Less than 5 months later, weeds are breaking through the asphalt in multiple spots and the surface shows signs of poor compaction and premature deterioration. I contacted the contractor multiple times by phone and text with photos of the damage. No response. I sent a formal written warranty demand letter via certified mail on April 18, 2026 -- it was refused/not collected. A first-class mail copy was also sent. As of today, 45 days later, still no response. I have since discovered that their NJ Home Improvement Contractor license #13VH08178300 was expired at the time they performed the work, which is a violation of NJ consumer protection law. Complaints have been filed with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs and the Better Business Bureau. I am simply asking them to honor their own 5-year warranty. Homeowners should verify contractor license status at njconsumeraffairs.gov/hic before hiring.

We wanted to be able to focus on the specific projects at hand and everything to be done the right way with the correct materials. We knew that we wanted a company that was versatile because we had different projects to tackle. We definitely did not want to hire a company that would outsource other contractors or workers. That was one of our main concerns. Corsa Construction Inc really fulfilled our check list. We met with the owner of the company and he really answered our questions and listened to our concerns. We spoke about the scope of our projects and we spoke about the types of materials that were needed for the job and we knew that we were on the same page. He was very easy to talk to very polite and attentive which is very important because if we couldn't talk to him during our first meeting we would never have moved forward. He made stains on my side walk, leaving paint blotched. Lastly the subcontractor that he chose for the job has been harassing me because Kamil has not paid him. He immediately told me he could take care of both. As we continued talking, I mentioned that my backyard was an overgrown disaster and asked if he did landscaping. His answer was, "We do everything." That ended up being the best thing I could have heard. What started as a deck and fence project turned into a complete backyard and front yard transformation. They removed the old deck, installed a beautiful new fence, built an incredible paver patio, graded the yard, seeded the lawn, and completely changed the look of our property. Throughout the entire project, Michael was unbelievably responsive. I work 12+ hour shifts as a nurse, so I often texted him after normal business hours and always told him there was no rush and that he could respond the next day. More often than not, he'd answer that same evening anyway. He checked in throughout the project, kept us informed every step of the way, and made the entire process incredibly easy. The quality of the work speaks for itself. The craftsmanship is outstanding, the crew worked efficiently, and everything was completed quickly without sacrificing quality. His pricing was also very fair, especially considering how much work was done. The transformation honestly made me emotional. I had hated looking at my yard for years, and seeing the finished project actually brought me to tears.
