We tried Mixed Up Nutrition for the first time today and will definitely be back for more. We tried a Peach Ring Tea Bomb, No Bake Cookie protein shake and a PB, banana, date smoothie. All of the drinks were delicious! There were so many options to choose from so we will be back to try others. The service was great with suggestions for things to try. I went to Mixed Up Nutrition for the first time yesterday for their protein donuts and ended up buying a tea bomb as well. The cookies and cream donut was amazing. The tea bomb, not so much. I was very disappointed that it was so sweet I couldn't get past a few drinks and had to throw the whole $13.00 drink away. It was like I was drinking sugar. I will try again some day but I will definitely skip the tea bombs. read more

My first time here. Customer service was great. Protein shake was great. But this lady came in and walked behind the counter and made herself a drink then left. I asked if that was a manager or owner and the employees said no she is just a friend of the owner. She didnt wash her hands or take any sanitary precautions which made me really uncomfortable that the business is operated by the owners in such a casual way. I was excited to try out this new healthy drink spot near Target by the mall. The phrase they have written on their window is "Fast food for healthy people" and that's what got me in! They specialize in protein shakes and I got an iced coffee with protein. I could see that they have a bunch of protein powders that they use in their drinks. My drink wasn't a shake, which is what they are probably better at making-- my coffee seemed more coffee flavored than coffee exactly. It wasn't bad to drink at all, very easy to drink with a nice sweetness and low calorie! I heard the customer behind me talk about being the "problem child" because they couldn't have dairy or gluten - and they said that they were able to accommodate for all that! The space is really cute with a quirky Pinterest mom kinda vibe. I'm definitely not their target audience but I recognize effort put into aesthetics. Here's my issue: I was immediately caught off guard when I entered and the employees were not wearing masks, although they did offer masks and hand sanitizer for the customers at the door. I felt very uncomfortable, not having been to a business in almost a year where masks were not worn. The people working were very nice and friendly, especially when explaining the menu, but having someone talk so closely without wearing a mask made me feel very anxious during these unprecedented times. I did feel awkward again when before paying, they had me fill out an online form with my name, phone number, and email address. I tried to put in a fake email because I noticed that the brand of protein powder they used was from one of those MLM type health supplement companies. I will probably not come here again, but I understand that there are people who will only go to mask-less stores. For that I say, come here and avoid the death stares and confrontations from those concerned about the health and safety of themselves and others! read more

Came here today to meet with a new friend. I had no idea this place sold healthy DELICIOUS drinks. For whatever reason I thought this was a bar and I was ready to Paarrttty!! But to my surprise this place was even better than what I had expected. I ordered the peanut butter chocolate smoothie and OMGOODNESS was it delish!! I was getting concerned at how Healthy it really was since it tasted so good! But I know it was because hours later I had no jittery feelings of sugar overload and stayed full for quite a while! The shake had over 24 grams of protein I believe and very low in carbohydrates. The owner was so welcoming and even offered a sample of a Carmel banana flavor that was also divine! The restrooms were clean and they even had a changing table in there for your little ones! Which now makes this my go to spot to stop for a drink and change the baby on days I'm out and about shopping. There was also a little table area for kids so if you want to plan a play date and grab a delish drink with a mom friend, I would definitely recommend this spot. Overall 10/10 read more

absolutely love this place!!! i'm a picky eater and trying to develop a healthier diet. 2 things that don't mix well, but mixed up nutrition is saving my liiiife. they have shakes, iced teas, coffee, donuts, etc. and it's all healthy! mixed up nutrition has a wide variety of diff flavors as well; and their shakes are dairy free which is SO helpful due to the fact i'm lactose intolerant. (that doesn't stop the shakes from being super thicccc and creamy) also, the iced teas are super delish and dont taste like a bunch of protein powder diluted in water or something. absolutely love it all. asides from food though, the place itself is super cutely decorated! i do have to mention, that service is a bit slow, so if u come in make sure you aren't in too much of a rush. but i think the quality of the food/drinks makes up for the time spent. overall i really recommend mixed up nutrition to anyone looking for some healthy protein packed drinks and/or food read more
