I would give this RH Outlet zero stars if I could. The complete lack of customer service is astounding. It's as if the employees are doing everything they can to avoid actually helping customers. The few people working here act like they're being forced to be there against their will--zero enthusiasm, zero effort, and definitely zero interest in answering questions or assisting with purchases. Good luck trying to get anyone's attention, let alone actual service. No one greets you, no one offers to help, and if you do manage to corner someone, they act annoyed that you dared to interrupt their social hour (or whatever it is they do instead of working). It's clear that no one here actually wants to work, and it shows in the miserable shopping experience. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere. RH may have great products, but this outlet is a joke!

Love anything RH. We had perfectly fine experience with all the staff in this location. These are not sales people who work in a regular RH and will sit with you for hours. But idk why so much hate towards the staff and service. This is an outlet. If u want full service, go and pay full price.

RH Outlet boasts high end and custom furnishings. Beautiful sofas in leather, linen and other natural fabrics grace the floor. A great selection is available for those with large open spaces. Many pieces were originally selling for tens of thousands of dollars yet can be purchased for a huge discount.

Expensive.. Nice selection but I could never. The items must be rare because these prices are pricey. I don't know who referred this place to me. The furniture wasn't even that amazing looking. "To each their own"

I called before going here to see the bed frame I want. They had it in stock so I drove and hour to see it in person and I'm glad I did but also very annoyed I traveled so far because it had a giant stain on it! Can you imagine if I had just purchased it over the phone- I'd be SO mad when it was delivered and have to return it. Make sure you go in person if you're considering anything.

Great selection and discounts. Larger than I expected. I would've given 5 stars if they offered delivery, but they don't.

Lot of choices , cheaper than regular high end retailer furniture store price. If you knew what you want to buy, this is a must stop.

Unlike the Long Beach one where all the furniture is dirty and ruined from kids jumping on them with their shoes on; this place has what looks like new furniture!

I am obsessively in love with the two rugs I have purchased from The Rug Warehouse -- they are…read moremasterpieces. After researching the labor-intensive skill and high quality of wool that goes into making an heirloom hand-knotted all-wool rug, I knew I had to see and touch the rug in person in order to buy. I don't believe you can really love a rug without visiting it in person and smelling and touching it. A truly great rug is expensive because it costs something to have deeply skilled hands working with gorgeous sheep wool to weave it. You are meant to shampoo it professionally* and use it for life. An heirloom rug is the antithesis of disposability culture. (*If you need the best rug/carpet cleaner in Los Angeles, look at my Yelp review for Gary at CLEAN TOUCH CARPET CLEANING. I have used Gary to clean these rugs for years.) My first "grown up" hand-knotted wool rug purchase was from Rug Warehouse in 2018, sold to me by Antonio, a long-standing employee with a fantastic aesthetic eye. That rug was expensive but worth every penny, because I could smell the lanolin from its high-quality Tibetan Wool for years after, and it resisted stains like magic (including a bowl of red spicy ramen I spilled). Good wool from hardy sheep raised in high-altitude, cold climates has higher lanolin content and does not absorb stains -- I got the ramen stain out simply by dabbing with soapy water. In 2025 when I needed a second large rug, I went back to Rug Warehouse and found another Tibetan Wool rug of my dreams, in the same "Phoenix Weave" (a fat, thick knot) as my first. Antonio was working again that day again, and he actually remembered the first rug he had sold me 7 years earlier. He arranged for delivery same-day -- I had the new rug in my home, expertly delivered and installed with precision by their wonderful employees, within 1 hour of my leaving the store. Rug Warehouse has a long-standing team of loyal employees who have worked there for many years. Antonio is a fantastic rug advisor who can direct you to various designs, and their excellent delivery team can do a "rug show" at your home so you can see different rugs in your lighting before choosing. I love the product here, but frankly I also love the in-person buying experience. In an age where you can look at anything through a computer screen, nothing beats going to a reputable local rug store with a curated selection of beautiful heirloom rugs, and choosing the one you love in person.

This place is full of rugs super expensive super detailed is just the rug life. I don't think…read morepeople really realize sometimes how much effort goes into a rug.
