Terrible Customer service. Their machine rashed the inside of my brand new wheels. When confronting the manager Len about it. He told me there's nothing they could do and their car wash wouldn't do that. Despite having a witness in the car and metal flakes coming from the inside of the wheels. After doing an incident report claim it took 12 days for them to respond and corporate had to make them respond. In the end they didn't help at all and blamed me. If you go here, look at the inside lip of your wheels on the left side and make sure they didn't mess them up. read more

There's a reason these guys have such poor reviews. They are rude and lack common sense. I'm stunned how poorly they treat me when I occasionally come through. This place is a joke. First, they removed the vacuums so now you can't even clean the interior of your car yourself. Maybe I could live with that. But today, I tried to get my car washed there (I'm an "unlimited" member), and they turned be away because... my car was dirty. I kid you not. The attendant said that the "dirt messes with their brushes". Umm... seems to me the purpose of a car wash is to clean cars that are dirty? Especially here in Park City, where all it takes is one day of driving after a storm for dirt to accumulate on your car... how can you run a car wash that doesn't accept dirty cars? I went to Mr. Carwash in Park City to wash my vehicle because it was dirty. I have an unlimited wash pass and am there on a regular basis. I was turned away because I was told that my vehicle was too dirty! Why else would I be at the car wash? We have reached a new level of stupidity in the Mr. CARWASH WORLD! I had a truly astonishing and disappointing experience going to Mr. Car Wash today. I was told that my vehicle was too dirty, as I had some splash marks up the side of my SUV. It was not caked in mud, or any chunks or any such circumstance, instead they just felt that my car was a bit too dirty. I asked them to explain what their criteria were for making that determination, and they could offer none other than it was splashed up the side. I watched another vehicle be admitted into the car wash who had a similar level of dirt on the car, and they simply said that my vehicle was borderline. I have a membership that covers both of my vehicles. I truly could not believe that I was told to go elsewhere to wash my car before coming to get my car washed. I went to this car wash for the second time, and was asked if I wanted to pay for a one-time wash, or for a month. I decided to pay the higher fee for unlimited washes for a month. After finding out that my 2022 BMW does not jive with their automated track system, I didn't return, however my debit card is now being charged monthly. VERY DECEPTIVE. I called to speak with somebody to cancel it, but when you call their number, you get a voicemail that is full and cannot accept any more messages. You cannot get a hold of a live person to cancel the monthly charge!!! This place is a total scam. read more

I went through with my brand new Yukon. Something in the brushes made amazing swirly scratches down the entire right side of my car. I contacted their claims department didn't hear for almost a month, then they differed me to the attendant who was some kid that gave me claims. Got a quote on the damage for $1300 and paint correction. read more

Had a new SUV when we started using Mister 2 years ago. Incident #1-The blue long fabric things that beat the car wrapped around my bike rack and my car got stuck in the wash. Car was literally being picked up on the track, going up and down, but not moving forward. Car behind me and I were both laying on the horn to stop the car wash, as person behind me was about to hit me. The attendant stopped the wash, and unraveled the blue beaters and we saw the bike rack was cracked/broken from the pressure of the up and down movement. Got home and realized my backup camera was dangling by wires down below my bumper. Incident 2-months later, same long blue fabric pieces got hung under my left side/rear bumper near tire. Got home and saw my bumper hanging down. Fabulous. Last incident-the plastic pieces near the windows on sides, were flapping as I drove on 80 at speed. Took to dealership and was told this is common when using our local car wash frequently and to repair all 4 pieces $4,000. Never using Mister Car Wash in Park City again read more

This place is a risk to your car. I have had 3 rear wipers ripped off, one logo pulled off the rear of my car, a dented rear, and lights/reflectors ripped off my car. The damage is too big of a risk. I tried but I'm not going back. read more

This car wash has scratched my vehicle and have created bad swirls in my paint. I had to polish my vehicle for 14hrs with a very high powered polishing machine and still could not get a lot of the scratches out. I would not recommend this to anyone. I've only used it a few times and is sad to see so many high end vehicles in Park City being ruined. Yes it's a great deal and cleans well if you don't care about your paint. read more

A couple years ago this car was the best car wash! Within the past few months I took my car there and it was a terrible experience. My car now has scratches along the sides of my car and there was a gum like paste on my car as well. I was talking to my friends about it and 2 of my friends said the exact same thing happened to them! I DO NOT recommend going here! Mr. Carwash is a sham. They offer "unlimited" carwashes, but will terminate your pass if you use it too often. Their "unlimited" option is limited. You just won't know how limited unless you use it frequently. Terrible customer service. Avoid this place. read more

Today I had an exceptional customer service experience from Piper, Vlad and Bryce. I unintentionally drove through fresh road sealant - no construction cones (?!?) - these AMAZING people helped me. They actually hand scrubbed my car! I was somewhat panicked it wouldn't come off but they stayed calm and kept working and after a lot of elbow grease it was clean! We had a perfectly good car wash in Park City that was economical and effective. Since Mister Car Wash arrived, the quality of the wash has dramatically changed. I've gone five or six times and every wash has been horrible with white streaks all over the car. My wife has had the same experience with her car. Our grandson simply won't go there any more. I have a new car that I like to keep very clean and I bought the $32.00 monthly pass which entitles me to an unlimited number of their platinum washes (top-of-the-line) each month. The platinum washes cost $18 each (I think) so having your car washed weekly saves a lot of $$$. Also, their monthly passes are good at all their locations (I think they have 4-5 in the Salt Lake City area). There is a Mister Car Wash facility in SLC on 3300 and there are attendants that hand dry your car after it goes through their automated system. Also, I would think that if there are any issues about the car not being washed properly or equipment not working they would reimburse a customer for what they paid or would have given them a coupon to come back. read more

Had to get both of my cars repainted because the machines damaged the paint so badly. The first time it happened, we noticed that it left swirls everywhere but weren't sure it was the car wash. The second time I went, the scratches were down to bare metal. This car wash caused damage to literally every single painted body panel. read more
