The bathroom was disgusting from the toilets having poop, mold and pee all over. Even the bathroom had built up gunk and was gross. Floor through out the entire lobby, bathroom and as far as I could see in the work space looked like they hadn't been thoroughly swept or mopped in weeks. One of the fridges I could see even had a mess seeping out of the door. I would have taken pictures had I not left my phone in the car. One poor staff member was the only one working and though she had a lot of customers come in at once, she was moving slow with no urgency or excitement to do her job. You could tell she had no desire to be making our smoothies. OR clean anything for that matter. Despite my better judgement, My son and I each got a smoothie and they were okay. Not the same great quality that used to bring me in regularly years ago. With that said, I simply won't go back as the lack of cleanliness & utter laziness was extremely off putting. But where previously there was no charge to substitute now they charge a $1 per substitution (not adding, just substituting).
