Amanda and Naomi seamlessly take care of scheduling and check insurance coverage while Lesley is the best hygienist I've ever had. Both Dr. Levitt and Dr. Shainhouse (a periodontist Dr. Levitt works with) are beyond personable, super thorough, patient and have always had time to answer all my questions. From Naomi carefully verifying insurance, to Dr Levitt's 30m eval, to the 45m intensive cleaning/gum eval by Jessica, to the world class technology 3d teeth imaging and 'cavity wand', to the respect you see Dr Levitt and his staff reciprocate to each other and their clients. Never thought I'd call a dentist office amazing. But after 10 years in LA and two previous dentists who billed 15m of flossing and polishing as a 'cleaning', I'd fly back if I moved away to keep going here. I went into a 3pm appt concerned I'd be told I was headed for dentures. Left at 5pm with the cleanest teeth of my life and 100% confident about the partial scaling proposed to get my gums healthy after so many years of bad dentistry. This office is awesome. I went in today for my initial appointment. And it was such a great experience! The clinic staff, Ms. D, that did my mouth X-ray was nice and efficient. And I was impressed by the technology and machines that they have! I could tell that they only use the best for their patients. Dr. Levitt was so nice and made me feel comfortable immediately. My previous dentist have always been nice, but I seem to always feel "judge" somehow. Like I felt bad because my teeth aren't perfect. But Dr. Levitt didn't make me feel that way! Instead, he educated me about my teeth and discussed with me how we can make my teeth better. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure you understand exactly what is going on with your teeth. And the clinic staff, Madeline, that helped with my insurance made sure I was able to fully understand my insurance coverage and out of pocket expenses. Overall, I had an amazing first time experience at Dr. Levitt's clinic. And I thought I would never say this, but I am looking forward to my next dental appointment at this clinic! read more

This team, from the front desk to the dentists, truly care about your smile! They are kind, compassionate, and have an acute attention to detail. Booking your first appointment and filling out the paperwork is super straightforward and done online. Amanda and Madeline are incredible and authentic and happy to work with you in all ways. They send text reminders for appointments and provide insurance and cost breakdowns which is super helpful (a great reason to smile!). Drs. Levitt and Bossel genuinely care about their patients as people and listen each time you sit in the *dreaded* appointment seat. They take care to explain what they see in your mouth and recommended action steps/procedures (wonderful reasons to smile!). During the procedures (I'm getting a few crowns), Dr. Bossel and Sally make sure you're comfortable and know what's going on. Earlier this week I had an appointment to see Dr. Levitt about a tooth that has been bothering me. For the first time in my life I wasn't completely consumed in dread because of how lovely the experience was! He is fantastic, the staff is fantastic, the window views are fantastic! This is the best dental experience I have ever had. 1. The front desk: The ladies up front are genuine and kind; their attention to detail and rigorous accommodation is special. Their vibrant personalities and professional efficiency are special. They make you excited to come in and (oddly) excited to come back! 2. The dental exam was amazing! There is a lot of innovative technology and each componenet is explained (process and purpose). Dr. Levitt is personable, brilliant, and compassionate - he doesn't make you feel embarrassed about old dental work! His action plans are digestible and he is detailed in his reasoning for the plan. 3. The cleaning is relaxing.This dental cleaning was so relaxing that I fell asleep. There's not much else I have to say - other than my teeth looked incredible afterward. Dr. Levitt is definitely a different kind of dentist. He's super personable and has a great sense of humor (brings up random topics and wants to get to know you). I notice he's the same with his staff which speaks volumes. During my initial cleaning and fillings, Dr. Levitt was extremely informative on everything he was doing before proceeding which put me at ease. I just came in for my impressions for my night guard which I was in and out in less than 15 mins. The whole office works extremely efficiently! Everyone at this office is super friendly and caring -- from the time you call for an appointment to the moment you leave. The first time I came in was for a terrible tooth ache and they fit me in immediately. I ended up having to get an emergency root canal the very same day with their partner endodontist who also fit me in the very same day! Then I came back for all my other teeth needs. I sought out Dr. Levitt as my dentist because I found him on my Delta Dental PPO insurance website as an in-network provider. To my surprise, I got a bill of over $400 in the mail after already paying my portion in-office. I called insurance and apparently, he is listed "in-network" only at a DTLA address and not the Wilshire address. I definitely asked the receptionist and was told that he is in-network at the time I made the initial appointment on the phone. This unexpected expense leaves a sour taste in my mouth and unfortunately it's back to the search for a new dentist :(. read more

Everyone was super friendly. Never felt pressured to get extra procedures or items. They did an excellent job replacing my mouthguard. And they even caught something that likely many other dentists would have missed. They asked that I return a couple of weeks later just to make sure it wasn't more serious. They were THAT thorough. They also did a really impressive job of taking safety precautions for COVID. Not only doubling up their masks and face-wear, but also having air filters in all rooms to help *not* have recycled air in addition to killing potential COVID droplets. I was treated with the utmost professionalism and respect; Dr. Levitt answered all my questions and I never felt pressured or rushed, nor given a sales pitch which can be the norm at other practices. Maintaining my good health comes before anything. I don't have dental insurance, so dental work expenses are completely out-of-pocket for me, necessitating sacrifices in personal areas of my life. But I needed FOUR crowns to replace the ancient ones on my front teeth, and didn't trust my previous dental office to have this work done there. On this very site I found Dr Levitt and his amazing staff. Employing the latest technology, the entire procedure was as precise and easy as could be. I've had dreadful teeth all my life and for decades and decades I've had bridges and crowns done and redone. I have been to NUMEROUS dentists the past few years and Mitch is the best of the best! Location, Staff, Office, Equipment, COVID safety, and personalities all 5 star. Such a wonderful and positive team that are super professional. I have had a problem with a back tooth forever that caused major irritation on my gums. My last dentist literally shrugged and said he didn't know and to brush my teeth more lol. Mitch was the first of many dentists to actually catch what was happening and assess the problem immediately. If I would have kept untreated it would have turned into gum disease!
