I been patient for several years and I always had a good experience with the owners but today I had the worse experience ever. The young doctor did not even check the cause of the paint nor listen the comments. She only based on the X-rays and just care if I could pay the amount. I've been a patient here for probably close to 20 years. In the past couple of years, this place has gone down... Most recently, I had a crown installed, which has popped out twice (despite my not chewing hard things on that side of my mouth and being very careful when I floss). I've needed the crown to be re-cemented twice, and the second time, they had me wait for nearly an hour (even though I was on-time to my appointment) during the middle of my work day. Furthermore, they wanted to charge me for the crown reattachment - but ended up trying to bill my insurance at my insistence that I wouldn't pay for their second mistake. During my first visit one of the men working to do my cleaning scared me saying, "Oh there's something on the back of your tongue - we'll have to keep an eye on that if it's still there in a week it could be cancer." WTF?! Why on earth would you say that to any customer/client??? There are much better ways to communicate with people without giving them shit to worry about. The dentist is already an uncomfortable experience. He was callus and off-putting. This office also really tries to upcharge you on unnecessary procedures or Invisalign etc. They try to get you with "We're doing a one-time discount!" All the standard money-making BS. The women working the front desk were nice but otherwise I wouldn't go back to this dentist. Seemed like they just wanted my money and didn't care about keeping things genuine and honest. But the cancer comment really turned me off. This is why you shouldn't trust anyone just because they work in a healthcare field. You have to be personable and know how to communicate with people too, not just have dental knowledge. read more

TL;DR: Came in for a routine cleaning and left having paid $2,950 for Invisalign. Cancelled the next day and am still waiting on my refund three weeks later. Update: got my money back about a month later. This dentist came highly recommended to me, but unfortunately I can't recommend them based on my experience. I had recent x-rays from my previous dentist (who retired), but I was told their system couldn't use the image file. I was told new x-rays were needed. I was then repeatedly encouraged to pay for full jaw x-rays, which I declined more than once. During the visit, I was advised that I needed an $800+ deep cleaning and was also presented with multiple additional treatment options, including additional x-rays, bonding, and Invisalign. I ultimately agreed to move forward with Invisalign and paid the full amount up front. After thinking it over, I realized I did not feel comfortable continuing treatment and cancelled the very next day. Since then, I have called and emailed multiple times over the past three weeks and have been told they are "working on" my refund, but I still have not received my money back. I went in for a basic dental cleaning and left facing thousands of dollars in treatment recommendations, and I am now still waiting on a refund for a service that never began. Eh, I had a pretty bad experience with this office. Everywhere you look, there are all these posters and signs about "Chance to win a FREE teeth whitening, if you post a review!" So that's where all these good reviews come from. Before the hygienist even opened my mouth to see my teeth, he told me I would need to schedule an expensive "deep cleaning". How do you know if you have even looked at my teeth? Its a shame that Yelp doesn't allow zero stars. Avoid this place like the plague. I was smart enough to stop going here for cleanings, but dumb enough to trust them for Invisalign (I figured the folks at Invisalign proper would serve as a guard rail). How wrong I was..... Round one of Invisalign failed. Throughout the process I kept saying the trays weren't tracking but I was basically ignored. For round two, the "very ethical" dentist changed the treatment plan to ignore the two teeth which had failed in the first round WITHOUT CONSULTING ME OR OBTAINING MY CONSENT! It was only once I pointed it out in one of the checkups (the checkups are a whole different story just know that a 9am appointment means 930 at best) and basically said that it was completely unacceptable that they scheduled a round three to address all my teeth. Then comes the night when I try putting on the round three trays... The same very very competent and ethical dentist clearly didn't do her job very well (shocker), and the round three trays start at the same point at which my round two trays started. In other words, I can't put them on. So now I need to wait week for them to rescan and reorder new trays... All this to say: if you value your teeth, or more importantly your sanity, stay away from this place. You'll have nothing but heartache if you let them start messing around with your teeth. Find someone actually competent to handle your oral care. Zero/five stars. read more

Had a very bad experience with Donovan rest of staff was great. He was clearly unhappy that I did not want to pay for the laser cleaning and numbed me for the deep cleaning, he rushed and did it so quickly and painfully that I actually left halfway through the procedure. I also did not agree with how he presented traditional deep cleaning as not getting rid of bacteria. Very uncomfortable. I don't know if he had an off day since the other reviews seem good, but this place also offers free whitenings for good reviews so it is hard to tell what is real. My first appointment here was great. I hadn't been to the dentist in several years and they took x-rays and images, and made a comprehensive dental plan for me to get caught up. My second appointment ran very long. The parking outside is for only 2 hours and I was there for nearly 3. I had taken some time off work to go to the dentist and I ended up having to cancel two meetings. When I went to pay, they only had one person working the front desk and I continued to wait. Ultimately, they said they would text me a bill and I could pay electronically, which I did. I also use text message to communicate with them about setting up another appointment which was confirmed. Turns out, that appointment never got scheduled. When I showed up for my third appointment I was not on the doctor's schedule. Again, I had taken time off work - a half day, based on the last appointment - and the dentist who was present did what she could but was not able to do everything I had scheduled for that day. I showed the woman at the front desk all the text messages confirming the appointment and she wasn't at all apologetic and did not acknowledge my inconvenience. After that, I asked to come in on Mondays because I have every other Monday off and I couldn't take any more time off to go to this dentist. The fourth appointment, on a Monday , was the first day that I met Dr Bae. She seemed competent, as do the other doctors to work with her, but she had me sit and look at pictures of all the damage I've done to my teeth over the last 44 years while trying to sell me retainers and night guards and Invisalign and who knows what else. I walked in feeling fairly confident in my smile and walked out thinking I should just get veneers and be done with it. As far as I can tell, the dental work has been excellent. I haven't had any issues with the fillings or crowns they have done. But, my experiences at the office have been lackluster and I'm not sure if I will continue my dental care here. read more

Inside, the office is actually more spacious than it seems from the outside and all of the staff were very welcoming.
