Ultimately, the hassle with my damaged car became too much during a stressful time. This driver (may have) caused cosmetic damage that would need over ~$1,000 in professional repairs. Regarding the couch, it really isn't holding up well even though pets don't use it, we are considered light weight people, and we do our best to keep it nice. The pullout bed mechanism was either installed wrong, or there is a flaw that makes folding it back in feel pretty dangerous. So that feature (which was the whole reason we bought it) is basically unusable. With that mechanism being suspicious, we can't even give this thing away for free. If you want an expensive, cheap couch... shop at Joybird. The people at headquarters were helpful to an extent, but couldn't really help all that much. The in-store team is awesome, but can't really help with the issues going on.

But they stopped delivering on orders that were paid for as far back as December of 2024. Nor will they give refunds. I lost $15,300 on furniture paid for in January! They kept saying it would be shipped and to be patient. But it is sitting in their warehouse in LA, and now they want an additional $9,000 to deliver it.

She also provided some fabric samples so that we could pick the best one for our home. Now three months later I just received all parts and was able to complete the renovation project.
