The food is AMAZING!! We had the Carmel apple pancakes and carrot cake pancakes. Ridiculously good. The coffee bar is really cute and has very creative coffee selections. The service was fantastic. I love that you can build your own salad. I picked almost every veggie topping and those are all included in the set price. My mom though ordered the Southwestern salad and was very disappointed. My Hubie and I decided to eat here normally i don't eat eggs so I decided to try the tofu scramble and was pleasantly surprised it was great. I expected it to be more like scrambled eggs instead it was long cubes and normally tofu is over spiced but this was perfect. My S.O. had the upside down pineapple pancake also it was great. I went for lunch at noon and got a ginger salmon salad and sandwich of the day to share with a friend. At the start of the lunch hour, they were out of one of the ingredients for the grilled veggie sandwich and half of the sandwich only had three slices of zucchini. And that's it. The salmon salad had a very small piece of salmon in it. The place has a great vibe, and the food is fresh. However, did not find it to be worth the money. First time in Flagstaff. We were looking for breakfast before heading back to Phoenix. When we went to place our order, the guy at the counter told us they had just switched to the lunch menu, but the chef overheard us asking for breakfast and kindly offered to keep the griddle going. I had the ham and cheese omelette, which was yummy, but I thought the home fries were the real star of the plate. My friend had the Southwest omelette and the hashbrowns. I didn't try either, but he said the omelette was really good, and his food disappeared quickly! Overall, the food was good, but the service was outstanding. We were sitting on the patio, and the chef even came out to ask us if we were enjoying our breakfasts. One final note, we had a dog with us and appreciated that we could bring her inside to order together (as opposed to one person staying outside with her and then taking turns placing orders). read more

Although it might look like a salad bar/diner, this spot goes WAY above and beyond. I've had just about every sandwich on the menu as well as a variety of daily specials. I only leave wanting more. The preparation is perfect, the food quality is of the utmost, and the flavors knock me over every time. The tomato soup is a craver, the salmon BLT will blow you away, Cubano is mouth-watering (slow roasted carnitas on there) and the new cheese steak is outrageous. For a lunch (or even dinner), this place will blow you away. My kids even ask for it. They love to pick out some veggies and fruit from the salad line-up to add to their lunch. Awesome! read more

Made my own salad and got a loaded baked potato soup....and couldn't finish either because the salad was huge. Not too impressed with this one. It is one of those places where they have a board with all their offerings and you check boxes on a paper menu to order your food. Service was fast and friendly. DW had a chicken salad sandwich that she said was very bland. She also had French Onion soup. She found hard black pieces in it and dug them out. When a manager came by and asked how everything was, she showed them to him and he said " Oh, those are just caramelized onions". Really? Caramelized? Can you say burnt to a crisp? I had a Hawaiian grilled cheese which was very good but I paired it with a strawberry/spinach salad that had a very tart strawberry vinaigrette dressing. Man - still makes me pucker just thinking about it. For my drink I selected a cucumber, orange, lemon, infused water that was just nasty. I poured it out and tried the pomegranate flavored green tea and it was only slightly better. To be fair, the manager and a waitress both offered to replace the soup and my salad but we declined. The burnt onion should have never made it in the soup pot but my salad was just a personal taste thing. Also, this place is downtown and parking on a Wednesday morning was not to be found. Both items were very mushy and had an unappetizing texture. Don't go here unless you have absolutely nothing else to do for a few hours. The establishment is ran by a bunch of kids who move slower than molasses. My boyfriend and I came here and waited 30 mins only to have moved up two spots in line to order and we still had 4 groups in front of us on line. (Mind you there was a line all the way out the door). There was only one register to order from and for some reason it seemed like the cashier didn't know what he was doing. I wanted to love this place so badly since the food looked great in the pictures and we were visiting Flagstaff for the holiday weekend. After 30 mins we finally left disappointed, highly annoyed and incredibly hungry. Not the best way to start your morning. Great selection of healthy sandwiches, soups, and salads, plus you can get a half sandwich and soup combo for less than $10 in downtown Flagstaff which isn't bad.
