Amazing experience! We had a last-minute group of four, and the salon was so gracious to take us in. Lisa did a phenomenal job on my niece's nails--she hand-painted the cutest strawberries and stars. Came in to get a Mani/Pedi on short notice and limited time and let me tell you they did not disappoint!! They took me in as soon as I walked in and offered me Tea or coffee. I like short simple nails but wanted to get some splash of color. They did great listening to the cut, color and design I wanted. They managed to fit a sunflower design in one short nail while making suggestions. Very happy with the work! Prices may vary depending on add ons but it's totally up to you. They do tell you how much more it will be.

I came here about 2 months ago to get a fill on my acrylic nails. The woman who attended my nails did an amazing job she even fix them. I had gone to a previous place and I didn't like how they looked. They were kind of thick and uneven, and looked very bulky. When I came, they totally fixed it and my nails look really pretty. This is now the fourth time I've gone to get my nails fixed and every single time. I am in love with my nails and I'm so impressed with the work. I've gotten a pedicure as well and there is one gal that does amazing with the pedicures. But they are all great. They all do an amazing job, but there's one where you can tell. It's her niche. I took my sister who was visiting from Los Angeles and she absolutely fell in love with the place, the workers, and most importantly the work that they did on her nails and pedicure. I have found my place that I will consistently go to from now on and I am just sad. I didn't go sooner. The staff is so nice as well.

The dynamic dual, Lisa and Tony! Lisa is an artist and can replicate anything you give you, the end result is CUTE! So, far, I got a Disney theme nails and glitter ombre w/crystals and a 3d snowman. Love it! Tony knows how to make your pedi look nice and your feet will come out looking softer after the scrub. I love their blue colored walls and decor, it just feels cozy. I've tried to give this place so many chances but they just continue to amaze me in how poor the service, work and employee communication is. This is one of those places where I don't understand how they are still in business with how rude and incompetent they are. My second time going was earlier this year and I got a deluxe pedicure, the girl that was doing mine tried to get away with not doing most of what is included in that pedicure thinking I would not notice. I came back recently with my sister to give them another chance since it is a very convenient location but I was so disappointed again. Both of us were seated for our pedicures at the same time and they did not start hers until over an hour after because the person who was supposed to be doing her pedicure was out doing anything besides his job. Then it finally gets to her turn, she shows them a couple different designs and they just don't want to do them even though is willing to pay the extra. They just kept saying something to one another and then coming back with a new raised price until she gave up. I think this is my last time coming here and if you're thinking of coming here, I would suggest you go to one of the many other places close by. read more

Tony did not know what he was doing my cat eye does not look like a cat eye and every time I asked him to fix something he would ignore me. I asked how much it cost me he started speaking in his language never got a response. they took us in around 6:40 and seemed to rush toward the end some lady there even was showing him on my pinky how to do cat eye and left. I left very unsatisfied don't take in clients if you're not willing to satisfy needs or leave them with someone who doesn't know how to do. definitely will not be going back read more

Horrible service if I could give ZERO stars I would I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt a few times, each time regretted it. I no longer come here you could make an appt&they'll take a walk in before you they'll tell you 5 min it ends up turning into 30 I've even scheduled the first appt of the day they'll start and then walk away to help someone who just walked in &do theirs so you're just sitting there What's the point of having us make appts if you're gonna stop in the middle of my nails to do a walk in either they need more workers or they need to learn how to manage or do walk-ins only they play the stupid role when they fully know what the issue is I shouldn't be at the nail salon for 2 1/2 to 3 hours for a basic mani&pedi THATS IT 1st person in &not out till 12:30-1 they open at 10 or they'll ask if you can come back the next day like wth obviously not if I made an appt for today why didn't you tell the walk-in to come back instead of a loyal customer who is on time for their appt I know a few people who stopped coming here for the same reason it's embarrassing & unprofessional i've never experienced this at any other salon. I would rather pay a little more than to deal with this mess salon get it together you guys SUCK nails don't last &chip/break w/in days NEVER AGAIN will I come here they don't deserve any support all of a sudden after what they did to me the last time where I waited 45 mins AFTER my pedi because they stopped my nails for someone else I'm getting text messages. We miss you. Here's 20% keep that 20%. I would rather pay more somewhere else where I'm not there for 3 hrs for a basic Mani&pedi they overbook they don't have enough staff who knows what they're doing unless you want a rush job chipped broken nails come here they told my sister to come in at 9:30. No one was there until 10 seems like no one knows what they're doing here what a mess They must be telling people they'll get a discount if they leave a good review or paying them because ain't no way this shitty salon got 4 stars i've heard multiple people complain about the same issue I'm talking about when I was inside waiting! read more

I should have trusted my instincts. I called ahead to ask for the price of a pedicure, and the owner gave me a fair quote over the phone. I even repeated it back to confirm. When I showed up, the price was different. Even after I mentioned our earlier conversation, it was dismissed. I started second-guessing myself, but I knew I hadn't misheard. I let it go just to avoid the hassle. I gave the place a second (and last) try. The pedicure massage felt rushed and half-hearted--just going through the motions, not relaxing or worth the money. But my biggest regret was getting my lashes done there. I asked to see examples of the owner's work beforehand, but she didn't have any to show--red flag I ignored. The lash application was poorly done, and when I politely asked if she could fix them, she brushed me off and said they looked fine. Within an hour, half had already fallen off, and by the next day, they were completely gone. I called to let her know, hoping for at least an apology, but she didn't seem to care at all. Never going back. Disappointing service, poor quality, and a total lack of accountability. read more

I've gone here a few times, I usually get full sets/fills and the ladies do a lovely job for the price, I've also had a blowout and it was great! But the most recent time I went which was last week, I was talked into a pedicure which mostly was because it was warm out and I was already wearing sandals. I had two ladies work on me, one doing my fill and the other on my toes at the same time. 1st off, I paid for deluxe which is supposed to include 10 min leg massage, I didn't get it. Okay fine I'll leave a smaller tip. 2nd the lady doing my toes was mal mannered 3rd and worst of them all, she dug into my toe until I almost screamed to where the lady working on my fill stopped andyelled at her, but the pedicure lady was un phased and KEPT GOING. My toe has been in pain since then, I've been cleaning with hydrogen peroxide and putting antibiotic cream/Neosporin whenever my shoes are off but nope, my careful attention to this open wound still got infected. I gave 3 stars because all my visits before were decent before this, but I'm sorry ladies I won't be coming back. I know that you aren't sanitizing your tools. You should know better when working with the public. CLEAN YOUR TOOLS. And ASK if someone wants their "ingrown toenail" dealt with. read more

Walked downtown and noticed a great location across from eateries and the theatre for a quick haircut at the Nice Salon. Kathy (or Cathy) welcomed me in and was able to assist me as a walk in client. Clean and patient service. Complimentary beverages such as refreshments offered. Along with alternative options for payment using Zelle as my card had declined. First of all let me just say that the customer service was phenomenal. I was the first customer of the day, I scheduled an appointment the day before. The salon is very clean and there is a perfect amount of air flow so you don't smell monomer or hair dye! Very very kind staff. I requested highlight and color, I had a picture off the internet for reference. Unfortunately I do not remember my hairstylists name. SHE WAS AMAZING!! She worked her magic!! I was scared as this was my first time getting highlights but I felt at ease because she was confident she could do it. Glad I trusted her because the results were perfect! Definitely recommend for service, quality & because their prices are VERY reasonable!! I'm coming back in 2 months for a touch up! read more

Seriously though, they were flawless -- trust me! I told her they were the most beautiful my nails have ever looked. She even did a heart on my ring finger as you can see in the photos. They also have builder gel, so your nails stay strong and gorgeous for weeks. I moved to Hayward recently and had been bouncing around trying to find a new nail spot--came across Sam's page because I was curious about Russian manicures and she does them beautifully. Just a heads up on the booking process: the site directs you to request an appointment, but it's not auto-confirmed--Sam has to accept it manually. For my first appointment, I booked for the next day and wasn't sure if it was going through, so now I just DM her directly to check in. Super easy once you know the flow. Sam herself is super sweet and easy to talk to. She recently went solo with her business, so it's just her now--and honestly, I love that. It's chill, one-on-one, and you can tell she really cares about quality. She has a gorgeous selection of colors and uses high-end products, which I think is why everything lasts so long. The first time I went, my nails were in sad shape and I honestly didn't think they'd bounce back. A month later? I've got legit nails I'm proud to show off. First, I was shocked that a basic kids' pedicure for my 8-year-old son cost $27. All they did was trim and clean his nails, followed by a short leg massage. That price seems extremely high for such a simple service, and there was never any discussion of pricing beforehand. The biggest issue, though, was my own nails. I paid about $55 for my gel manicure--$35 for gel polish, plus an additional $20 for a French tip and a small Mickey design. When I woke up the very next morning, less than 24 hours later, the entire gel polish had already peeled completely off one of my thumbnails. The French tip and Mickey design on other nails were also already lifting and peeling. I've never had a gel manicure fail this quickly. If I lived closer and didn't have to drive across the bridge, I would absolutely return to request a full refund because this level of quality is unacceptable. Between my dad, my two kids, and me, we spent close to $500, so we expected much better workmanship. My daughter's nails actually turned out great, so this review is strictly about the quality of my nails. One other thing that bothered me was my dad's pedicure. The staff kept offering him additional services during the appointment, and he kept saying yes without realizing each one came with an extra charge. By the end, his pedicure totaled over $100 plus tip. I really think pricing for add-on services should be clearly explained before they're performed so customers can make informed decisions. I've attached photos showing my thumbnail the morning after my appointment, along with photos I took the night before. It's incredibly disappointing to spend this much money and have a gel manicure start peeling in less than 24 hours.

It wasn't until I was sitting there that I realized how used to bad treatment I'd gotten. Other salons trained me without me even noticing, packed into a tiny space, treated like I'm on a conveyor belt, rushed out before my nails even had time to properly dry. No games with the price going up if you don't tip in cash, which is honestly tacky and rude and tells you exactly how little they think of their customers. Nobody crowding me in next to three other people either. It was calm, it was peaceful, it actually felt relaxing instead of stressful. And the cleanliness. Towels were fresh, equipment looked properly cleaned, none of that murky blue water sitting in a dirty container that's clearly been there for who knows how long. Even the bathroom was clean, and that alone tells you a lot about how a place is really run. Once you go to Delane's and get treated with that kind of value and respect, you won't want to go back to anywhere else. And honestly, you shouldn't have to. Ask for Brandi.

This place is nice...the worker there, her name is Kelly provides the best service that I had never had before....I had a nice haircut beautiful atmosphere. Even the shampooing was awesome. I almost fell asleep...That is how great it is.They even provide water bottle to customer...Where can you get that kind of service? I always love to come here for pedicures, but I got my nails done there for the first time. I showed them a picture and they were able to give me the exact design. I was very well pleased with the design and nails lasted a good amount of time. The price was very good, especially considering all of the designs. Whenever I get that kind of design anywhere else it's at least $20 or $30 more expensive than they charged me. I also love their rewards program as well. read more
