Came here during their grand opening, which was last week The salon was really clean and inviting. We were greeted right away upon entry. I decided to get a pedicure, which they're doing a promo for $19.99, so don't miss out on that (normal price is $40). Or you can pick 10% of for your entire service if you're doing other services. They do serve beverages; soda, juice, and alcohol. It was nice that there was a selection. They have a head spa which my friend and I tried out. We chose the Classic option that was really relaxing. A scalp massage and blow dry. The manager kept checking up on my friend and I if we were doing okay, which was very nice of her. While we were there, they gave us a free keychain and gift for the grand opening. Not sure if you can expect the same post-grand opening. This is definitely going to be our new spot to get our nails done. Worth checking out for sure! read more

I do not recommend coming here. Nail tech was super rough and careless with the drill and filer. Pretty much every single one of my cuticles and sides of my finger were cut which not only hurt and stung but was bleeding and had open cuts which polish and dip powder got into. I was visibly crying and was voicing that this was hurting me and the nail tech was repeatedly tapping my hands indicating that I was being too tense. I asked for them to remove it so I could leave but they switched nail techs and insisted on finishing my nails and I still ended up leaving with dip powder in my cuticles and on my fingers. I assumed this would be significantly discounted but I was wrong the nail tech told me she was charging me full price for the dip powder but she'd spare me the $5 they normally charge for almond shape and gave me a $5 gift card I couldn't believe this. I am not one to ever write reviews but I've never had this horrible of an experience and the way it was handled after wasn't any better. read more

This new salon in the Westchester Commons shopping area is absolutely fantastic! I've tried other local nail salons like Bliss Nails and Foxy Nails, but this one is beyond comparison. Super friendly and professional staff. I walked in with no appointment and was welcomed right away. The atmosphere is very nice, and the salon is super clean. I loved their protocol for keeping the "tub" clean along with the sanitary "tools." I particularly liked the menu I was shown ahead of time so I could pick the service I wanted with no hidden charges (you know what I mean if you've been to the other places). I was also offered a complementary beverage. Nails clipped the way I like: check! Nice foot and calf massage: check! Good price for the service: check! Felt relaxed after I left: check! It's a he$$ no for me! My regular girl quit and they put me with the man I believe is the manager. He smelled badly of cigarette smoke and destroyed my nails. I needed a simple dip. He was aggravated and extremely rough on my nails. I had straight line slits in my nails. I was so upset after that appointment. I had my nails redone by a different salon 2 weeks later after wasting $50 plus tip on him. Yes I tipped because I always do, even though he deserved nothing. At the new salon every technician came over to look at my botched nails and were shocked! The new salon said they had heard horror stories about him. Definitely do NOT recommend. Go to Adore Me nails same shopping center but way better! read more

Great experience. I had an appointment booked at 9am for a pedicure and acrylic set put on. I was helped right away. The gentleman that did my pedicure was very thorough. I had the deluxe pedicure ($60) that included nail care, mud mask, sugar scrub, hot towel, and lotion massage. It was a nice pedicure. Gel polished price was not disclosed so I was surprised at the end when it was an extra $17 for gel color on a pedicure when regular polish was not offered. Lucy started on my nails while I was having my pedicure done. Pretty nails and took her time. I had a full set put on and French tip gel color ($65) I'll be back! read more

I expect this place to get very busy! They really are very doting with pedicures. My deluxe included a paraffin wax treatment, clay mask, and extensive massage. It's so bright and pretty inside and organized, but one notable that I am dying to try and will be in the near future is the head spa. I had never heard of one, but apparently they are very popular in China. Highly recommend. read more

Very nice atmosphere and cute place. Did not have a great experience with the dip powder manicure. The guy who did my nails seemed to be rushing, but in the end made so many mistakes when going fast (his sweatshirt sleeve kept touching my nails, would try to remove the powder with a brush while nails were still wet so bristles were getting stuck in) that I was still there when people who arrived after me were leaving. My polish is sticking to my skin and the left side of each nail wasn't filed and dipped properly so my nail is showing. After he finished, someone else tried to fix it and take the polish off my skin, but I'll likely get a new dip powder manicure tomorrow since this is still so thick and rough. I've been getting dip powder manicures since 2018 and they've always been smooth on the surface, but this feels like sand. The top coat brush also should have been wiped off since there was dry polish sticking to it, and he applied both the top coat and the activator super liberally all over my nails and skin, stinging all of skin that he had filed off in his hurry. The woman's nails next to me looked like they turned out pretty nice, so perhaps I just got someone inexperienced. read more
