Tony did not know what he was doing my cat eye does not look like a cat eye and every time I asked him to fix something he would ignore me. I asked how much it cost me he started speaking in his language never got a response. they took us in around 6:40 and seemed to rush toward the end some lady there even was showing him on my pinky how to do cat eye and left. I left very unsatisfied don't take in clients if you're not willing to satisfy needs or leave them with someone who doesn't know how to do. definitely will not be going back read more

Came in to get a Mani/Pedi on short notice and limited time and let me tell you they did not disappoint!! They took me in as soon as I walked in and offered me Tea or coffee. I like short simple nails but wanted to get some splash of color. They did great listening to the cut, color and design I wanted. They managed to fit a sunflower design in one short nail while making suggestions. Very happy with the work! Prices may vary depending on add ons but it's totally up to you. Horrible service if I could give ZERO stars I would I've tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt a few times, each time regretted it. I no longer come here you could make an appt&they'll take a walk in before you they'll tell you 5 min it ends up turning into 30 I've even scheduled the first appt of the day they'll start and then walk away to help someone who just walked in &do theirs so you're just sitting there What's the point of having us make appts if you're gonna stop in the middle of my nails to do a walk in either they need more workers or they need to learn how to manage or do walk-ins only they play the stupid role when they fully know what the issue is I shouldn't be at the nail salon for 2 1/2 to 3 hours for a basic mani&pedi THATS IT 1st person in &not out till 12:30-1 they open at 10 or they'll ask if you can come back the next day like wth obviously not if I made an appt for today why didn't you tell the walk-in to come back instead of a loyal customer who is on time for their appt I know a few people who stopped coming here for the same reason it's embarrassing & unprofessional i've never experienced this at any other salon. I would rather pay a little more than to deal with this mess salon get it together you guys SUCK nails don't last &chip/break w/in days NEVER AGAIN will I come here they don't deserve any support all of a sudden after what they did to me the last time where I waited 45 mins AFTER my pedi because they stopped my nails for someone else I'm getting text messages. I should have trusted my instincts. I called ahead to ask for the price of a pedicure, and the owner gave me a fair quote over the phone. I even repeated it back to confirm. When I showed up, the price was different. Even after I mentioned our earlier conversation, it was dismissed. I started second-guessing myself, but I knew I hadn't misheard. I let it go just to avoid the hassle. I gave the place a second (and last) try. The pedicure massage felt rushed and half-hearted--just going through the motions, not relaxing or worth the money. But my biggest regret was getting my lashes done there. I asked to see examples of the owner's work beforehand, but she didn't have any to show--red flag I ignored. The lash application was poorly done, and when I politely asked if she could fix them, she brushed me off and said they looked fine. Within an hour, half had already fallen off, and by the next day, they were completely gone. I called to let her know, hoping for at least an apology, but she didn't seem to care at all. Never going back. Disappointing service, poor quality, and a total lack of accountability. read more

I came here about 2 months ago to get a fill on my acrylic nails. The woman who attended my nails did an amazing job she even fix them. I had gone to a previous place and I didn't like how they looked. They were kind of thick and uneven, and looked very bulky. When I came, they totally fixed it and my nails look really pretty. This is now the fourth time I've gone to get my nails fixed and every single time. I am in love with my nails and I'm so impressed with the work. I've gotten a pedicure as well and there is one gal that does amazing with the pedicures. But they are all great. They all do an amazing job, but there's one where you can tell. It's her niche. I took my sister who was visiting from Los Angeles and she absolutely fell in love with the place, the workers, and most importantly the work that they did on her nails and pedicure. I have found my place that I will consistently go to from now on and I am just sad. I didn't go sooner. The staff is so nice as well. read more

I've gone here a few times, I usually get full sets/fills and the ladies do a lovely job for the price, I've also had a blowout and it was great! But the most recent time I went which was last week, I was talked into a pedicure which mostly was because it was warm out and I was already wearing sandals. I had two ladies work on me, one doing my fill and the other on my toes at the same time. 1st off, I paid for deluxe which is supposed to include 10 min leg massage, I didn't get it. Okay fine I'll leave a smaller tip. 2nd the lady doing my toes was mal mannered 3rd and worst of them all, she dug into my toe until I almost screamed to where the lady working on my fill stopped andyelled at her, but the pedicure lady was un phased and KEPT GOING. My toe has been in pain since then, I've been cleaning with hydrogen peroxide and putting antibiotic cream/Neosporin whenever my shoes are off but nope, my careful attention to this open wound still got infected. I gave 3 stars because all my visits before were decent before this, but I'm sorry ladies I won't be coming back. I know that you aren't sanitizing your tools. You should know better when working with the public. CLEAN YOUR TOOLS. And ASK if someone wants their "ingrown toenail" dealt with. read more

The salon is very clean and there is a perfect amount of air flow so you don't smell monomer or hair dye! Very very kind staff. I requested highlight and color, I had a picture off the internet for reference. Unfortunately I do not remember my hairstylists name. SHE WAS AMAZING!! She worked her magic!!
