Prior to this I had only heard the legends from places like Aziz Ansari's classic standup bit. This is how I learned of their unique naming scheme for their sizes. I'm glad I didn't jump all the way to Gotta Have It® (yes, each size has a registered trademark), as it simply would have been entirely too much ice cream - roughly three large scoops. Had a major a-ha moment when I got a glimpse of them using the stone. I was like, "OH! Like the name!" Couldn't really see what was going on from where I was standing, but essentially you pick a flavor of ice cream, then any number of "mix-ins" (surprisingly not trademarked) are folded into the ice cream on top of the stone, which in this case is a slab of granite kept at a frigid 16°F. Is it one big gimmick? Probably. I don't think it's that much of a step up from getting ice cream normally and then adding on whatever toppings.
